Elea Suites & Residences is in a beautiful location surrounded by scenic olive trees and is run by a beautiful family who attend to your every need. It is a very peaceful place with an authentic atmosphere and is only a five-minute walk away from the beach and other facilities such as restaurants and small supermarkets. As soon as we can, we will definitely be returning to Elea Suites & Residences.

Everything here was absolutely amazing. The staff are so friendly, especially Sophia, Yannis and the other woman who worked there (I didn’t ever catch her name). No request was too much and they gave amazing recommendations whenever we asked. The room was perfect for 6 of us, everything was so beautiful and clean and housekeeping came every single day. The pool was lovely and the food there is exceptional. I couldn’t recommend this place any more and would love to go back!

There wasn’t much they could improve on, the only slight issue we had was the kitchen could use a few more pans, a measuring jug etc. We struggled slightly when cooking for 6 of us. However everything else was amazing.

Had a wonderful stay - we had an issue with our aircon on the first night and by breakfast they had sorted it out. They were very attentive, even putting out extra sun loungers and umbrellas without us having to ask - they just anticipated our needs and then let us know! They were wonderful!

There is not very much to do in the area - which was perfect for us as we just wanted to relax at the pool. But if you want to explore or do some serious shopping, aside from the beach you'd need to head into Heraklion. The airplanes overhead did not bother us coming from London, but it might bother some people.

Such a lovely family run place. They were so accommodating of our toddler at breakfast and always willing to help. The pool and the toys provided were fab, and everything was really clean. Short walk to lovely restaurants and a pleasant strip of beach, and a short drive to great kids activities- dino park, aquarium, Waterpark.

Our bathroom was very small. The immediate surrounding area isn’t very charming but the hotel made up for that.

Staff were so attentive and kind .. every single one of them. A real family business who take pride in their “home”and really make you feel welcome Stunning pool facilities with the most amazing sun loungers . Food in restaurant was great Rooms clean and beds really comfortable Lovely area with beach and restaurants very close.. 5 minute walk .. lots of choice for all price ranges

The property is exactly as advertised ! Beautiful and very confortable rooms . The owners go above and beyond to make your stay as confortable and enjoyable as possible . We really felt like we were staying with family.

Two things that in my opinion need to be looked at: - they have a cat on site . He’s the sweetest thing and he’s well looked after. But because he’s mostly outside, his skin seems a bit sore. Maybe a quick visit to the vet to get him checked. - we booked a boat trip with the hotel and we realised on the day that most people on the trip have payed less than us. I think the agency charge extra when you go through the hotel . I would recommend booking directly in town .

The villa was spacious, private and super clean. If your looking for modern the villa is not for you as it’s classic Greece with a real quirky style, we loved it. For modern try one of there brand new apartments over looking the pool. The family who own it were wonderful and so accommodating and the food was delightful

Warm welcome from the hosts who were super helpful and kind enough to change our room after I had accidentally booked the wrong type. Really helpful in recommending local restaurants and places to visit. Very chilled, friendly vibe overall. Food was delicious and pool was a lovely addition to a relaxed place. Have already recommended to friends and family and would go again.

Absolutely loved the accommodation, the pool area was lovely, the bed was so comfortable and air conditioning was great

Possibly could of had a little bit more kitchen facilities…a toaster would of been nice but not really a complaint…I couldn’t do any cooking 😀
