It was very nice stay. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and rather comfortable, with good air conditioning. Beach with sand is in 2 mins walk, there you can rent 2 sunbeds and umbrella for 7 euro a day, which is very cheap. Free parking is in the front of the hotel. Breakfast is rather modest, but contains all basic components. Yogurt is amazing! :) In the town there are a lot of good restaurants nearby the hotel. I would recommend to rent a car to be able to travel to other sights of the island. However there are some travel agencies in town that can offer you trips.

The hotel and room are one of the most comfortable and pleasant in my many travels to Greece and Italy. The manager and all the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The room (302) was large with a couch and big double bed. There were many sockets for plugging in appliances. Lots of room in drawers and closet to put away things. There is a desk to use laptop and Wi-Fi was easy to connect and fast. The refrigerator was cold and adequately big. The large bathroom was a delight. One large bathtub with jets and a shower head. And another large shower on the other side of the bathroom. There is a bar open in the evening on a terrace with a nice view which you can use during the day. The pool was nice with nice shrubbery around it. The location is great, right above the pretty cove beach with tavern and right on edge to old town with grocery store, restaurants and really good grill house. The décor was very pleasant and modern in all respects: room, bathroom, hallways, and breakfast room. Nice touch with fresh flowers in lobby. Breakfast was good with different eggs as well as boiled eggs, bacon, meats, cheese, fruits, vegetables and decent machine coffee. Parking in lot across from hotel. Nothing more you would want for a nice place to swim and eat in a small town at a reasonable price. Communication via Booking messaging quick and helpful.

The balcony was large with comfortable chairs and table but sitting down, there is no view. Only if you stand up can you look a the sea and hills so best to go to terrace where the bar is during the day if you want to have a view and your own beverage before the bar opens and no outside beverages allowed.

Good location close to everything. All the staff friendly, especially the barman unfortunately didn't get his name, but friendly and bringing us Ouzo shots.

The pool area was small but absolutely fine, the only issue i had the sunbeds were very low down, as someone who is older i struggled to get up off them. alternatively they could put some garden chairs and tables out. My other issue was the shower in our room the shower door opened inwards and didn't leave much room to squeeze in and out of the shower if you are a littler on the plus size, the easiest solution to that would be to make them open outwards.

Lovely small hotel with a very pleasant pool The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms have air-conditioning which is essential. The village is very accessible from the hotel and is relatively unspoilt (few large hotels). It's a good location for touring around but a car is a must - the hotel has its own car park. We would stay here again if we return to this area of Crete.

The only slight negative was the breakfast which was a little limited - the yoghurt and honey are wonderful though - and the dining area was somewhat cramped. It would have been nice to have croissants on offer from the superb bakery in the village

Perfect location next to the main village beaches. A short walk to the main restaurant area. Own private and free car park. Daisy cleaning. Nice pool in the garden. Peautiful beaches nearby (Spilies 4.5 km, Karavostasi (Bali) 11 km).

Water pressure in the shower was poor. Maybe even a bit dangerous for small children - changes from cold to really hot in seconds. Perhaps the balcony picture in the presentation of the seaview room could be changed to correspond the real view (which is a way nicer😁). The present picture is taken from the roof top bar.

Very clean throughout, and the interior design of the reception and lobby area is finished to a high standard. The hotel is modern, has a lift and a lovely pool. The whole staff team were wonderful, could not do enough for us, always warm and welcoming. Breakfast was very good with lots of varying choices every morning, and ran until 11am which was great for when you didn't want to jump out of bed. The hotel is ideally located for the beach and the local amenities.

The room was a tad small for a double, but perfectly adequate and had all the facilities you need, especially the air-conditioning. We were a bit disappointed that there are no pool facilities such as a snack bar.

The room was modern, bright and spacious. The hotel itself and rooms were exceptionally clean. The employees were all super friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and I thought that it wouldn't be enough BUT because the hotel is so close to a beach it was more than enough and there was almost no one there when we used it. And even if it was small the swimming pool area and the swimming pool itself was very nice. I loved the patio that was outside on the third floor. We had some drinks there, dinner and played cards and watched the sunset. I was surprised how little it was used as it was absolutely beautiful spot and nice to be in the morning and evenings. It is a small town, I had read it but didn't realize how small :) It was fine for us as we enjoyed the piece and quiet and not as touristic as other places in Crete. The breakfast buffet is very small and wasn't really filled much if you were late BUT it was enough to start the day and you could give your kids something to start the day. The bathrooms need a little update.

We loved that it was quite at night. Really relaxed. Lovely clean hotel in great location near sea and amazing village. Great pool and reception area. Beautiful view from rooftop bar. The staff (effy and Mike) were friendly, helpful and informative. The manager Vasillis went out of his way to be kind to us as it was our wedding anniversary trip. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and to restaurants. Parking in front of the hotel is very easy, they have plenty of space. The staff was very friendly. Good breakfast.

The bathroom smelled of pipes. The bathtub was not in a great state. I upgraded to the sea view room because it was supposed to have an extra-large double bed but it had twin beds pushed together. The sea could only be seen standing in the balcony - sitting down there were walls in the way. Regardless, it was a convenient and mostly comfortable stay (except for the smell).

The extreme kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the location 50-100 m from the beach. Swimming pool a bit small but perfect for children.

Just some minor points: the breakfast was just enough for a three star hotel and could be improved. Some problems with the furniture (the hinge of the fridge box door detached, not resolved despite the report), with the bedroom door (which at a certain point would no longer close, problem solved only after some insistence) or with the system conditioning (fixed immediately).
