A Warm and Welcoming Stay at Cavo D’Oro ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at Cavo D’Oro Complex was a lovely and memorable experience. From the start, the hospitality stood out—Sofia, the owner, was polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. When I had to leave unexpectedly due to an emergency back in the UK, she kindly arranged last-minute transport to the airport, which I truly appreciated. As a solo traveller, I was especially grateful for the friendly atmosphere. Angelos, the cocktail waiter, was great to chat with and always made time for a good conversation, which helped me feel much more at ease and welcomed. The combination of kind people, a relaxed setting, and thoughtful service made my stay feel comfortable and cared for. I’m already looking forward to returning soon and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

The food looked really good however we didn’t get any. The location was unbelievable and Sophia was very friendly and helpful . Our apartment was a 3 minute walk from the pool . The apartments were spotless and cleaned most mornings . The facilities were excellent . Be prepared for mosquitoes as we got bitten alive! Overall extremely impressive.

The food and drinks at the pool were overpriced in comparison to food and drinks on the strip. The shower in our apartment was too small and wasn’t powerful.

Staff is no interested for your comfort,Anex building is far away and you need to go uphill,no scrubber or anything for hygiene in apartment,shower cover is short and water is going all along in toilet,low speed internet,no umbrellas at the pool for free sunbeds,costly sunbeds on beach for hotel customers,no mosquito net on windows

Honestly this is the best Hotel/apartment complex in Kavos and I wouldn’t think twice to book it. Best tip is to book your airport-hotel transfer with Looking4Transfer (20€ for return ticket) btw, it was effortless and I wish I knew it for my first trip already. It’s the second time I was in Cavo D’Oro and my friends already plan on coming back again next year. This time I booked the ocean view 3-beds room looking down on moth the pool and ocean for us which is just breathtaking with the massive (UV protected) window. Bath and beds are all clean and new.. aircon is free of charge and working perfectly (don’t know what the other comments are talking about). The kitchen is equipped with essential pan/plates/cutlery (but no oil/salt/spices/dish wasp liquid so you might need to bring it from home or buy it in the supermarket). The pool and the beach beds are absolutely beautiful (5€-10€ each per day which is really worth it) and everyone working in the hotel is super fun and friendly. I would highly recommend to check out Falconera restaurant for food and Home Bar for drinks (it’s the same price as the trash restaurants of the strip, don’t even bother to try other food places). The biggest and best supermarket is the one close to Utopia (wish we knew that before).

If you need your breakfast or ANYTHING before 10:00 you might need to make your own breakfast in the kitchenette or tell them the night before because they’re pretty relaxed about working times (but it didn’t really bother me just one of my friends). Can’t really recommend a 2-bed room there because all 3-beds rooms were much much nicer and cleaner so rather pay more to make sure. Small annoying things are the shower curtain which is so short that you make the bath floor and toilet wet regardless of how you shower so put the mat as far away as you can or it’s drenched.

Right in the centre but still away from the noise. Pool area and beach were so beautiful! Plenty of beds etc. Sofia was so attentive and was always available if we needed anything. Angel makes the most amazing drinks at the bar. The whole place was very clean as well.

I loved the location, the swimming pool and the fact that you can walk on the beach from the swimming pool area. Super friendly hosts, lovely cleaning lady who did a perfect job. I really recommend Cavo D' Oro!

Central to everything but it’s still possible to get a good sleep with no noise. The staff were very friendly helpful and nice people.

Loud music everywhere, but it was more our fault, we choose wrong area for what we wanted.

Very comfortable rooms, a/c a big bonus. Travelled as a group of 8, member of staff met us with keys at 1:30am as we were late flying in. Comfortable beds, great location just off beach and strip, great pool facilities, bar and restaurant good also. Pool and bar walk right out onto beach.

Cold water was warm, not sure if this is normal for the area. Not a huge issue
