I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was not only spacious but also had a fantastic view of the beach and sea that I enjoyed waking up to every morning. They offer a great breakfast in a terrace with that same view of the beach. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant getaway.

The location was perfect for us. The room is beautiful and spacious, its view was spectacular. The pool was supper clean, and we spent more time in it than anywhere else. Made to order breakfast is delicious, fantastic range and perfect view. The same space uses the Galea restaurant in the evening – a MUST for foodies. We enjoyed the music playing in the restaurant on our balcony and in our room but could close the windows which are well soundproof. Only a few steps from a great beach and a very short ride from other nice beaches. The Staff is attentive, accommodating and welcoming.

Sea view rooms have an absolutely fantastic view - it's better than being on the beach. Breakfast food made to order is fantastic and so is the view (which is also the Galea restaurant in the evening - be sure to check the amazing dinner there!). Room is large and comfortable, as is the balcony with the plunge pool. The plunge pool is an amazing amenity after a hot day out. Staff is friendly, attentive, and accommodating and did much to make our stay as great as possible. In Agia Pelagia a few steps from the hotel you will find pretty much anything you need on daily basis. If you are staying longer than 2-3 days however, unless you want just to chill on the amazing balcony, I suggest to rent a car - the hotel is well positioned to explore Heraklion and the surrounding area.

My biggest pet peeve is the shower cabin, and I've seen the same problem in low end and high end hotels - why doesn't it have a curtain or a door?? Just a glass panel that covers one corner of the shower, so naturally you make a wet mess in the entire bathroom while showering (even if you're really careful, you'll still spill water outside of the shower). For a vacation hotel, breakfast could be extended to 11 AM. Also, it would be great to be able to adjust the temperature in the plunge pool for each room separately.

The breakfast was great. The service at the restaurant was 10 out of 10. The front desk staff was great as well. Vasili was very nice and very professional

I have stayed at many hotels, but that was the first time I stayed at a hotel when I got in the ready to shower, there was no soap. I had call the front desk and waited around 10mins before someone came to replenish the soap dispenser. I had a 3 nights stay, on the last night when I was about to shower there was no soap again. Very desapointing

We loved the spacious room and the outdoor pool area!! The view was breathtaking as we were on the 2nd floor from the top. Breakfast was awesome and we could order anything we wanted! The pool was heated so it was a major plus for us to take our daily dips! The staff were helpful and always trying their best to make sure we were comfortable.

The bed and pillows were on the softer side which didnt suit us due to neck and back issues. Also the Spa had very limited therapists available. The one booking we had for prenatal massage was pretty average at the most. These were just the small things , otherwise we would love to stay here again!!

Good staff, the view, food for breakfast and dinner (although menu is the same every day)

Our room 1010 requires renovation: 1) in reality it looks older that on the photos 2) the main door and the second floor bathroom door must be fixed. You have to push a lot to open and close the main door, bathroom door cannot be closed at all.

Very clean rooms with a nice design. Very close to the beach and many restaurants. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking. The staff is absolutely amazing, especially the crew responsible for the breakfast. We requested to checkout one hour later and the hotel accommodated our need without any problems.

The water in the pool depends on the weather so it was a bit cold especially in the evenings.

Breakfast and dinner very reach and high level and the view is front the beautiful beach The chef Costas is the best -and know to do food that correct to your special requests ( vegetarian ,diet food ) The amazing team of the food and beverage: Paula,Lina,foteini,Marko,savvas, It’s the best service I get ever in my life : With a lot of smile, warm and makes comfortable feeling. Don’t miss the BB in the room -it’s special and fun. Everything! Really exceptional hotel, so beautifully designed, such a great service, and the private pools with sea view are amazing.

Unfortunately the quality of the bed was not according to the standard of the hotel. The toppers where worn down and way too soft. I got a serious back pain issue during my stay. After the first night the hotel staff changed the toppers, but it still wasn't a good experience. A pitty because everythign else is fantastic. So we have some room for improvement here :D
