This exquisite newly-opened establishment, positioned a mere stroll from the beach and its accompanying gastronomic offerings, extends an exceptionally refined welcome to its clientele. The generously proportioned guest chambers boast tasteful interior design, while the exemplary housekeeping standards prove particularly commendable. The bar presents an assortment of libations, light repasts, and morning breakfasts. A dedicated private parking facility ensures seamless vehicular accommodation, albeit subject to occasional capacity constraints during peak intervals. An altogether delightful sojourn in an establishment which I should most enthusiastically endorse to the discerning traveller.

Location excellent. Just a few yards from the beach, but set back enough that it was peaceful. Room very nice. We were at the top with a good sized balcony. Very big and comfortable bed. The air con was effective and virtually silent. The staff were very nice and helpful. We didn't use the gym or spa. There are two pools, which are on the small side, but perfectly adequate for cooling down. The property feels new and is in very good condition. The internet access worked well. It takes about 12 minutes to get into or out of the village from the main road, but it is well placed as once on it you have good access to Rethymnon, Chania and the West, and Heraklion and the East of the island.

The access to the car park is very tight and the ground a bit rough, so I would advise renting a small car. Mind you, that's true of Crete in general and you get used to it.

Spotlessly clean apartment, ideally laid out for two of us sharing as we each had a double bedroom and bathroom so had privacy. Very well appointed kitchen, dining and sitting areas, although we mostly used room service and sat out on the terrace. Staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough to help. Housekeeping changed towels every day, bed linen half way through our stay and kept the apartment spotlessly clean. Beautiful swimming pools with plenty of loungers. Two minutes walk from the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. In short everything we needed for a relaxing week in fabulous location

The service and staff were great and helped us a lot. The facility is really close to the beach and a seaside promenade with many great restaurants. Free parking is available next to the property. The room was cleaned every day, and towels for the beach were provided.

The maintenance of the facility is somewhat lacking. Power socket falls out of the wall, the toilet was also teared out from its place and hang crooked. The shower space is open, and the whole bathroom is full of water because of this, and it is impossible to dry the floor. There was a very strong smell of sewerage, and we had to switch rooms because of this. The other room that we have received was headed to the street with cars and zero privacy.

We had been her before and we still very much enjoyed this hotel. Room was nice and spacious, modern design. We enjoyed the large patio outside with comfortable seating. The swimming pools are very nice, with enough space available around them to sit and relax. Location is very close to the beach and all the restaurants, which is great. Friendly staff.

The shower is missing a door/curtain. The open design looks good, but half of the bathroom is soaked after you take a shower. Not so much a negative but something to keep in mind - the balconies and patio's are mostly facing the pool, so they are not completely private.

The property is clean, quiet and perfectly located in Agia Pelagia! The facilities are excellent, especially the pool which always has beds available and a lovely relaxing atmosphere for couples to lounge. The staff are very helpful, always asking if you need assistance and will go above and beyond to make your stay as good as possible.

Was just perfect! Astrinus was very welcoming kind and helpful in every matter! The hotel is right by the sea(two minutes walk) where you can find many tavernas, shops and supermarkets. The beds mattress was so convenient and the room was clean so as the hotel! Will definitely come back!

As a vegetarian, since they don’t have eggs for breakfast, I had to have it elsewhere

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a serene oasis where comfort and warmth radiate throughout. We were exceptionally pleased with the hotel; it was beyond our wildest expectations. The hotel exudes a perfect blend of laid-back luxury and authentic Cretan charm, creating a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere that captures the essence of relaxation. The staff are gems—extremely friendly, attentive, and eager to assist on any occasion, always wearing heartfelt smiles. Their exceptional service made our stay not just comfortable, but genuinely memorable. Location-wise, it's unrivalled. Just a 1-minute walk to the beach, and only 70 meters from the tranquil, turquoise waters of a calm bay—a stark contrast to North Crete’s known strong waves. This proximity allowed us to effortlessly switch between the hotel's pristine pool and the inviting sea. The poolside bar was a delightful bonus, offering refreshing cocktails, prosecco and wine and light bites under the soft breeze—a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Nestled in a charming small village, the hotel is surrounded by an array of delightful beachfront restaurants (which we explored at dinner time), offering delectable cuisine and vibrant yet peaceful vibes. Leaving this slice of paradise was our trip’s only challenge; we simply didn't want our stay to end. In conclusion, this hotel isn't just a place to stay; it’s an experience that enriches the soul, a splendid testament to Crete’s incredible hospitality. We LOVED THAT!

Great location… easy walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants & shops. The hotel is lovely… 2 great pools with plenty of sun loungers. The rooms are spacious with a well appointed kitchen. A lovely balcony. Room was cleaned each day.

Breakfast was an additional cost (which we knew), but wasn’t great… the Greeks don’t do toast… just warm bread. Worth going to local bakery or out for breakfast. Please note lots of steps to most rooms.. which may not be great for everyone.

Very comfortable apartment, just a short walk from the beach, with two nice pools, great amenities, and great personal! Parking very easy at a walking distance. We enjoyed our stay in Agia Pelagia, a great quiet little village by the sea, with true holiday spirit! I'm definitely recommending it!
