Very modern, super clean rooms. Plenty of breakfast choices (you pick from a list and you whatsapp your selections to Maria the evening before), and the breakfast is delivered to your apartment at the time you requested. We loved our stay and once again would like to thank to Maria and her team for making it a wonderful experience.

Actually there is just one little complaint: the emergency exit sign is lit up, and at night the green light shines bright above the door and lights up the room. I guess that sign is the law and can't be darkened. ... the reason I gave it a 9 out of 10. Everything else was perfect.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. Our room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also loved the hotel’s location: very quiet and close to restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, etc. Every detail was just right, and we truly appreciated the warm atmosphere and excellent service.

Nothing at all

It's a new hotel in Panormos, the hosts are nice and helpful. It has a swimming pool and a parking space.

Unfortunately, the room did not meet our expectations. It was very small and although new and nicely finished, it was poorly designed, so staying there was not pleasant and not comfortable. The bathroom was small, everything was wet during the shower. The toilet paper holder is at ankle height... There is not enough space to hang towels or put cosmetics.

The apartment is spotless and very comfortable with spacious veranda overlooking the sea and mountains. It is located just outside the small village where you can have breakfast and buy amenities from a local minimarket and have a fantastic meal in one of the local restaurants. Maria is very sweet and welcoming and was available on whatsapp throughout the stay. The welcome cake and honey on check out were a very nice touch. As was the daily housekeeping that is not usually included in self catering apartments.

The side road that leads to the hotel and village is not tarmacked properly and it is not lit well so you have to drive with caution.

The location is quiet but still in short distance to the Center of the village. We loved the room, it was spacious and well equipped. Also the bed was really comfortable and the room had exterior blinds which made the room dark and good to sleep in. The staff is caring and super kind and makes everything happen, what they can. The rooms where very clean and the housekeeping cleansed every day properly. We really would recommend staying here.

Nothing - everything was perfect

The property was very clean. I could park in the olive grove in front of the hotel. Location was excellent for local on foot walks and also for visiting rest of Crete. Staff very helpful; we needed to wash our clothes and they did it for a very reasonable price. A very nice pool if you want to stay in and the kids loved it. Overall it was a very comfortable stay.

the room was nicely designed, modern, clean, it had a nice view to the sea, there is a very nice pool area which the kids loved. it is a short walk from some restaurants and the beach in this little village. there is a little kitchen in the room which is fully equipped - would love to have some coffee/tea there too to start your stay. Maria who is also the owner, gave us a very welcoming and warm welcome. She also gave us excellent recommendations for eating and beaches around.

The air conditioning device is super sophisticated - you cannot turn it on until all windows are closed and even then I had to restart the electricity. Suggesting the owners to turn this function off as it is a bit cumbersome to deal with it.

Everything was better than expected. New construction, amazing quality , easy access to the main road ( important as we wish to explore sites close by) the personnel was friendly and accommodating, provided information about local places to eat …Super quiet and relaxing, the amenities were top - AC really quiet, insulated walls and windows….we will visit again in the future !!!

- Hosts were exceptionally friendly and provided small surprises. - The place was very clean with daily cleaning. - The staff was friendly. - The apartment was well-equipped with essentials like a frying pan, fridge, and utensils. - Complimentary shampoos were provided. - There was an A/C, a cozy balcony, and a TV with satellite. - The property had a clean pool with several sun loungers and umbrellas. - Its proximity to grocery stores, the city center with amazing restaurants, and good beach spaces.

quiet location, but in close distance to the beach and nearby town with good choice of restaurants and shops; very nice room with comfortable bed, strongly recommend the room with seaview - worth it :) I didn't use onsite breakfast, so I cannot say anything about it.

there was nothing that i didn't like :)
