My stay at the Urban Suites was an unforgettable experience for me and my partner. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and pampered, creating lasting memories of our time there. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional jacuzzi, which provided the perfect relaxation after long days of exploring the city. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to the beach allowed us to enjoy stunning water views and easy access to a variety of local amenities, such as restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores. This convenience greatly enhanced our overall stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met during our time at the Urban Suites. Their dedication to customer service made us feel truly valued as guests. In conclusion, I highly recommend Urban Suites to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay in the city. The combination of luxurious amenities, prime location, and exceptional staff make it an ideal choice for couples and travelers alike.

One downside to my stay at the Urban Suites was the significant distance from the airport, which required a 45-minute drive. This longer-than-expected travel time proved to be an inconvenience, particularly when factoring in potential traffic delays or time constraints. For those looking for a hotel in close proximity to the airport, this may not be the most suitable option. However, the exceptional amenities and service provided by the Urban Suites may still make it a worthwhile choice, depending on one's priorities.

Very nice sleek self contained suite/ apartment. Lovely for a romantic getaway. Lights are beautiful, the sound system really creates a nice atmosphere and the jacuzzi is the cherry on the cake. Contact/owner was super nice and super responsive and the girl that came in no time when we arrived early for the check in was lovely.

Bed wasn't the greatest but i understand that is super personal taste sometimes. Wifi was super slow.

Arrived early and they weren't expecting that but they were extremely accommodating. I had neglected to tell them I had changed my flight. So easy to go to Glyfada and walk down to Riviera Grille for dinner which was delicious. I stayed for a few here to do the coast and then to Athens city center for the monuments. Wouldn't change a thing and am anxious to come back and stay here again. Bed was soft but that's a good thing for some folks. Unit exceptionally clean and everything worked as expected.

Soft bed but still slept well. It's just a preference and not a quality issue.

Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival, and a housekeeper came and cleaned our room again during the middle of our stay. The location was excellent, with a bus stop outside the apartment that takes you straight into Athens city centre. The view from the apartment was stunning, overlooks the beach. Really appreciated the shower gels & shampoo/conditioner being supplied, as it’s difficult to bring these things with the airport liquid allowance. Communication leading up to my stay was exceptional, meaning i was informed of everything prior to arrival and could just enjoy my stay.

The room was modern, clean, and excellent condition. The views were amazing, and the jacuzzi added a great touch for relaxation. Despite being close to the road, the room was perfectly soundproof, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. It was packed with features like a smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, and light controls, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The representative was very helpful, providing all the necessary information about the room and ensuring we had everything we needed. She was kind, professional, and always available to assist.

There were no negatives at all!

Check-in was very easy as Joyce provided an in-depth document explaining the room we were staying in and provided the details to access the building. Location was perfect, situated across the road from the beaches with easy access either using the underpass or crossing at the road crossings and only 20 mins from the city centre. The room was modern, clean and nicely furnished. The view was absolute stunning looking out across the gulf. The smart features to control the room were cool. This allowed us to control all of the lighting, sound system and curtains all from one panel situated right next to the bed. Having the surround sound was also another really cool feature to have, especially as there is another speaker in the bathroom.

Only a minor thing, while the smart features were good, on a couple of occasions, they wouldn't initially respond, as stated though, this was only a minor thing.

Absolutely loved the suite. Spacious, modern design, fresh and clean. The staff were so helpful in answering all of our questions, sharing recommendations and helping us with a few supplies we needed mid-stay. Would recommend to anyone, solo traveler, family or couple. There’s a beautiful beach across the street that we spent time at as well and a great beach restaurant (Nalū) a bit on the pricier end, but delicious food and great atmosphere.

Great location; Comfortable check-in and check-out. The host is useful, friendly, the communication with her was easy and pleasant so, thanks a lot for that. The apartment fully equipped, very clean and cozy, the view is beautiful, the smart home system was incredible and comfortable. This apartment is absolutely gorgeous! Location - walking distance to the beach Safe and secure easy check in spacious and could comfortably sleep a family of 4 The hot tub is a bonus!

The property is by the highway and the noise can be something else especially early in the morning or very late at night. Nothing much the apartment can do about that - but something to take note of especially if you are a light sleeper

Loved everything about it! The little apartment was beautiful, modern, clean and had everything you need in there. The staff are professional and friendly, especially Joyce! I took my 10 year old son to Athens as he loves learning about Greek mythology. He said he felt like a King staying there! The jacuzzi was a highlight of his! The location is beyond perfect, it is literally 3 minutes from an amazing beach, with many options of food and entertainment. We paid 9€ for myself and my son to enter the beach all day. It is open from 8am -8pm and you can leave and return if needs be. We also visited Nalu beach which you can literally see from the apartments, it is max 3 minutes walk door to door. The food, drinks and staff were amazing. Beds cost 10€ each which you can use all day and waiters come to take your orders so it’s super convenient for a relaxing day out. You do not have to buy beds.. you can walk and find space on the sand and just lay your towels there and enjoy so do not feel pressured into buying a bed (Staff are laid back and do not pressure you) You can also call in advance and reserve the beds that are at the front row of the beach. We stayed in some evenings and ordered food which was super easy. One place was called Peri Peri grill. Lady on the phone and delivery driver were super nice. She spoke English and really helped with my order. Prices were very reasonable, 15€ for 2 meals so I gave the driver a good tip. Another place we ordered from was a Chinese called Cheng Yuan Wok. The food was delicious! Fresh and full of flavour! The gentleman on the phone was helpful and the delivery driver was extremely polite! Meal came up to 20€ which was good for all we got! Overall our trip was one we will never forget! Perfect in every way and we will surly be back! ;)
