My partner and I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at this charming hotel, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're searching for a peaceful retreat right on the beach, with the added luxury of a swimming pool, and easy access to the main street, this place is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene ambiance and the breathtaking sea view that greeted us. Our room had a balcony that offered us a front-row seat to the mesmerizing waves crashing against the shore. It was the perfect spot to unwind, savor a glass of wine, and soak in the tranquil atmosphere. The hotel itself was nothing short of amazing. It was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to our every need, making us feel truly pampered throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the hotel's swimming pool, which provided a refreshing escape from the beach and a wonderful way to cool off on hot days. The convenience of having both the beach and the pool just steps away was a major plus. In conclusion, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough, especially for couples seeking a romantic and rejuvenating getaway. It checked all the boxes for us – a tranquil beachfront location, a stunning sea view, and the added luxury of a swimming pool. Our stay was nothing short of perfect, and we can't wait to return for another unforgettable experience.

The only aspect that could use a bit of attention is the size of the shower in our room. It was quite tiny, which made showering a bit cramped. Additionally, the water tended to splash onto the floor, leaving it wet and requiring extra effort to keep it dry.

The location was amazing, so close to the strip about a 1 minute walk but you wouldn’t even know as no noise was heard from it Also right on the beach which was really handy & could use their pool and pool next door which was fun Everything in walking distance and there is a bus stop only 5 minutes down the road to elsewhere on the island

Facilities could probably be a bit better & cleaner

The location was very good, very close to the restaurants, supermarkets, bars and all. Breakfast and coffee were good. Recomend you to try the greek omlette and the club sandwich. It was clean.

The pool and access to the beach is restricted after 19:30-20. Which was very annoying cause i would like to be able to access the beach in the evening to hear the waves and have a walk or just stay there, not to have to walk 5 min to a street that had access to the beach. Also, if you are a morning person, the access to the pool/beach starts around 8-9am. And breakfast starts from 10:30(only the food, you can have coffee and drinks earlier)

Location was perfect, on the beach and right in the centre of Kavos. Pool was great and a bit cooler than the beach. The air conditioning in the room was great and keep us comfortable. The little kitchenette was well stocked enough to make good use of.

We didn't have hot water in the shower one morning and we had an older apartment so was quite as nice as some of the photos

We was staying for 1 week,we had a very late check-in,but having messaged Spyros,he was waiting for us to sort our two rooms out(studio with sea view) I stayed at Ammos 35 years ago in 1988. It was a lovely suprise to see Babis the owner after all this time and we had a few drinks at the bar and reminisced about old times. The property is positioned in the heart of Kavos nightlife but tucked away on the beach. The bar staff were great Constas especially and nothing to much trouble. The pool area is fantastic as is the beach area which has lovely sun loungers and the service was great. They beach/pool area cleaned every night ready for next day. There's noise at night but this is a party town and although lots of younger people there especially after midnight we didn't see any trouble and seemed well behaved.(yeh its noisy and lively but we've all been young once..right?) Rooms were fine,air- con good but bathrooms a bit small ,but everything working fine. They were cleaned every other day and fresh sheets and towels every 2 or 3 days. Some lovely restaurants and bars down bottom end. Great place to relax on pool/beach all day and nice meal drink at night. One final tip,we had a late flight on Thursday night so we actually booked the extra day and therefore had full access to our room to shower right up to leaving,so we wasn't hanging about all day.

I loved that the location had a clean pool and sandy beach a few meters away from the pool. All shops, restaurants and clubs were very close, so it's the perfect location if you're looking for fun time at night. Amazing views from the balcony and super friendly and helpful staff.

The internet connection could be better in the rooms. The signal should be improved.

Everything was amazing! We had a great time there. The host was very nice and there to help us with everything we need. I enjoy every day of our journey in kavos and I hope I'll come back soon and If we do so we will probably choose again Ammos Apartments

There was some trouble with the running water at the toilet but they were doing their best to fix it.

Never had a breakfast

They move people in and out quickly without checking the apartment , our air conditioning didn’t work properly, the shower drain was blocked and the main light bulb didn’t work , staff didn’t seem bothered when we checked out at 10 somebody else was in there within 2 hours because we was waiting for a taxi which they said they’d ordered but never turned up

Incredible responsive and friendly staff, Mr. Spyros was one of the team, special greetings to his attitude! Location, honestly I did not expect something so spectacular, no remarks. Amazing sea-view. The rest part of the stay was 10/10. Everybody should visit that hidden gem. Ammos Team, keep doing what you are good in. See you again!

Staff were amazing, pool area kept clean and staff were very lenient with rules which made the experience more relaxing.

Some of the rooms have been rennovated and some havent. I got lucky with a modern room with a large balcony but some of my friends ended up with smaller more old fashioned rooms
