Neighborhood is quiet, felt safe, and not super touristy. There are a few restaurants a couple blocks away; if you want more options you need to walk further. The room has a small but well-equipped kitchen if you want to prepare meals yourself, or reheat leftovers. The room was clean and attractive, and everything worked fine. The room had a small deck that looked over the street, and we enjoyed having breakfast there. The owner provided clear instructions about how to check in and get the key, and was helpful with instructions about how to get there from the airport. The room was stocked with instant coffee, and a few basics (sugar, salt, pepper, oil & vinegar) and there was some candy for us when we arrived, which we appreciated.

No major complaints. It is an uphill walk from the metro station, which might be longer than some people would like. The mattress seemed like it was getting a little bit saggy. Of course, we had jet lag so we probably wouldn't have slept very well regardless of the bed!

We arrived early in the morning and our host Laszlo arranged for our luggage to be left with his friends who are very lovely and helpful people. So we were free to walk around and explore the area. Great and pleasant communication. Many thanks to Laszlo and friends. The place is close to the Acropolis, the area is quiet and there are two nice local restaurants around the corner. We chose a budget room for two nights so it was as expected.

I liked everything, although the room was a little small! The location is good, close to the market, pharmacy, restaurant and subway. The room is very clean, well organized and the owner is super authentic. I highly recommend it and will be back again.

When I opened the bathroom window, there was a strange smell (I think it was from the pipes), which was the only thing that bothered me sometimes.

The room was compact, clean and comfy. There is a variety of kitchen stuff in there (utensils, electric kettle, toaster, oil/salt/pepper), and also iron and hair dryer. So everything you need for your everyday life is included. The place was secure and quiet enough, it wasn’t scary to be in that area in the late night. Thanks to the owner for always being it touch! Hope to visit you again someday!

Maybe some of the towels (big ones) should be changed due to their condition. Nothing else to add :)

So clean, so private, so quiet, so cozy, and so comfortable. It's perfect for couple who want to have some relax after a long day. It's close to the most of the public transportation, to the local restaurants, minimarket, and touristic area (Acropolis, Olympic Stadium, Parliament Building, Museums, Teleferik, etc). I mean it just perfect! And of course, the host is very warm and easy to reach whenever you need a help... We're looking forward to comeback to Athens🔥 Greeting from Belgium🇧🇪

Uhmmm nothing. Everything is perfect! Maybe only the bed that in future needs to upgrade to the more steady one. It's a lil bit noisy when you move while you're lying... but overall it's really perfecet!

I loved that it was in a local neighborhood that allowed us to walk to and from sightseeing locations! The owners treated us amazingly! We stayed on our honeymoon, and they had left us delicious pastries from Vomvyla. My husband and I loved our stay.

The bed was iffy, but couldn’t have asked for better with price point.

Great place in Athens, only 2 metro stops from citycenter, 1 stop from the Akropolis, and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We loved the closeness to restaurants and the local feeling without noise and still being close to everything. Aircondition was great in the greek summerheat. Clean place, all the necessary things, a bit small the apartment but quiet, central and communication with Lazlo was really excellent and very helpful!

The location is really convenient and easy check in process. Overall we had a nice stay.

Some small issues the property owner could easily address are the following: The toilet works but it takes more than 10 min to refill the water tank. The kitchen is nice but the frying pans are really scratched and need replacing and also having some basic ingredients like salt & pepper would be great.

The check in went very smooth since the instructions were very clear and easy to follow! The room was nice, so no complaints there. It's located quite close to most tourist attractions, so it's possible to walk everywhere!

The man who manages the place is polit, friendly and decent, in addition he put welcome sweets. Clean and specious apartment.

Location is a bit difficult to find because it is on a hill. However, it is a safe local neighbourhood.
