Stunning in every way, every last detail was amazing. The views were gorgeous, they staff couldn't do enough and the facilities were incredible.

Great views, very clean suites and hotel

At forst we arrived and they told us they have to dongrade the already paid room we had to a lower category cause it wasnt available and they would give us vouchers for dinner.Finally, after some hour they told us we could choose between two types of rooms, they have shown us the same category of rooms presenting it as different . Finally, they tried to do their best and gave us late check out and some amenities for free. Moreover, there was no low fat milk at breakfast. Even if the location and hotel itself its perfect, it needs much more work to be a high quality service hotel for their guests

- Top location on a cliff -> spectacular view and not too hot thanks to the wind - Amazing and thought through architecture and interior design (stayed in loft suite) - Beach nearby with fantastic clear water - Calme atmosphere, perfect for relaxing - A rich and tasty buffet AND a la carte option for breakfast (try the chocolate pancakes!) - Delicious lunch and dinner a la carte menu - And most important: really kind and helpful staff (special thanks to Γωγω and the Cremnos crew, you were absolutely exceptional and made our stay really special :D!)

- Sometimes bath towels were taken away, but not replaced - The minibar was really overpriced - Only one free bottle of water per day

The hotel is very luxurious and the value for money is excellent. Despite a few minor glitches on the first day of our stay, the staff were exceptionally courteous and the care we received was amazing. The stay was simply wonderful, the food was excellent and the overall atmosphere was of the highest standard. We highly recommend staying at the hotel.

It may be that due to the cold weather and the solar-heated water system, there was a problem heating the water in the shower and the room's pool. Apparently, in the height of summer, this problem does not exist.

The views were amazing, the room (loft suite) was so nice that we barely left our pool and lounge space, the food was incredible! We did the Michelin pop up and it was one of the best Michelin dinners we’ve had. We went to the spa every day and had various treatments. All were wonderful and staff was amazing. Gym was great but busy - seems like they need another gym since both resorts can use it. If you’re looking for a luxury resort to relax with your love, with beautiful views, seclusion, and excellent food, this is the one for you.

The bathtub - it was very uncomfortable

Where to start with this one - If you & your partner like a secluded environment and absolutely unreal food this is your place to stay. Arrived on the 31st of August and stopped in the cave suite for a week, every morning at 6:55-7:15 the sunset would come up behind dia island which is a great way to start the day. Breakfast included an open buffet of nibbles cakes and hot food but we always opted for the menu - we opted for the açai bowl and yoghurt bowl as our favourites with the avocado on toast coming closely behind. You could even get a slice of baked berry cheesecake with your breakfast what else could you possibly want. The staff also very pleasant and make you feel welcome all the time. For dinner we tended to order room service and it never disappointed, great array of dinner time food. In the evening you have to make reservations in the restaurants but this is easy enough to do through the app they give you or just over a WhatsApp message, cremnos restaurant is a la carte and everything we tried was 10/10. There is also a Japanese restaurant on the premises which is our favourite, unbelievable food. There is a small beach 5 minutes walk away from the hotel which there are small beach bars and a restaurant but we never attended as we was too comfortable in our suite.

Property was very original, we stayed in the cave suite, sea water in the swimming pool. The restaurant was fabulous, the food was delicious with amazing views from the hotel/pool. The staff were very friendly and ready to help at any point.

Only small bits, not much attention to details when they refurbished the rooms Netflix didn’t work, we could not switch it on. At some point the water in the pool was too warm, boiling like. These are very minor things anyway The gym was not equipped enough for my liking.

Charming staff, all very keen to be helpful. The hotel is designed to be cool and pleasant in hot weather. Comfortable bed.

It was chilly in our room as the hot weather was over, although the staff immediately produced a heater when it was mentioned. The design of the room is open plan with marble floors, so the water from the unwalled shower went everywhere, making the floor slippery in the main room. There is nowhere obvious to hang wet swimming things to dry. Overall the room was extremely stylish but not very convenient.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Acro Suites, the hotel is beautiful and staff incredibly attentive to your needs. Our room was a great size, very clean and the private pool was perfect. Amazing views from all parts of the hotel.

A couple of times left over room service was left in the corridors for hours at a time. It would be beneficial for the hotel to have someone regularly checking the corridors for plates etc left out by guests.
