Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The owners and staff are all very nice people. I would book again but just in a different room where there is phone reception.

It was unfortunate that most of the time there wasn't any mobile reception in the room. I had to either sit out on the porch or leave my room and stand on the stairway to get any type of reception. The Wi-Fi wasn't working at all and this was brought to my attention when I checked in. It might not the be property's fault but this was a big inconvenience because people couldn't reach me by phone.

There is no place to hang shower head. I hate it when I have to hold a shower head in one hand and try to rinse my hair with the other. Water in the pool was quite dirty, so I didn't dare to step in. But it was one of the cheapest properties, so for one night it was OK.

The location can’t be beat - it was like a dream. Steps away from umbrella lined beaches with endless restaurants and markets and stores that had everything we needed. The property itself was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. Our beautiful patio stepped out to the pathway that takes you down to the beach. Perfect.

The pool closes at 7pm and the beds aren’t comfortable - but we’d rather be at the beach anyway and were so tired at night the beds didn’t bother us too much.

Great room, simple but super clean. Central location near the restaurants. We stayed for few hours before our flight in Heraklion. The price was very competitive and we were impressed how clean and comfortable it was.

Location is brilliant so close to shops restaurants and the beach, the pool was lovely. The owner helped us with our bags and and to organise taxi when leaving
