Excellent friendly staff

The public pool is amazing! Very quiet place, where you can read, relax, and take a nap. Super friendly crew, that will offer you a great service. The room itself is very big and comfortable.

Our room had a private pool, which was dirty with leaves and bugs. The crew cleaned it couple of times, but it got dirty again really fast. We didn't use our private pool. The location is a bit far from points of interest in Cyprus. You need a car to enjoy the island

It was truly an exceptional experience! The hotel is situated in a quite area around 7-minute walk away from the beach. The design of the hotel is very modern and the attention to detail is amazing! We booked a room with a private pool, which was very nice and we were spending our evenings on the terrace watching the stars. The meals and the bar at the hotel we thought were the best! Cocktails were really great! We were using beach facilities at Pilot Beach Resort every day, it's very easy to get there by a shuttle bus that picks you up in front of the hotel. The team who works at the hotel are true professionals, we are very thankful for their hospitality and help during our stay! It's a second time I am choosing this hotel when travelling to Crete and every time I visit it exceeds all my expectations!

I really appreciated the friendly and helpful personnel. The food was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel provided a calm and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation.

I booked a room with a pool, but it was not specified in the room description that it was on the north side of the building, which meant there was no sun. As a result, I paid for this option but couldn't use the pool, which was also not heated.

We stayed at the Pilot Amphora Boutique Hotel for 10 days. The hotel, the service, the staff - everything was exceptional. We received a bottle of champagne and fruits on arrival, which was a lovely touch. There was also a surprise birthday cake delivered to our room during the trip. Again, great service and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious (we stayed in an indulge room - and we had plenty of space. The rooms were cleaned daily, with new fresh towels etc. We had half board (including breakfast and dinner) which was amazing value for money as you get such a wide choice of options for breakfast. The dinners are exceptional (very big portions also) - be sure to keep yourself hungry each night! The staff were the best bit - so friendly and accommodating. The service couldn’t have been better - we would absolutely recommend this hotel. Thank you specifically to Paulos and Vasilis - it was a pleasure. We also visited the sister hotel (Pilot Beach Resort) for the Lobster night - and we were chauffeured across by the hotel teams. There are various local restaurants and supermarkets in the quiet neighbourhood also (Nostos and Mythos were local recommendations). There are also excursions from Georgioupolis for day trips - all fairly convenient if you don’t drive / have a car. We would love to come back! Thanks for everything to the team.

It is a super nice hotel which invites you to complete relaxation. Everything is super calm and the personnel is always super friendly and does its best to comfort you. The breakfast is super delicious and suits everyones wishes, the special omlettes are also super yummy. :-) The room/hotel is very modern and new and everything is designed with a good sense to details. It's a great mix of modern and traditional elements. The private pool is a nice add-on for your very private refreshment every day. Also dinner is very delicious at fair prices but there are also many tavernas around the hotel (5-10 min walk max) where you can get super delicious dinner, depending what you prefer more.

We booked the room with a private pool. During all our stay (and although they clean the pool every day) we had bugs, flies and fuzzes inside. And a lot of them covered the pool.They couldn’t solve this problem and couldn’t refund as for not using our private pool at all during our all stay. 4 days we waited for a solution cuz we didn’t got in ones! It was disgusting . Dinner a little bit exhausting. 1 hour and a half for a la cart style dinner. The food at dinner wasn’t to our taste.

This really is a true Boutique Hotel, a hidden gem in the small village of Georgiopoulos. The clean, simple but well thought out design and function of all spaces makes it both luxurious and a haven of peace and tranquility. Room was spacious,with great amenities.Iron plus board and anti mosquito plug in were added nice touches. Sunny balcony with mountain view, water provided daily. The hotel app is excellent for room service, lunch etc, small but perfectly tasty menu given the size (only 30 rooms) of the hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, something for everyone with a great eggs menu too. The dinner is a 5 course set menu, which i tried. Beautifully balanced by the extremely competent chef, creative and delicious, all dietary requirements are catered for. Good wine list available, excellent price point. Lovely ambiance, as throughout the property at all times. Plenty of shops,restaurants etc at a stone’s throw plus 2 excellent beaches. You can also use all the facilities at the sister hotel, about a 5 minute transfer by shuttle which was available on tap at no extra charge! A much bigger but still beautiful complex, you get the best of both worlds and i would highly recommend the spa facilities. A car is needed if you wish to explore Crete more extensively but Rethymno and Chania are both close by, bus or taxi easy to access. Above all the level of service, discretion and professionalism of all the staff was the star attraction in this hotel for me. They cannot do enough to make your stay perfect and truly memorable. A special huge Thank You to Panos, an extraordinary manager,who’s enormous experience and understanding of customer comfort and relations is exceptional, and to Menia, the “fairy godmother” of reception, such warmth, charm and attention to every individuals needs and requests given with genuine care. To quote Panos “You arrive a stranger but leave as a friend”. Perfect. I will definitely be going back!!!

Appliance not well fixed if not falling (lights, alarm system in shower, loo paper holder dangling. Outside private pool not heated and dirty as being last in a line of 6 and with poor water renewal access ( the skimmer system wasn’t efficient for the design). Hence expensive accessory, never used almost 400€ wasted
