I've stayed at Alcyone Apartments several times, and the rooms have always been spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. I was given a free upgrade to a atriple room this time, which was great. The location is perfect for me, as a short walk along the seafront takes you into town.

The only minor negative point is that I think there should be a light and electric socket near to the bed.

The apartment building is located in the residential, quite neighbourhood, so you can feel the local vibe. It is newly built and modern building, with great entrance. Everything looks very modern and well maintained. We were accomodated in triple room, very clean and well equiped. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every two days. Reception is opened during the morning and polite staff is able to provide you with information if needed. Wi fi was extremly fast for Greek standards.We really enjoyed our staying in this property and would like to repeat this experience.

The room is really tiny, but we were aware of that before made reservation, so no complains.

Really nice apartment, modern and it has everything that you need. Host super kind and helped us to book a taxi for the next day really early in the morning. The hallway smells SOOOO good 😂

The bathroom was smelling a bit bad but I think it's because the pipes smell in the summer. I don't know they can find a solution for it. Also the bathroom door is not completely closing so not the best for privacy but it didn't bother me.

The property was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the amenities and it definitely felt good value. The location could be better, but it's not far from the city center and there's a bus stop nearby, so it wasn't too bad. Everything was in walking distance. There was a coin laundry very close to the property, but not enough mini/supermarkets so it may be difficult to get essentials. Overall, the stay was comfortable and great for the price.

The bathroom was a tight fit, but not too bad. I also didn't enjoy the scented sticks in the room, but it wasn't much of an issue either.

Public transportation is also easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Overall, my stay at these apartments was exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Ioannis was so helpful! Thanks to him we were able to check in to our room 1 hour earlier, as we arrived at 10 am in the morning and check in was avaialable after 15.00 only we left our bags in the hotel and went to a restaurant for breakfast. It was hot in the afternoon and we came back to the hotel hoping that our room is available earlier and we can check in. Ioannis was at site and he kindly asked: "How can I help you?" we said that we are so tired after sleepless night in the airport and we arrived in the morning but had to wait for the time to check in and suggested us friendly to let him check if our room is cleaned up and can check in earlier. Hopefully, our room was ready and we could go and rest in the room 1 hour prior to check in time. His kind heart, helpfulness, professionalism and friendly service helped us a lot and we were happy to stay in the apartaments. Ioannis you're top! Hello from Ukraine:) Also, room was clean and fresh, cozy, kithen available in the room with everything needed to cook, it was nice!

Small space in the room because of third bed and small space in the bathroom. Also, while booking a room we selected the one with jacuzzi in the room and one double bed and we paid a little higher price than the one with double bed + a single bed for 3 people and no jacuzzi, but after check in it appeared that we had the room with double bed and 1 single bed for 2 of us with no jacuzzi.

The quality of every aspect offered by this accommodation was impeccably fulfilled. It was a delightful place to stay in Heraklion, providing us with truly precious and splendid memories. Should I ever visit Heraklion again, I would be honoured to stay here once more. Thank you sincerely.

This was a good find for Heraklion. The room was spacious and comfortable, and for a reasonable price. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth with clear instructions. The room had a small kitchen, which was good for the duration of stay. It also had a small balcony and a good amount of light in the room. The location is alright, it has some restaurants and markets within the vicinity. I would recommend the place for other travelers.

* Not in the crowded city center * Close to restaurants, supermarkets and the sea * Clean and comfortable * Check in and out without any human interaction * Coffee in the room * Raki in the room

* Noisy, especially from the common hallway. You hear everything. Luckily they give you earplugs for free. * No cleaning service for 3 nights. I know this is not technically a hotel, but still it should be done at least once during this timeframe.

Easy self check-in as we arrived late (9pm) and good overall communication with the team. The room was clean and the bathroom modern (which was not the case in many other hotel we’ve been too in Crete) The room is quite small, you should be happy if you want a comfy room to sleep after a nice day at the beach.

The street view on the ground floor.. we did not open our window for safety. But I guess we were unlucky on that point.
