Location a little out of the centre but walkable along the seafront so not an issue for me. My studio overlooked an inner courtyard so relatively quiet and peaceful. Studio was spotlessly clean and pretty well equipped for low level self-catering if you were inclined to do so! Plenty of towels provided, nice little balcony for evening drinks. Staff responded quickly to two issues I had during my stay, although reception was not manned all the time, easy to contact via WhatsApp

As above, two issues with water not being hot enough and room lock failed on the last day of my stay, but the staff were easy to contact and quickly sorted the first issue remotely, second issue was fixed by a friendly member of staff who came out on a Sunday to sort (lock failure a very rare occurrence I understand!)

The apartment was immaculate and we had daily housekeeping with several bed changes and towel changes (we stayed for 7 days). Reception staff were so friendly and helpful, they arranged taxis for us a couple of times, fixed a problem with our door immediately, and gave us more nespresso pods when we asked. They also allowed a slightly later checkout time as our flight wasn’t until late. Can’t praise them enough! The apartment had everything we needed, was beautifully decorated, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. Location wise: there is a mini-mart 1 minute down the street for essentials; a bigger Lidl is a 10 minute walk; the beach is 15-20 minute walk along the harbour to the west; and the town centre is 15-20 minutes along the harbour to the east. Everything is within walking distance and the hotel staff are happy to help with buses and taxis for anything further afield.

We stayed at the apartment for only one night, as our flight arrived quite late in Heraklion and we didn't want to be too far of a drive to our destination as we have a little one. The location was easy to navigate from the airport, and the host of the apartment provided great options with regards to parking. The best parking spot was just a few minutes away by foot, free in what I'll call a shopping centre. It was easy enough to park, and then take our bags to the apartment. The apartment was very clean, and you could tell newly renovated, which also made it feel comfortable. We had requested a baby crib and that was provided and setup for us, with fresh sheets. Thank you! Made it so much easier with our late arrival. The shower was clean, towels great, and again a very easy one-night stop for us after a longer day of travel.

We stayed here only one night before our onward journey and it was great. Check in and check out was seamless with clear instructions from the management. It was a very cute room well furnished with a small kitchenette including fridge, hob and microwave. The bed was very comfortable, we slept well. It is located close to the port (where we wanted to be). Bathroom and shower facilities were great with good water pressure and temperature. There was a coffee machine, kettle, tea/ coffee and biscuits provided in the room.

It was located in an area with narrow streets and no space allocated in front of the hotel for loading and unloading. However, the management were helpful in sending information about parking nearby and try to make this process as easy as possible given the limitations.

The family two bedroom suite was extremely spacious and clean. It had the most comfortable beds from our entire Greece trip! Maria was extremely helpful and so warm and friendly. It felt like a home away from home. While not directly in the Old Town, it was a quick 15 minute walk and we could easily access the sites, museums, great restaurants, and shopping. It’s right next to Talos Plaza, which has restaurants and shopping. Also, it has free, secure parking. Loved our stay!

Communication from booking, to arrival and even assisting with an issue we had a check out the staff was spectacular. Our room was a great size for our family, it was clean, had two washrooms and they provided water and coffee. Location was central to the city’s restaurants and to the port. I would recommend renting a car to explore other parts of this big island if you have the time - Pavo assisted us with the car rental. I cannot thank the staff enough for assisting us with our early morning issue at time of check out as I misread the parking instructions! Thank you

Our room (n 100 at the ground floor) is spacious, clean, modern, well furnished according to some nice art design. The kitchen is also professionally equipped by modern items (micro wave, fridge, stovetop, nespresso machine with cartridges, and all necessary kitchen tools...) The bathroom is big, beautifully designed, and contains a walk-in shower. Both the room and bathroom are comfortable also the bed. We took our Nescafe in the terrace which is an-added value to the room. The owner and the team sent us, before our arrival, full details by email, about the parking and our room number along with access code. So, there is no need for key or card to open the room door, it opens by digital code. No worries about parking, there are lot of free spots nearby. A walking distance (20 minutes) to reach the old town as heading by car there is difficult. There is a supermarket in the neighborhood in addition to pharmacy, coffee shops and restaurants. The Owner and the team are very kind and supportive and provided us with needed tips that made our stay lovely. Definitely we will come back again.

This was just a quick stay over night, everything was very well executed, smart and clean. Very friendly and helpful member of staff at the front desk in the morning. Will stay again.

The lift is tiny. I have an foldable mobility scooter and had to dismantle the scooter to get it in the lift. I spoke with the Owner in the morning and they informed me that I can leave my scooter in the lobby as the front doors are access code only and there is a power plug if I need to stay again.

The building and room were beautiful, clean, new, and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond — Laurentias was friendly and answered all our questions for restaurant and transportation recommendations and even helped us handle a confusing situation with a car rental company by offering to call them and translate for us. Katerina was also very friendly, and helped us store our luggage and call a taxi to get to the airport.

Everything about the hotel and staff was great, but we wished we were a little closer to downtown for better walk ability to some things. Pavo Art was a 20-25 minute walk from the closest things in the city center, which was fine, but we would have done more a little closer. Then again, Pavo Art is just a couple minutes walk from a great view of the northern coast, and the Venetian walls.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and modern with beautiful designs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. The location is about a 15 minute walk to the old town. It was an easy walk and we found the area easy to get around.

Nothing we didn’t like about the hotel. It would be good to have a washing machine on site or in the room. There was a laundry around the corner. You need 2€ coins to access. It was easy enough to use, but it is convenient to have access to a laundry on site.
