Wonderful hotel for families. The food was fantastic. Hotel Train available to get to the slides.

Sunloungers at the main pool already had towels on them since 7am but the bathers were vacant for 3 hours - no enforcement of towel removal by staff.

It was a great stay, I enjoyed the food, the facilities and the beach. I will come back here again. Plenty of activities, food choices and cocktails.

It gets very crowded around lunch and dinner times. They have a "late dinner" buffet, but the choices are very (very) limited. The specialty restaurants need to be booked in advance, nothing wrong with that, but you may not be able to get a slot for some of the restaurants. Also, you only are allowed to book every restaurant once, we stayed 10 nights but were told that you need to stay at least 14 nights to be able to book them again.

Pleasant atmosphere. Specious room and very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff that also includes the lifeguards in the water park area Everyone was awesome and took care of the little ones. Although there is a lot of walking between the rooms and the main facilities there is a train as seen in the below photo that is operating from 10am until 21:30 and passing through the road outside the rooms and you can hop on and hop off. Before and after the operating time of the train, you can request a lift to or out of your room, and the employees with golf cars will pick you up. Our special thanks to all the groomer boys and especially Sofoklis, which were top of the top service and always with the smile. These people were our first positive impression of the hotel and also our last will leaving. Keep the good work, boys, and I am sure the hotel management will recognize the value and impact that you have to the customers!!

A lot of stairs due to the stracture of the hotel. People with disabilities or little kids will have to face some difficulties moving around the families.

We stayed in a. Sea view family room and it was great for us (two boys 9 and 11). Water park was great fun for all, food great, staff amazing beach nice too.

If you find fault with this place you are either way too fussy, unrealistic or were unlucky. Everyone was excellent 👍👍

Basilicos restaurant - delicious varied food, good service, breathtaking view, sea, pools, nature, fantastic animation team, good gift shop, game room, mini kids club, playground. After the performance of the acrobats, our daughter began to do acrobatics in the room on the bed :)) Our daughter liked the train :) We are grateful for the help Anna, Maria and Mihaela. They explained a lot to us about the hotel and attractions on the island. We are grateful to the head of the kitchen ( unfortunately I don't know his name ) for allowing me to take food to the room when my husband fell ill and stayed in the room.

Steps are a great sport for adults, but a little hard for kids. Cold pool for small kids. I would advise warming it up a little because very small kids move little, quickly freeze and get sick. Kids club only for english speaking kids, our daughter speaks russian and hebrew, we couldn't leave her in it.

It was very nice especially for the children who enjoyed the pool, the video games and the water slides. The staff was very nice, and the room we got was pretty awesome - just beneath the pool and the restaurants and with sea view. The room was cleaned every day and had everything we needed. There was also food all the time, so much so I had to go to the gym every morning just to balance it.

The main restaurant was average, the types of food was very repetitive and not that tasty. The other restaurants were pretty bad and not tasty except the Italian one who was delicious. The toilet smell was not good, but we didn’t bother to tell the staff so we can’t say if they could have fix that. The video games for the kids were pretty expensive and seems not in place with the hotel, they should have given those for free for the kids.

Perfect location and a great place for families. Good facilities, amazing beach, pools and water park. The staff are friendly and know your choice after a few days, even though there are a lot of guests. The theme restaurants are amazing, absolutely worth the try.

There are not enough sunbeds, and although it is promised that the staff would remove the unused towels (which are only reserving sunbeds), they didn't. The food in the main restaurant is good but far not extraordinary (which I would have expected at five stars), but at least the variety is huge.

Lots of swimming pools available so everyone is spread out, along with the beach being so close. Food available at all times of the day. Bars everywhere and at the beach - the beach is lovely and the sea is amazing. Lovely to have the water park and there are no queues to get on the slides. The evenings are magical when the resort is all lit up. So many beautiful places to sit and admire the landscape. We stayed at the sea front so there was less steps generally and easy access to the beach - also there are lifts available to the beach.

You have to try hard to search for a problem...all was fine for us!

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the entertainment was very good, in particular the entertainments manager, Alessandro. Our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The beach was well upkept. We were given a late checkout time which was very useful.

Overall, much as we enjoyed our stay, we felt that the hotel lacked the attributes to deserve 5 stars. It was not luxurious. The main pools were not heated and so they were too cold to use. There were not enough sun loungers. In the buffet restaurant, the fruit juice was not chilled and the food was repetitive. We were very disappointed with the Elia restaurant (Greek); the food was awful and we walked out.

The location of the hotel with it's own (sandy) beach is great. Our family suite was spacious, modern and with a nice view. Since we were uphill, the way to the water park was not far and we also didn't mind the stairs (on certain occasions, when you are very tired, just take the "tran" which runs every 5 minutes). Selection and quality of food in the buffet restaurants is good - especially compared to other all-inclusive hotels. The Italian à la carte "Ambrosia" is excellent, the Greek rather average but still ok. There is free parking and all your questions are answered via a very innovative app and by motivated front desk staff.

Only two minor points: terrible table wines (red, white and rosé) without the possibility to buy better wine (except for à la carte restaurants) and German speaking kids club only available to TUI guests (for all others, there is "just" an English speaking kids club)
