There is a nice pool and gym area, Staff is kind and helpful. Amazing food, especially dinner. We enjoyed it very much, overall a much better deal than dining out. It's worth paying a bit extra to have a room with such an amazing view and terrace!

Main Barbati beach is further than I expected, the closest beach is small, and access is hidden behind a bar. The take-away breakfast that was given, when we needed to leave before 7.30, was sad. (but typical for hotels in Corfu). It would be nicer if at dinner at least a glass of water would be offered for free (you pay extra for every drink). No wifi in rooms. It is difficult to understand what ingredients are in each dish, so if you have any food intolerances that is confusing.

The hotel was beautiful, exactly like the pictures. The poolside is amazing , and has got an outside gym with the most breathtaking view. We had half board for our stay, and the variety is okay. All the venues looked cleaned and the room was also good. The staff was very helpful. There is daily housekeeping services, which is very good.

The room does not have enough lights. Our toilet always smelled a lot like sewage and pee. I am not sure if this was because it was ground floor, but the smell was very unpleasant during all stay, it needs to be checked. There was only WiFi in the common areas, not in the rooms.

The territory of the hotel is wonderful and well-maintained. It's really green with some beautiful trees, and the view on the mountain makes it overall a very pleasant place. The hills are quite steep which is generally not a big problem if you're a fit person, but still, on a hot day (which, in summer, is every day) can be quite annoying. For that, the view from the room is amazing. There are a few small things that the hotel can easily do to improve the experience and perhaps also get themselves those four stars. For instance, while the dinner buffet is quite good, the breakfast buffet could offer more fresh options. The rooms have very limited closet space. In the bathroom, there's a single liquid which is shampoo/body wash, so offering a conditioner and body lotion would be nice. And also bathrooms have terrible light, only one small one next to the mirror, which could be easily fixed.

There are only two frustrating things about this hotel: - Incredibly annoying wasps at the dining area (which the hotel probably can't do much about) - Non-existent Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in common areas (which the hotel can and should do something about)

The hotel is perfect, calm and clean room, perfect view, food at the restaurant and pool bar, the Barbati beach nearby is very nice, our family enjoyed the stay very much. Very nice personnel, we're especially grateful to the driver who almost everyday took us with a child to the room:) THANK YOU, you helped very much:)

We had a great holiday at the Pantokrator Hotel, a hotel we would definitely come back to because of the beautiful views of the sea, the comfortable swimming pool area, the delicious food in the restaurant, the handy walking distance to the sea and last but not least the staff who was always very attentive, helpful and friendly.

The food was excellent, as was the service from all staff! It was top spec and spotlessly clean. The only issue was that the hotel is built into mount Pantokrator, therefore it is quite a climb to the rooms, We were on the sixth floor, we are in our sixties and found it a bit tough going, nevertheless we would definitely go back again but perhaps ask for a room at a lower level. Our thanks to the wonderful staff

Amazing view from the hotel's restaurant and bar and also from room's balcony.Comfortable room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom.Fabulous breakfast and dinner.Spinach pie was fantastic!Very kind staff helping in everything.The hotel's mini bus runs every 30 mins for guest's transportation between hotel and main road (bus station to Corfu Town and Kassiopi).

The fridge was melting and there was water in front of the fridge.The air conditioner didn't work well,there was hot in the room.The TV was not working.The hotel didn't answered my questions by email.

Stunning views from the pool area, very good breakfast and lovely pool area. Nice view from our room. The bathroom in our room was nice with a good shower.

The hotel itself was stunning but our room was not as expected. The room was a little strange, no main light just lamps. The power cut out in our room during the night, it did take the staff quite some time to fix it. The bed was also very hard. Unfortunately the pictures did not really match the room that we were in.

The only thing I can say is if you are getting on a bit there are a lot of steps and a bit hilly. On the plus side though, the hotel have a shuttle bus on site to take you to the bottom of the main hill also to your apartments .
