This property had everything we needed for a great vacation, including a small stove top, microwave, water heater, and clothesline. The hosts, Kalliopi and George thought of everything and included thoughtful personal touches to make our stay feel like home. Kalliopi was always available via WhatsApp and even helped us book an excursion to the volcano and told us about the Easter candles at Prygos, which we would have otherwise missed. It was located away from the main tourist area, so we were able to enjoy some peace and quiet at night, but was a convenient 10ish minute drive to Fira and central to most attractions in Santorini. On top of all of that, we had a private pool and large deck to hang out at when we needed a break! We could not have asked for a better stay, and will recommend this property to all of our friends and family traveling to Santorini.

Saying that Miss Kalliopi spoiled us is extremely reductive. Everything we needed or wanted to know about required not more than 5 minutes to be sorted out, INCLUDING car rental and boat trips. Every morrning Kalliopi would bring us freshly cooked food, and the quality perfectly respected the whole complex of this host. Rooms and pools were cleaned regularly every day. Coffee and breakfast were supplied along with freshly cooked food. The networking abilities of the host, Kalliopi, made the trip even more simple. Although the surroundings were a bit noisy, the whole experience was an absolute masterpiece! Thank you Kalliopi for treating us with silk gloves! 10/10 :D

I highly recommend this accommodation! It's the best we could have chosen. The landlady is very caring and always leaves us something tasty in the fridge. Our arrival was at night and breakfast for the next day and Greek wine were waiting for us in the fridge. The accommodation is clean, beautiful, with amazing views with a living room and equipped kitchen and the best part is the jacuzzi. The location is great, there are restaurants, a pharmacy, shops nearby, there is peace and quiet in the evening. You can get anywhere you want with a quad bike, there is also a parking lot. I have nothing to complain about❤️❤️❤️

We felt welcome from the moment of booking, the owner contacted us straight away to say hello and from there on she was always available and very helpful. We've got presents, attention, help with organising activities and a transfer, a ride to the beach and local tips. The villa was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The jet pool was also very clean and we used it every day. Grocery store, bus stop and village centre are all a few minutes walk away. Could not wish for a better stay or a nicer host and would highly recommend.

We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation! 🫶🏻 The apartment was excellent,clean,tidy, fully equipped, great location and the heated pool was the icing on the cake! Mrs Antonia was taking care of the apartment daily with perfection and discretion. We will be coming back to Santorini and we will be definitely staying in Santo Rossa again! Mrs Kalliopi is the warmest & most amazing person, a great hostess she provides everything you need and even offers different treats almost everyday like baby tomatoes from Santorini, cold watermelon and chocolate truffles 😍 she is the epitome of Greek hospitality! ❤️

Mrs. Kalliopi was an exceptional and truly hospitable host. She reached out well in advance of our stay, provided detailed directions on how to get to the hotel, and shared excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit — complete with direct links. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The highlight of our stay was the private heated swimming pool. Since we visited at the end of May and the sea was still a bit chilly, the pool was an absolute delight. To make our stay even more special, Mrs. Kalliopi surprised us every day with sweet treats and extra coffee — a truly thoughtful gesture that we deeply appreciated. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Santorossa Luxury Villas was simply perfect! The host was, without a doubt, the best we've ever had — attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist, making us feel truly at home. The accommodation is extremely well located: close to a supermarket, cafés, the black sand beach, and a platform that makes it easy to get anywhere on the island quickly. Every detail was impeccable and exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend it! We'd give more than 5 stars if it were possible — it truly deserves it.

Not staying longer!

The room, facilities, views, everything was on point. Great value for money. Parking was available on site and the host was very kind with plenty of recommendations. She made us feel very welcome and she is available anytime you need her. We only stayed for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed for bit longer. The location is quite central to everything. The host provided chocolates, juice, bread and coffee for our stay and she kept us updated on whatsapp before we even got there. The apartment itself is very private and the room was cleaned everyday.

Other properties nearby probably had dogs which kept barking all through the evening and night so it was quite disturbing when we left the windows open.

I had a really great experience staying at this hotel during my solo trip to Santorini. The host was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She provided me with helpful information about the area and even offered company on occasion, which was such a kind gesture as I was traveling alone. Throughout my stay, she regularly checked in to ensure I had everything I needed, which made me feel truly cared for. The hospitality was top-notch, and the service made all the difference. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Santorini. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience! Highly recommended.

What can I say, just back from a week @ Santorossa Luxury Villas - absolutely fantastic. As a disabled traveller and wheelchair user it is always nerve racking booking holidays. However you know you have got it right when the host arranges to have fresh tarmac laid on the road outside to make the access perfect🙌🙂 (it was actually a coincidence) but I’m going to take the win and it has now been named ‘Christopher Road’ by the host, who is wonderfully kind, caring and friendly lady. Santorossa Luxury Villas are amazing, clean, luxurious and extremely well equipped but the holiday experience is made perfect by the host. Mrs Kalliopi goes above and beyond for guests, freshly baked and prepared treats on a daily basis, happy to take us to the beach, restaurants and experiences in her own time and car. We had the best time in a beautiful location with the best host. 10/10 for everything and made a friend for life - we will most definitely be going back.
