A pleasant hotel for families or small groups. They have one pool for kids and another larger and deeper pool, plenty of shade and an outdoor bar. They have a variety of free juices, coffee, beer, wine, gin, whiskey, ouzo, raki, vodka and some cocktails for free. You can pay for shisha and some other cocktails. There are many different foods at each meal, so you can try something new every day or all at once and then relax by the pool with a full tummy :) The rooms are large and the bed was big and comfortable. You get new towels every few days or they can change them as needed. Free air conditioning in every room. You can watch sunrise from the balcony. All the staff are very friendly, they have fun with the children and they all know English. Every evening they organize an event in the bar (belly dancers, karaoke, movie night,...). They can assist with car hire if needed or taxi, also a free shuttle bus to/from the city center is available. Agia Pelagie is a small and beautiful town, but it has everything, send beaches with sunbeds, taverns, bars, shops... It's nice to walk in the evening or go swimming in the sea. They are renovating a lot in hotel. I have read some negative comments in the past, but I have seen that the hotel has replaced some mattresses, fixed the locks and installed ceiling fans in the dining room durring our stay. So if you read some bad review, you can bet they will fix this soon :)

It's hard to find shade in the dining room during breakfast. For lunch and dinner, the sun is already on the other side, so then there is no problem. The rooms can be a bit noisy and the bathroom could use better lighting. The swiming pool is open 10am-18pm, would be nicer to be longer.

Firstly the value of this hotel was outstanding. The staff of the hotel were all very good. Special mention to Chrissy (the owner), Daniela (reception), the woman serving at lunch and dinner, the shuttle driver and the animators on Wednesdays and Mondays (from mdjs Karaoke and Games night) Speaking of the night entertainment, this was something that we were very suprised and happy with. At night there was some sort of entertainment (except Tuesdays), ranging from Karaoke, Greek night, Movie night, DJ night and more. A good way to spend the evening while drinking something from the pool bad, which by the way, closes at 11pm. The facilities were ok. The location is about 20 minutes by foot to the beach, but there is a shuttle that will take you there and back at certain times. However note that the road to the beach is mostly a car road, so walking it is a bit dangerous, even though some people did it. The food was pretty good, and it was not always the same. At the pool bar they offered snacks, sandwiches, pizzas, ice cream, and more. Overall an amazing holiday for my family!

The rooms were very basic. You had only the minimum. Also our shower didn't have a place to hang the shower head while showering. And the shower curtain will get stuck to your body.

The day begins with two beautiful views: one of the sea and the other of the pool, where Yannis, the spiritual head of the hotel, is cleaning the pool, resting from last night's dance performance. A delicious breakfast is waiting for us already ready in the kitchen with fresh fruit that gives us refreshment and strength for the hot day ahead. Immediately after the end, Jannis is waiting for us, but now in the role of driver and he drives us to the nearby beach. Exhausted from the Cretan sun, we return to lunch where smiling chefs await us at the table with the lady (thanks for hanging out with our child), where we sometimes get the traditional breaking of plates :) as a special spice with Greek food to wake us up from the morning sun. In the evening, an unforgettable time awaits you with the interesting heads of the evening Manus&Petrus and another guy, we apologize, we can't remember the name, so you can enjoy the program such as karaoke, dj, interactive games and also one and only - Michael Jackson - Jannus . Nice waiters, a boy with green eyes who sings well and a character with Arab tattoos are waiting for you there (thanks for the coffee on the beach). None of this would be in Crete if the wonderful girls at the reception did not help us. Danijela - we wish her daughter all the best and success in tennis, Stella - who preserved memories through photographs and the wonderful, beautiful Marilena who always came to meet us and we wish her to come to Serbia and record an album with her boyfriend. Boss,see you in New Zealand and again at your house!! P.S. And yes, the shower curtain will stick to your ass while you shower, but that's a sexy feeling! I hope life after this one will look like this Paradise :)

We went to this hotel as a group of thirteen -the oldest was my 84 years old mother and the youngest was my 4 years old nephew. Everyone had a great time. We felt like we were visiting relatives not like we were staying at a hotel. The level of hospitality provided by their staff was at the highest standard. The special shout goes to Janes at the bar who was serving cocktails with a smile all day and night. The food was very tasty. There was night entertainment on a few nights and we all joined in dancing zorba and belly dance. The hotel is about twenty minutes walk from Agia Pelagia or 7-8 Euros by taxi.

It is off the main road so if you don’t have a car it is difficult to go anywhere

Everything was perfect, from breakfast till dinner, the pool bar is serving from 10:00 till 23:00 and the cocktails were icey good, true refreshments and quite a pick also! I recommend Top Gun 🙂 they also knew how to entertain the guests which evening programs such as bringing belly dancers, karaoke parties and much more! Can only recommend this and it was worth the price

Maybe the types of food for lunch and dinner, after lot of days they begin to feel repetitive and needed changes but maybe I am just picky

Everyone was exceptionally nice. All greek people are nice but at this hotel they took the hospitality norms to new higher levels. Good food, beautiful pool, beautiful people, nice beer, good cocktails and nice wine, rooms were having lot of space, they were big. At the reception they have only beautiful people, there is also Daniela who is also from Basarabia(Romania :p ) and she speaks 6 languages perfectly, romanian, greek, english, french, italian and russian. Main beach is at 20 minutes (normal)walking distance but they have a shuttle mini bus who takes all guests who want to go to beach there and they are also picking them up at precisely time intervals, from 9 30 to 22 00

All was above any of my expectations, so I liked everything at this hotel.

Personel, Stela and Daniela, fixed issue with initial room (it was nearest to the pool, on ground floor- too noisy with little kids) - changed to another room in different building. Hotel very clean, rooms with super view to the see, good food ( some traditional greek dishes were as well). Overal - very good stay :) Clean pools :)

The staff is amazing, they are very kind and 100% available for everything. They suggested us a sailing trip to Dia island and was beautiful (this is an extra)! The food is good, Blakava is delicious! They have a free bus to Agia Pelagia beach, in less than 5 minutes you’re there.

The shower is very small, you cant barely move

I would recommend this property to anyone. Staff was great and super helpful with all of our numerous requests, food was amazing and fresh every day. Room was also clean. Definitely we will visit again.

great hotel! everything is clean and comfy! despite the fact that the hotel is located not very close to the sea, but there was a wonderful view from the balcony of the sea! nice yard with big pool and bar! In the evening there were various musical events, billiards. ABIG THANK YOU to all the staff!!! they are energetic and friendly people who value their customers! Many thanks to the chef and all the kitchen staff! the food was very tasty and varied!
