⸻ A perfect stay – highly recommended! From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel at home right away. The breakfast was rich, delicious, and varied something for everyone The hotel also features a private beach, fully equipped with everything you might need sun beds, umbrellas, showers, and even food and drink service right to your spot. But the real magic? The view. Overlooking the sea, the scenery is simply breathtaking. At night, when the town quiets down, there is nothing more peaceful than sitting on the balcony, listening to the gentle sound of the waves. This hotel is a gem ! we’ll definitely be coming back!

In the early mornings, you might hear some traffic noise if particularly loud vehicles pass by. The hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs in the room, which is a nice touch. Personally, it didn’t bother me at all – I slept wonderfully in the cozy and comfortable bed.

It has many amenities. Breakfast was good but the waffles and pancakes were a bit dry and stale. The fresh orange juice squeezer is excellent. Beach is just across the street and I like that there is a safety box at each umbrellas to keep valuables while swimming in the sea. Close to many shops, groceries, and restaurants. There is a nicer beach about half hour away called Zen Beach, and the hotel provides free shuttle. The beach across from the hotel is very rocky and slippery. Our room had a nice balcony facing the street and the sea, but the drawback is that it's noisy. There are some Asian ladies, not affiliated with the hotel, that walk at the beach asking if you want massage. Reasonably priced, about €60 for one hour full body.

A bit noisy on the rooms facing the street/sea. Cars with extremely loud music playing as they drove by was a bit annoying especially late at night. The rooms are not sound proof either so we could hear noisy neighbors in the hallway. Elevator is a bit small and slow. There's only one elevator so at peak hours there is a long wait. Prices for the hotel restaurant are expensive. I don't see a reason to eat at the restaurant when food at restaurants around the corner are cheaper. Same with alcoholic drinks. Cheaper to go to a bar outside. Hotel should consider lowering the price to give guests incentive to buy food onsite.

The location, location, location! It was 15 mins away from the acropolis, near the beach (and they have a private beach for the hotel which they provide a bus to take you to and back from).. staff were unbelievably friendly, it was clean and in a perfect neighborhood close to supermarkets and restaurants. The breakfast was 1000/10 wide variety and tasted amazing!! Honestly it was a great choice

I wish they were changing the sheets during room service cleaning but when I asked the lady she did and she was very kind/professional so it have to give her that! Wish they had a gym available (it was under maintenance) but they have a full spa with other amenities to be fair. Nothing else negative about it

The hotel is well positioned just in front of the beach (where you can also stay in a private area reserved for hotel guests). The rooms are well equipped with TV, mini-fridge with complementary water, very comfortable mattress and the bathroom is small but full of amenities. Cleaning is top. You can take bus or taxi to the center of Athens in 15-20 mins. There are many restaurants in the area but also the hotel has one. Breakfast is incredibly good and varied (and we were coming from a luxury cruise). You will find food for all tastes and many fresh vegetables, fruits and greek concoctions. There’s a small swimming pool and sun terrace that works as a bar at night with a very pleasant view of the area. Service is exceptional and helpful on whatever need or question we had. We really had a great time and we’ll surely come back.

The lift is pretty slow so you have to wait many time you want to use it. We used more the stairs for speediness. The windows curtains are not black-outs so you if you’re sensitive to light you will wake up early because of sunlight.

***warning, long wonderful review ahead*** I liked everything about this hotel! From the beginning of my discovering this incredibly well priced, excellently located, beach hotel, Demetrious, and Marina were in touch with me before my arrival to make sure my transfer from the airport to the hotel went smoothly. When I arrived, although a little bit on the late side, I was still able to have a drink at the bar before going up to my room for the night. When I walked into my room, there was the most beautiful light, spa sort of fragrance that was instantly relaxing. The bed was the size I requested and soo comfortable! The sheets felt luxurious and the towels in the bathroom so thick and soft just added to a spa feel. On my second night, I had a a fabulous pasta and shrimp dinner in the dining room served perfectly. I ordered a drink which was served with a package of a delightful nut mix that I took up to my sea view room. (With balcony!) I used the robe in the closet and slippers to go up to the rooftop spa and relax from my day of sightseeing. The buffet breakfast in the morning, served on the 7th floor, again with a magnificent sea view was well worth it. The food was delicious and the assortment abundant. The buffet was well stocked and impeccably maintained until it closed. This hotel is a 5 star experience and I give it a 10 rating. I wish there was someplace like this near where I lived!

That I couldn’t stay an extra night!!!

Every detail is thoughtfully designed in this hotel! The staff is extremely attentive and always ready to help. The room has everything you need: slippers, bathrobe, toiletries, safe, mini-fridge, and a coffee machine — you feel at home, but with exceptional comfort. Breakfast is served on the 7th floor with a fantastic sea view. The buffet is outstanding — very diverse, delicious, and fresh. Right across from the hotel is their private pebble beach with sun loungers. The pebbles are well-maintained. Guests are provided with complimentary bottled water — a lovely little touch. The hotel offers a shuttle service three times a day to the amazing Zen Beach. There, the hotel also provides free sun loungers behind the restaurant, just 50 meters from the sea. The beachside restaurant is quite nice, with a pleasant atmosphere. Not far from the hotel, just to the right, is the marina with an excellent seafood restaurant — incredibly fresh fish and an authentic vibe. Right next to the hotel, you’ll find a supermarket and plenty of cozy cafes and restaurants where you can grab a bite anytime. If I ever come back to Athens, I’ll stay here and nowhere else!

The hotel was amazing and the staff fabulous! It was close to the metro system to get into city centre Athens, right across the road from the sea. The balcony was spacious and our view phenomenal. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone. The concierge was very helpful and thoughtful, and the front desk staff more than accommodating. The hotel was clean and had a variety of amenities such as a hot tub and roof top restaurant.

There isn't much we didn't enjoy. The rooms were on the small side but the large balcony made up for the size. The room had a great automatic switch system for the drapery and a wall size sliding door.

Breakfast was amazing and the bar was great too.

The concierge gave us a bag with two towels. We did not go to the beach across the street because my cousin who lives in Greece picked us up and took us somewhere else. When we came back, one of the girls came up to us and said - "What room are you at?" I responded our room number and then she rudely said we need to bring the bag and towels down because we didn't check them out but the guy who was there literally handed it to us without signing anything. I've never been to a hotel where they didn't give you a complimentary bag. Needlesstosay I did return it to them

Everything! Excellent service all around. The concierge Rafaelle, was so helpful to us. We were asking where to buy a used suitcase to carry our extra purchased items for our flight to Barcelona, and she came to work with one of her personal old suitcases for us. So kind! The food was fantastic. The green salad was the best I ever tasted! The view of the ocean, live music on the rooftop restaurant, Shuttle to zen beach including beach bags, towels, water, and beach chairs all complementary. We arrived from our cruise at about 9am, and we were instantly able to use the facilities as guests, even though check in not till 3. They had our room ready by noon and messaged us on the beach across the street to let us know. Five stars from us!

The hotel is beyond praise. It is that rare case when the hotel staff tries to make your vacation perfect. The hotel makes you want to come back again. The breakfast is excellent with a beautiful view of the sea. The room is very clean, new bed linen, nice bath towels. The service on the beach at the hotel is also excellent: free water, safe, nice beach towels. We had the best and most memorable experience during our stay. There are many fine restaurants, cafes and supermarkets close to the hotel. It takes 15 minutes by cab to the center of Athens.
