The view is incredible! Great location, not too crowded, and close to the beach (a 10-minute walk). The staff is super friendly and helpful. The wine bar was an unexpected surprise (in a good way). I loved the decor, and the bartender is a 10.

I'd say breakfast was our biggest disappointment. There were few options, and the same food was served almost every day. Also, there were no natural juices like orange juice, which Greece is famous for! Instead, they served artificial juices and greasy food. Also, our toilet broke and took over a day to fix. Still, I'll be back! The good was much better than the bad.

We spent the first few days of our honeymoon at this hotel and it was a great decision! The hotel is modern and beautifully designed, very clean, and with amazing sea views, even though it is not right on the beachfront. Breakfast was good, and so was the hotel restaurant, which offers great options for both lunch and dinner. Special mention to the friendly and very helpful reception staff, who assisted us with several requests and always made us feel truly welcome. We totally recommend this place and hope to come back again.

Breakfast was good but a small suggestion about the fuit is to serve them whole. It´s good to served already cut some fruits like melon or watermelon, but the apples were oxidize quicly when sliced.

Me and my son stayed here for 6 nights and it was amazing. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. The food delicious. Rooms are modern and clean. Would definitely visit again. I would recommend hiring a car to go and visit other places an hour or so away, equally the 5 min walk to the beach and shops is very easy. The people are so friendly everywhere you go and always offer help if needed.

The swimming pool was very cold, even on a very hot day i struggled to stay in for more than a few mins.

The view was super beautiful, just a few minutes walk from the beach and some nice restaurants. From the moment we entered , we could feel how the staff was super friendly and trying to make us enjoy our stay. Quality details in every corner and the breakfast was very nice!

As a recommendation (from a hardcore coffee lover) it would be nice if you refilled the coffee capsules everyday during the cleanup. This I have seen in many hotels and was a bit disappointed not to find more coffee on the second/third day. Just a tip, it was a 10/10 stay in any case

This was our second stay here in as many years, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and had a fantastic view. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. We also appreciated that finding a sunbed in the morning wasn’t a battle - plenty available without stress. Overall, another great stay and we’d definitely love to return!

At times, it can be a bit noisy with cars passing by nearby, but it’s not too disruptive and didn’t take away from the overall experience.

We stayed 3 nights here and perfect location closer to the Heraklion airport and Agia Pelagia with few restaurants to choose for few minutes walk. We love being active so we enjoyed here with their open space small gym, walk & running around the area, also quad bike rides and jet ski nearby. Views from our room were amazing. Staff are wonderful and really helped us extending a night stay plus late checkout with reasonable price. Receptionist vasilis I guess is my favourite person and always cheerful

The hotel is absolutely perfect. There are too many things we liked about it but I will try and list some of the things. The friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. I didn’t get all of their names unfortunately but Angela stood out due to her happy & bubbly personality - she always has a smile on her face. All of the staff are so nice, very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel also has 2 swimming pools (one being the quiet pool which was so peaceful & relaxing!). The food at the hotel was delicious & the beach/restaurants (so many restaurants to choose from) are only a 5 minute walk away!! The bus stop is right outside so you can get a bus into the city. Lastly, the room was so homely, clean & comfortable. The list is honestly endless. We loved our stay. We will definitely be back & I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!

The hotel felt like a little oasis! The rooms were lovely, beds comfortable, and the pools were gorgeous, with lots of little tucked away areas to relax! The food was great, a lovely breakfast and we ordered from the pool menu and ate at the restaurant for dinner too - all very tasty! The staff deserve a special mention - they made our stay, especially Angelika and Mannos (sorry for the poor spelling!)

The showers in I think all of our rooms flooded the bathrooms, and the charge if you wanted to have a clean beach towel

This a beautiful cosy resort with gorgeous landscaping and pool areas. The service personel is outstanding and we were very impressed with the restaurant (menu, food quality, service etc.) both at dinner and breakfast. We were only there for one night, but would have liked to stay longer to truly enjoy the amenities.

The maisonette we had was lovely and had ample space, including a great veranda. The only issue we had was the fact the bedroom is a loft on the second floor, whereas the washroom is at the entrance on the main floor and the stairs are quite narrow and steep, which is awqward to navigate in the middle of the night and when it is time to shower and get dressed.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful, always available to help - whether it was about getting a taxi, borrowing a steam iron or e-bike renting options. The view was also amazing and the room had everything we needed.

The room could've been a bit bigger as it was not always comfortable to walk around the tiny space between the wall and the bed (where my suitcase also was) And the bathroom extractor fan was also a bit loud inside and outside the room too.
