The property is in a very nice location. The village is very pretty with lots of optiona for deink and food. The beach is nearby too. The flat was clean, in ground floor and the balcony was facing the pool. The flat we stayed was renovated and quite nice! And the highlight was Mr Manolis who was very helpful and very kind!

The only drawback was the aircon in the living room. When u put it on it works om turbo for anout 30mins but then it stopped. The same issue existed in the bedroom, but there is avery effective ceiling fan there which helps a lot and u dont feel warm at all. If we had stayed longer we would bring it up to Mr Manolis, but by the time we realised that we could not change this preference with the switch control we had to leave anyway.

Beautifully renovated rooms, comfortable and well equipped. The local village has everything you need - places to eat and drink and couple of decent supermarkets. The apartments are easy to find and have their own parking. The only thing that was missing was a bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival - a small detail, but when arriving late at night after a long journey it's a luxury!

Renovations were modern and stylish. All amenities included with plenty of space in the apartment. The host was so helpful as we will definitely stay here again (we visited Panormos 6 times and stayed in other hotels in the town).

Honestly the entire stay exceeded our expectations in every way. There was nothing we didn’t like.

The location is perfect; walking distance to the sea and with a good set of supermarkets within reach. The staff is very nice and keen to help.

The sleeping couch in the room was not the most comfortable for sleeping, but other than that no points to make.

Clean, comfortable alarm, very roomy, great value for money.

Aly very good, perhaps shower could have had more power.

Very clean apartment, good location, just a few steps from the central area (with tavernas, shops and a bakery), which was very nice and animated even in October, the port and the beaches. A nice pool for those windy days when the sea is not so welcoming. And the price was very good for what was offered.

Manolis was incredibly welcoming when we met him in the morning after our arrival. big genuine smile and relaxed demeanour set the tone for our holiday! The property was so tasteful, immaculately clean and the pool area was so well laid out and comfortable with great facilities. Decoratively gorgeous with so many well cared for flowers and plants. Real family feel but quiet and relaxed x

We loved it all.

The location is great: close to the village center and all restaurants and shops. The pool was good sized for a child. We appreciated the opportunity to use a laundry machine during our stay at the hotel. Communicating with our host through WhatsApp was efficient and worked well. This hotel was a nice base for exploring sites in the Rethymno and Heraklion areas.

There were some problems with electric appliances (water kettle, lamps).

There’s everything u need. The apartment is full equipped. The host is a very friendly; pleasant person which helps u with all your questions. The pool is great and clean; there’re parking lots.

One of the single bed was zo hard - you have to like it.

Nice place well renovated. A lot of confort. Very clean. Manolis is very pleasant. The town is very quiet and the parking is very helpful. Price is very good for what you get.
