Theodora at the front desk was incredibly helpful when we checked in. She helped us book a restaurant and gave us recommendations for sights to see. The location was great, there was parking provided, they had water in the fridge for us, there was lots of storage for our clothes/suitcases, and we had a lovely balcony looking out over the old Venetian wall and the water. The breakfast was also amazing. Lots to choose from and they had labels on all the food in several languages so we knew what we were eating.

Our GOS struggled to get us there at first with all the tiny streets. But we did finally make it.

Good place to stay for our first 2 nights with a late arrival, 24 hr reception. Secure parking is arranged about 200m away . About 25 mins walk through the old town to the archaeology museum and Venetian harbour. Very good breakfasts with a huge buffet and delicious fresh salads etc as well as eggs and cooked items and pleasant bar up on the 5th floor with views over the walls. Lovely staff there. In fact we ate there for dinner our second night with the v reasonable and nice set menu, after a tiring day. An efficiently run hotel. Would return if needed a city base again

Right on a roundabout. However the double glazing is efficient and I doubt a quiet hotel in the city is possible.

Very nice hotel, very comfortable and enjoyable, everything we asked for we quickly received with no questions asked. Nice view from the room, with cute balcony. I would defiantly return. Location very good, close to everything, bus runs across the street.

The room was slightly small, but again, it was nice and comfortable for 2 people. The breakfast wasn't that great, they didn't have much stuff there and some food wasn't so fresh, but for a small breakfast it was fine.

The rooms are clean and in a good size for 2 persons. The breakfast buffet was well varied (plus the view to the water that is plus point!). It's a 10-15 minute walk to the old city center where there are many restaurants and bars to choose from. Also, it has a nearby gratis parking space which is great because it's very difficult to find a parking place in the streets around the hotel. All in all I would stay there again and recomment it.

We arrived at 5a.m. with a toddler realising that we made a mistake with our reservation and booked the next day instead. The 2 guys at the reception were very kind and tried to make our night as comfortable as possible. They called a few other hotels to find a place for us to stay the night. Unfortunately it wasn't possible. They told us to stay at couches until the morning, offered us coffee, tea and water along with pastries. I wish all people were so kind as them. Will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

I spent a few days. A very clear room, the staff from my - you are excellent. One lady from reception - from the bottom of my heart thank you. The view from restaurant is amazing. I take my breakfast every morning on the balcony with the sun in my face. The option for breakfast are for everyone. From meat, fruits, vegetables and a big variety of tea. Please see the pictures. From my balcony see every day the history, the see, the sun and normal life was very good.

Can make the Internet more stable?

We booked this hôtel because we landed at Heraklion airport at 23h30 and didn't want to drive too much. The hotel is at a 10min drive from the airport and it's easy to find a parking place. The bed is comfortable, shower also good. The breakfast is a the last floor with a great view of the sea and is complete and good quality. The receptionist was kind and helpful

It is located near the road and we can hear cars honking but we had great sleep nonetheless

We got a sea view room. It was spacious, clean and with a large balcony. The bed was very soft but comfortable. The breakfast was decent with many local options to try.

The cleaning personel was too noisy in the corridor. The shampoo in the shower was mixed with (a lot of) water, probably for economy but it was unpleasant to use it. We found two (probably used?) towels in the bathroom, which the next day they were gone.

Confortable, free parking, lovely staff. Location IS fine, near the venetian walls, 15 min to the center by walk.

We arrived very early due to our flight and, despite I told the hotel before, the room was not prepared even when they told me that there would be no problem. Its not a big problem, but thats the only "negative" thing.

Location was perfect for what we needed. Staff were friendly and efficient and the breakfast was fabulous.

Little things in the room need fixing, hole by taps in shower, marks in bedroom wall, skirting board in room coming apart. No stool in room for dressing table. Only 1 chair on balcony and no table. Only small things, wouldnt stop me coming back.
