We had an amazing stay at B&K Rooms! The location is perfect, very close to Talos mall and supermarkets, just a short walk to the sea, and only about 10 minutes on foot from the city center. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable, making our stay very relaxing. Parking was included, and even when the main parking lot was full, there were always plenty of other spaces available, which was very convenient. The staff truly made our stay even better. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the time we left. Highly recommend B&K Rooms to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at B&K Rooms Heraklion was excellent, and the location was very good. The kindness and hospitality of the staff were outstanding. The rooms were very well-maintained and clean, and we were able to do laundry. We were left with a very good impression, and in the coming years, when we return to Heraklion, we will definitely stay here again. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

The nearest actual beach was Amoudara, but it was not a 10-minute walk — it was 10–15 minutes away by bus.

A really great and affordable place to stay while visiting Heraklion! Beautiful and modern with all the necessary facilities such as iron, AC, coffee machine, fridge, kitchen and microwave. The bed was so comfortable and we even got some small welcome gift. There is even a private parking for the hotel guests. The personel was extremely helpful with early check-in (for an extra cost but not the price of a whole day!), tips of the historic places and restaurants and even free of charge buss for tourists! A perfect location to book for a couple of days :) Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful stay at B&K Rooms. What truly made the difference, though, was the exceptional service. A special thank you to Dimitra, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout my stay. The only thing is that when we arrived we didn't have internet and I couldn't connect the roaming to contact the administrator to give me the keys, they left the instruction by message but without internet I couldn't see him, but a tenant from the hotel , he gave us the wi-fi password and we were able to contact the administration.

Clean, very good communication with the host, all you need is there. As other reviewers mentioned, everything is new. Close enough to city center, own parking available. We had a great stay, would like to come back some day.

Although it is a very nice apt. I found it a bit pricey considering the location and time of the year. As in many cases with Crete accommodations, the bathroom is very small and you need some serious shower management skills in order to not flood the entire bathroom floor when showering... Just a warning, nothing that could be fixed, so deal with it! :)

I am what people may call a «clean freak», so when I travel and book a place to stay this may be an incommodity as you don’t always know what you’ll get. However B&K Rooms had the cleanest appartment we have ever booked. They also went out of their way to provide slippers, good quality shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, coffee, tea, water, a small bottle of their Greek traditional raki and even homemade jam. Just lovely! They even upgraded our appartment to a superior one for free. I only wish we could have stayed there longer.

Clean, modern rooms with good AC and comfortable beds. Quiet location but close to the center. Parking was available, which was a big plus. Staff was super super friendly and helpful. We ended up extending our stay by two nights because we liked it so much. Great value – highly recommend.

Immaculately clean modern property. Slightly outside of city centre but shopping centre with restaurants across the way. Also a fabulous restaurant with indoor playground for children across the street. Staff extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend highly.

Door entry system very modern but a bit temperamental. Other than that, excellent.

New, Really nice style and interior design. We enjoyed the smell in the apartment( vanilla cupcake diffuser🥰) Confortable bed and sofa. The apartment is very well equipped.

The location is not very attractive.(Street) We stayed there 3 days and in the last morning, there were no water in the building. Could not have a tea and a shower before check out, but hopefully that would not repeat for future guests.
