This vacation definitely exceed our expectations and we are really happy with this experience. After reading the reviews left by some of the previous guests we were a little afraid to go ahead with this booking but in the end we decided to go anyway and we are so happy we did so. As the majority of the reviews agree, this place has an amazing view that will definitely make an impression on you as well. We had a double room with balcony facing the sea and it was incredible to wake up to such a spectacular view every day. Regarding the room, yes, indeed, the furniture was older but it was functional. Plus, the room, the bathroom and the balcony were all very spacious. We were pleasantly surprised by the huge TV placed in the room (it even had the option of using Netflix, Disney and other subscriptions; unfortunately the Wi-Fi was not strong enough in order to enable this subscriptions though). Another pleasant surprise was the food: there were so many options available at every meal! And tasty too! We really didn't understand why people complain. There was something for everyone. If you wanted to eat healthy, there were plenty options there. If you wanted to indulge, again, same thing. One aspect that we found interesting was to see how close the sea and the beach actually were to the hotel. My mom has some walking difficulties at times and we were concerned for her after reading some of the reviews. It's true, the elevators were a little busy at times but it was something to be expected in a place with hundreds and hundreds of people using them on a daily basis. Just a little patience can work miracles. Plus, the access to the beach was quite easy even for my mom! She could take the stairs when needed. The staff is definitely one of the best offerings of this place. Everyone is very welcoming, smiley and friendly. We want to thank everyone for their hard work and for going the extra mile in order to make sure that everyone has a great time.

There are definitely things that can be improved (the furniture in the rooms, the buildings need some repairs and some extra love) but we were aware of these aspects ahead of time so we can't say we were shocked by them.

Corfu is beautiful. Hotel is big, staff is pleasent. Food was great.

Facilities a bit old. Need restauration. Few things did not function. Bathroom light, bathroom and terassbdoor lock. Beach is clean but needs additional sand...Lot of rocks. Not mantained in that way.

Seen many negative reviews, don't belive them, but be realistic with expectations giving the price you paid! Hotel is very good, view from room and swimming pools are amazing. Something you never forget! Plenty of choice for food. Not too crowded, always free sunbeds. I love that you were allowed to swimm in the pool after 8 o'clock eve!

Not the best Entertainment, bathrooms need an upgrade, but still in usable condition

The private beach was very accessible and great fun! The animation team along with bar and restaurant staff were great with our family and the on site store made it easy to stay on site which was helpful with it being a little secluded. Nice large open plan hotel with stunning views that cannot be missed. Booking.com hotel communications went above and beyond to help both our stay and travel to the hotel, which was amazing.

The food choices were very much the same each day and information was limited upon arrival which meant we missed out on a few things within the hotel during our stay.

I read negative reviews about the hotel and was upset because we were traveling with a one-year-old child. We arrived and saw that everything negative that was written was not true. The food is varied, the staff is very helpful. Bungalow with amazing views. True, everything gradually wore out inside, but these are all such little things when you are with your loved ones. Thank you, you made our vacation amazing! Service kitchen, you guys are all so good) I wish you prosperity) P.S. photo of a toilet on the beach (I read one review and it was written there that there was none) 😂

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the incredibly polite, competent, and friendly staff who made us feel right at home. Their warmth and professionalism set the tone for our entire visit. The hotel itself is a paradise. The pools are fantastic, providing endless fun and relaxation for the whole family. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options at every meal—breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We especially loved the variety of salads, meats, and the excellent choices for kids, including fresh fruits and ice cream. The drinks were top-notch, and both the hotel bar and pool bar offered perfect settings to unwind, with excellent service to match. The room service was superb, always prompt and attentive. The infrastructure of the hotel is impressive, and the private beach was truly a dream—a perfect place to create lasting memories. Our time at Sunshine Resort Spa Hotel will forever be cherished as one of the best experiences of our lives. We can't wait to return!

I saw all negative comments but i booked hotel for 4 days without some big expetations . For price for what i booked, it was very nice. Room is good, view is perfect, beach is nice, food is good., animation team is good. You have green bus station close to hotel.

Towels in rooms should be changed every day, not every two days. Hotel must focus on small details- cleaning elevators...bye time to change furniture...because of that they are taking bad comments. Great potential of hotel....but yes, there are lot of better 4 star hotels for sure in this moment

Looks like a good value for money. The location is really great you could see the whole Corfu eastern coastline from one side and Albanian mountains on another and from behind you are backed by the highest mountain of the island. The room (bungalow to be exact) was fine: it was comfortable and not hot. The room was regularly cleaned and the bedsheets were also changed several times. I haven't spotted any mosquitoes or spiders in the room - it was totally fine. As for the facilities - we totally liked the two pools (relax and activity) on the terraces. The activity pool has a bar and mini version of dining hall. Great for families. The all inclusive food and drinks are normal: I'd say it's a nice value for money - you get the normal basic food without any sophistications. Drinks are fine, beer was really good to my mind. Coffe's better in the bar than in the dining hall. There is also a private hotel beach down - the sea is amazing, clean and not overcrowded with people. The hotel also proposes boat rental, SUP and other facilities for reasonable prices. And the staff was absolutely great. The guys are very welcoming and helpful.

The refrigerator in our room was working but didn't actually cool the things inside. Possibly it needs substitution. The shower system required some change - once it was great hydromassage system, but now only tropical shower stuff is the thing that actually works normally.

This hotel was simply AMAZING! Me and our family enjoyed the stay at this place. The view was awesome, the private beach with crystal water and two swimming pools with lot of space. The facilities really good. The food DELICIOUS, especially the greek spiecialities. We enjoyed a lot the drinks (especially the ones made by Sir Konstantinos). The staff was always helpful and kind. The waiters were always hard working. The bungalow was well cleaned, with lot of space and perfect view from the balcony. The garden with so much nature and cared was simply the best. The animation staff was the best, Especially Ilyes, which we miss so much!

Too much stairs, but it was good for some gym. The lifts sometimes busy. But nothing else to declare.
