:Breakfast had good selection and nice omelette station - good start into the day :) Tram nr. 6 stops across the road and drives direct to a station close to Acropolis and Plaka. Takes around 30 min. Airport bus nr. X96 stops in front of the hotel. Perfect place to stay in Athens if you want to have relaxing time but easy access to the city center.

Lovely hotel, nice room and staff. Upstairs from the pool area there is a nice place to sunbathe, read and take in the view of the sea. Plenty of choice at breakfast, really delicious. Complementary wine and water in the room along with mini jars of honey which was a nice touch. Tram station opposite the hotel which is cheap and easy to use, stay on until the last stop (about 35-40min) to get to the parliament building, botanical garden and easy walk into plaka. Get off few stops before that for a 10 min walk to acropolis entrance. Nice cafe and beach area belonging to the hotel across the road. Sunloungers come with a towel at half price for hotel guests if show your key card €7.50each oct 24. The sunsets over the mountains across the sea from here which was nice to watch.

The pool area is quite tight for space, a balancing act between the edge of the pool and the sunloungers. Pool was also too cold to go in (end.oct) the sea was much warmer. Although this is a beach hotel it has more of a city feel due to the location, to get to the beach there is a crossing point and you need to get across 6 lanes of traffic and 2 tram lines to get to the beach side of the road. The road is really quite noisy too. The balcony view we had was absolutely awful, close proximity to multiple other buildings from all sides only room for one chair not that you would want to sit out there.

The hotel has several points very strongly in its favour: it can be reached by bus from the airport (the X96) and there is a tramline opposite the hotel to get to the city centre of Athens. There are lovely views out across the bay from the rooms and the sunset view from the restaurant on the 7th floor is especially spectacular. The breakfast selection is good, as is the menu choice at the rooftop restaurant for evening meals. Opposite the hotel is a beachside restaurant and a bar. You can swim from the beach opposite the hotel (or watch others in the early morning sun!). All the staff are courteous and helpful.

There are only 2 downsides: the noise of the busy road outside and the heating/cooling. The double glazed rooms block the noise but you then have to keep the window closed. And our room was very warm in the afternoon sun – and in March the air-conditioning doesn’t work in the rooms, only heating. March is considered ‘winter’ and so you shouldn’t need air-conditioning! I understand that spring and autumn are difficult seasons as sometimes you need heating (it was quite cold at times, even when the sun was shining) but when the sun is shining through a glass window it can also be very hot.

The staff is very pleasant and friendly, the breakfasts are delicious and varied, and the location has convenient transport connections.

I was very uncomfortable with the glass wall in the bathroom and the almost transparent curtain. There is no privacy when using the toilet, as everything is visible from the room. We requested a room change, but all rooms have the same design. The view is beautiful, but only if you look from deep inside the room. In reality, the balcony faces a large and noisy avenue, with the sea beyond it.

A lot of good things about this place, and i would definitely recommend it. It feels a way better than a 3 star hotel. Staff are really nice, breakfast was great (many options and fresh), location just across the sea and tram station if you need to go to city Center. Very clean and nicely laid out. The restaurant upstairs has a great view. Really worth the money!!

Maybe it was just our room but the insulation was poor, you can literally hear the sewer every-time people upstairs were using it, and you can hear people chatting outside the room. Also, the room doors do not close or open easily, so everyone had to slam them to close it properly and it can be annoying. Finding street parking can be tricky sometimes. So if you need a parking and move the car often, it can be challenging sometimes.

Breakfast is superb - well above expectations. Very good Wi-Fi - suitable for video calls. Modern facilities and rooms in good condition. Spectacular view for sea-facing rooms.

It would have been good for the air conditioning to be working; a fan alone was not sufficient for us. The bathroom could have done with more privacy; the privacy blind is not sufficient when the light is on. For the sea-facing rooms, whilst the view is stunning, it is very loud because of a three-lane highway right in front of the hotel, which also results in car emissions coming through your window.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the balcony was simply stunning! The breakfast was diverse and delicious, with plenty of fresh options for everyone. We especially enjoyed the high-quality pancakes. The pool added an extra touch of relaxation to our stay – exactly what we needed to unwind.

While the hotel had some good qualities, the location was a major downside. It was extremely noisy, especially at night, due to the heavy traffic and street noise. Unfortunately, this made it very difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep.

Lovely location, 2 minutes from the beach. Clean and very lovely breakfast. Receptionts were very helpfull and the door man, I do not remember his name from Abu Dabi, he gave us good tips to visit around. I was with my mum, first time în Greece and my daughter that she loves sea more then enything was so great to have the sea close to us and the Edem taverna to eat every day în the beach. We had the best holiday, hope to be back next year. Efharistume para poli! 🤗🙏🤩

I did nit like that we din not hâd view to the sea side as I requested, because they said for 3 people îs no șea view. The overall was great.

The room was great, with a balcony with chairs, on which I could smoke. Always well cleaned. The breakfast was very good with freshly cooked omelettes available, although the hot food kept under the heater lights, such as bacon, scrambled eggs and susages could have been warmer. They happily heated my choices through in their microwave. The cold collation was superb, cold meats, cheeses and various sweet and savoury pastries etc. Good filter coffee, fruit juice and Greek coffee available. The rooftop pool area was good, the pool a decent size and shape, and you could smoke while sunbathing or while having a cold beer at the bar. They also serve food from the all-day menu there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach is a five minute walk across the road and has sun-loungers available for an extra charge. The sea is warm and the slope from a shingle beach into the water quite shallow. Easy to get in and out! The hotel has a beach bar and taverna there in which you can charge to your hotel bill. Also across the road, directly opposite the hotel is Edem tram stop, about a 20 minute journey into the centre of Athens or the same in the other direction to Glyfada centre. Trams also go to Piraeus. A five-day travel card for for all public transport (bus, tram and metro), except to the airport, costs 8.50 euros. There is also a good supermarket next door, although like most shops in Greece it does not open on a Sunday. All in all a great place.

My only complaint is that the sun-lounger charge on the beach is 7.50 euros a day (although for non-hotel guests it is 15 euros. I think that is rather high, but since the pool is so good I tended to just swim in the sea and go to the bar rather than pay for the bed! I sunbathed by the pool.

Friendly accommodating and helpful staff in all areas, excellent facilities including beach front sun beds and restaurant. Lovely clean spacious room. Loved the roof top seating area which had wonderful views of the bay as did the restaurant. Great accessibility to public transport outside the hotel and including the red hop on hop off bus. The location beside the sea was great to avail of the sea breeze and wonderful views.

The quality of the evening meal was good, portions were very generous however we did experience some excellent meals in Athens and on the islands.
