Staff very helpful, informative and friendly. Good location for sailing from Alimos Marina it is about 15 mins walk to the Marina. It is good for tram and bus access to Athens by tram , 45 mins (Edem - Syntagma - 4 euro for 24 hours) and the airport by X96 bus (6 euros, 60 - 90 mins). It is right on the busy road.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the best beaches and very close to the tram station. If you’re planning a beach holiday, this area is ideal with lots of nice beaches, cafés and restaurants nearby. And if you’d like to visit the Acropolis or explore the city center, the tram right in front of the hotel makes it incredibly easy. The sea view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and I felt extremely safe throughout my solo stay. The overall value for money was excellent. I sincerely thank everyone who made this stay so pleasant.

I loved the sea view from the room, but since the hotel is on a main road, there was some traffic noise. If you’re sensitive to noise, you might prefer a room facing the back. Unfortunately, since the main road runs just in front of the beach, this might be an issue for most beachfront hotels in the area.

I loved the location, the large super comfortable room with the king size bed, and the sea view from the 5th floor!! I also liked the staff, who were always available, willing to help, and very polite!! Other than that, I loved the large comfortable bathroom, and the fact that all equipment were in order! Last but not least, the breakfast was quite ok, although I wasn't thrilled!

I didn't like the fact that there was no ventilation whatsoever in the bathroom, natural or technical!!

Limited railings on the stairs, breakfast gets wasted by large groups and there isn’t much left for other customers. The lighting in the room could be better it was just lamps and no overhead light.

The location is perfect, it is well connected with centar of Athena, the airport, and the coastline. The room is nice and clean. Receptionists are very kind and useful. It was a pleasant stay. Breakfast is very good with a lot of varieties of food.

The beds could be more comfortable. Also, maybe hygiene in the breakfast room, I am considering is there a dishwasher. Also, a lady at the breakfast isn't so kind, but ok.

Location was excellent. Close to the beaches. Many public transportations were close. Rooms was comfortable and had all the necessary equipment. Hotel is clean and nice. Reception staff very helpful.

Outside the room is a six lane highway and the noice is annoying. Woke up few times in the nights because of loud cars and motorcycles. Breakfest lady (the older one) was very unpleasent. Didn't say hello to us, not even one. Yelled at my kid etc.

It’s very close to the beach and to bus station. There are direct busses to city centre (30 minutes) Our room was clean and comfortable with working AC and a terrace. Breakfast was good too. The hotel stuff spoke English without difficulties and was very helpful.

Other guests were a little loud but it was nothing we couldn’t stand. Bathroom was very small, which again was not a problem for us but someone else might not fit in.

Very welcoming attitude of all staff. Beach and the park with children playground just across the road. The room was comfortable and very clean, with balcony and the sea view. Comfortable and easy transportation by tram to both Piraeus and Athens.

If you are searching for quiet destination, you might not like the rooms with the sea view due to the traffic noise. Here the sea view means also the street view. The street in front of the hotel is noisy road with active traffic, which never sleeps. Maybe it's worth to try the rooms on the other side of the building for more quiet stay.

The reception team was great - helpful and friendly. My room had amazing view on the sea and the room itself was cozy. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Nearby you may find restaurants and tram/bus stops (100-200m to the bus stop to get to the airport); 2 minutes to the seaside.

Please be mindful the hotel is located by one of the main streets so it can be a bit noisy.

Room was super clean,really close to the beaches,and staff were really helpful,breakfast was also brilliant a lot of choice.

Unfortunately the hotel was right next to a super busy 6 lane road that was very noisy throughout the whole day and night,we could smell exhaust fumes up on the fourth floor,but it didn't ruin our sleep or enjoyment of the Hotel.
