I was apprehensive about booking and staying at cavos beach house due to some of the reviews I had read online but, I had no reason to worry! Both my partner and I had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff would ensure we had fresh towels, that the bins were emptied and the apartment kept clean. The staff would also not hesitate to help if needed and made sure that we were able to check in at such an early time (2am). The beach is a 2 minute walk away and we definitely found that the beach was a lot cleaner in this area compared to further down. Cavos beach house is a short walk away from multiple bars and restaurants, however it’s set far enough back that the music etc does not impact sleeping! As a couple we would definitely recommend.

On the odd occasion there was a smell coming from the bathroom that can only be described as a sewage smell. I’ve put this down to the fact it was so hot when we were there so understandable. When we walked around Kavos we could smell the same smell so completely not the apartments fault and wasn’t too unbearable!

I think the best thing is the fact if you go with friends you can sit together , next door. Placement is great you can find food in like 5 min , if you book a car you have Lidl like 10-15 min away Easy to get to the beach 3 min away

For us the bathroom was the problem , everything was kind of rusty and gived you the feeling its not clean , also a smell would come from the drain AC even if it had the Sleep function was the same as the lowest level (fan speed) and it was a pain to have ac turned on during the night

Fantastic accommodation! We've been to Kavos a few times and this was the best one by far! Apartment has everything you need and you feel like it's your little home to come back to. We had 2 balconies !! one facing ocean and one facing town. Inside is very clean and spacious, shower always hot. Highly recommend staying here over hotels especially if you're staying a few nights. Host was friendly and helpful and they give you their WhatsApp number so you can contact them which was handy.

Very friendly staff, Kostas greeted us very warmly, the accommodation was clean, cleaning was done regularly, the owner of the hotel gave us an umbrella to sunbathe on the beach, gave us special towels, the sea was very close, the window had a view of the sea, on the other side of the interior the courtyard of the hotel, everything was well-groomed. at the end, Kostas gave us a gift, a kumquat set, which was very nice and nice. The hosts, Kostas and Maria, are very kind people, they excelled at making our stay with them a very pleasant one. They have made some great recommendations about trips to take on the island, they have arranged for an awesome boat trip and were all around awesome hosts! Towels changes every couple of days, very clean location (although not all fixtures were new), fruit and cold water upon arrival, definitelly worth the stay here due to the hosts.

The surrounding area is a popular one for party goers, so it was a bit loud during the night, but with the windows closed and AC on you can still sleep ok.

Everything ! The room was beautiful and there was everything you would need with added extras , it was spotless too

There is not a pool but we got friendly with the bar across the road and as we were buying food ( which was really good ! Especially chicken wings ! ) and drinks they said we could use their pool which was directly in front of hotel less than a minute walk , also you are right on the beach

The hosts were very helpful and welcoming The property is with perfect location. You are drinking your coffee and the sea is in front of you Takes 2 minutes to reach the center of the village and all restaurants

Kavos is town full of load drunk English people We had 2 of them in the apartment next to us We didn’t sleep 2 nights

CBH is a hotel manged by Kostas and Maria Extremely welcoming and kind hosts. Very clean rooms, quiet atmosphere. Location rated 10. Cavos is a fun little town with pubs and bars for all ages and affordable prices. We will come back.

Nothing unpleasant about this stay.

It was a really nice and bright apartment! 2mins away from the sea. 2 balconies one front, one at the back overlooking the sea. In the middle of town with restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. But very quiet! Really nice staff! We came in early and they let us park and check in!! Best place to stay!

It was near the sea but also near the night life if that is what you are looking for. The host was really nice and accommodated us to whatever we needed

Some of the pillows were really hard. The water in the shower disappeared for a few seconds the first day but the it came back the and it was ok the rest of the days
