The staff were amazing and really cared for us for our every need, recommended places to visit, and made us special drinks for our liking in the morning breakfast. The room was big and beautiful with a smart TV that connects to the phone so you can watch whatever you like at night. The pool and the breeze at the top of the hotel were magnificent, fun, and relaxing. The pool and spa at the bottom level were still under construction because the hotel is new but it looks beautiful and feels luxurious. In addition, we had to stay longer because of a delay to our flight and the hotel gave us a discount for an extra night. *Sorry for not taking pictures of the room we actually didn't have one without us inside. but the room looks exactly like in the hotel photos

We had a pleasant stay in Heraklion. The Hotel is completely new and everything was outstanding. It was very clean, the whole team of the hotel is very very kind and helpful, especially the concierge Jannos! If you have any question, ask him. He is a great and friendly guy who knows nearly everything about Crete and will fulfill any wish you could ever imagine. My absolute highlight of the hotel is the pool with a sky bar next to it on the roof. There you have a wonderful view to the sea and parts of the city. The hotel is located in the city center of Heraklion. It only takes approx. 5 minutes to every location of interest. I will definitely come back to the hotel. The one and only choice to make if you visit Crete. Thank you very much.

The staff was one of the best we have ever experienced. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional approach of Mr. Janos, who gave us many tips on which places to visit, and throughout the whole stay remained nice, helpful, and professional.

Everything! Perfect location in the heart of the old city, wonderful, kind, charming staff, and the hotel, our room, dining room, spa, and rooftop terrace were totally gorgeous! The interior design was brilliant. The buffet breakfast of Cretan specialties, fresh fruits, salads, breads and pastries plus made to order eggs and omelette was outstanding! The bed and pillows were super comfortable. We totally enjoyed this beautiful new property, and our five nights there went by way too fast!

That I had to check out when my stay was over! It was everything I want in a hotel, and I loved it.

It is a gorgeous property, every detail is beautiful. The staff went above and beyond from the very first day when we got lost, and the bell man came to where we were and directed us to the property. We also love that there was parking right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was so delicious, we ate too much, but it would usually carry us through dinner. Our room had a balcony and on the balcony there was a Jacuzzi pool, very fun! The hotel also has a rooftop bar and pool. We loved every moment of our stay at this Beautifully run new hotel.

The hotel was amazing!! The staff were SUPER friendly, helpful and efficient! They were happy & willing to help with all questions and enquiries! The Room was a SMART Room so we could do everything on a tablet without leaving the bed…lol and the private pool/Jaccuzi was a bonus! The city centre was less than a 5min walk from the hotel, with a variety of places to eat (food was delicious) and night spots! I booked a 50min deep tissue massage for my birthday with the in hotel Spa and absolutely LOVED IT! It was worth every penny! All facilities in the Hotel and Spa were clean and beautiful! I would definitely go back and highly recommend the hotel to anyone!!

Although delicious the hotel food could have been hotter!

One of the greatest hotels I've ever stayed in! They even have good coffee - a miracle in hotels LOL. The staff are absolutely incredible - funny and sweet. Location of the hotel is 100% perfect, in the most beautiful part of town. Bed + room were wonderful, bed was incredible. I had an amazing massage from (I think!) Katarina - who also gave get advice for my old injuries. The swimming pool downstairs is also incredible, really nice to book it for a low number slot + no kids <3. Breakfast also amazing.

I think this is a greece hotel thing, but I would expect to use the sauna / steam room within the price for the stay and not extra.

Loctation in Old Town WITH PARKING, very helpful staff, clean, nice little open air pool & area on top floor with bar to chill before flight.

Ultra modern so everything operated by buttons - too confusing and often pointless ! Wet shower room gets really wet. Can't open windows in bedrooms so reliant on air con, breakfast was ample and good but food left on hot buffet was cold as no heating under it. Fried eggs, scambled eggs, mushrooms, tomatos really cold. Better to order fresh from chef.

The location is perfect, walking distance everywhere and also very close to the airport, accessible by public transport. The hotel itself is super modern and was above our expectations. The room has everything (including hair conditioner, body lotion and diffuser for a hair dryer which the majority of hotels lack). Room service is accessible by a tablet as well as other services, which is convenient. The breakfast was exceptional as well - the staff were amazing and food was super tasty. I really enjoyed the coffee in this hotel. The food was great too. We also got a dinner twice and the food is absolutely delicious. Well worth it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The spa facilities are beautiful, however, the hotel guests only get an hour free access to the wet area, which includes the heated inside pool and jacuzzi. The saunas are not included. Priced at €50 per person per hour seems rather overpriced. However, it is a lovely space. There was no view from a balcony in a deluxe room - we were about a metre away from another building. This was on the first floor. Despite the room being lovely, well sound-proofed and modern, some lights placed at the ceiling kept getting turned on during the night every time we moved, waking us up.

Staff was super friendly and very attentive. We were upgraded to a beautiful & spacious suites for our honeymoon (thanks again for that !) - The Spa needs to be booked but like that, we're max 4-5 people and it's quiet - Coffee / tea renewed every day - Breakfast is global and with a lot of variety

Soundproofing from the outside leaves much to be desired ; we heard noises from the street (cars & of course planes) easily, but the neighborhood was globally quiet (soundproofing between rooms was perfect though) - Sauna & hammam : you have to pay extra to benefit...
