I never believed that I would stay in a place where I will be unable to find a single negative comment for my entire experience. Centrally located to Herakleion center, this amazing hotel offers something the rest lack, and that is excellent service and amenities. The rooms are ultra modern, the facilities are exactly what a person needs when on holiday,  which include an espresso machine, microwave, fridge, oven hairdryer, etc. Nothing is left to chance in this newly opened hotel. It may take up only a single floor of a building, but the management is superb and their guest's satisfaction is if top priority. Friendly service and rooms fitted with the latest of amenities can only but add to your local experience to be of the highest possible standards. I must say that I have been pleasantly surprised by what I saw and my stay was  simply amazing. I can, without any doubt, strongly  recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable stay, central and I guarantee you will be impressed from day one. Being on holiday, what impressed me was that I was looking forward to returning to my room due to the comforts it offers. As my positive comments on this hotel are never-ending, I will conclude my positive comments here as I will end up writing a novel based on my experience with this wonderful establishment... which I believe it deserves. Having experienced a magical time, I will definitely be returning.

Immaculately clean apartment in a truly prime location — right on the pedestrian street, surrounded by countless restaurants and bars, and just a two-minute walk from the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion. The host's communication was warm, clear, and highly informative. Entry was simple and straightforward. Despite being located on a lively pedestrian street, the apartment itself was perfectly quiet, offering a peaceful atmosphere. Aside from the fantastic location, what we appreciated most was the apartment’s thoughtfully designed online guest platform. The host compiled everything a traveller might need: personally recommended restaurants (we tried a few — they were excellent!), bars, shops, pharmacies — all clickable and mapped, along with detailed information about check-in and check-out procedures. A truly brilliant idea — thank you! We're often overwhelmed when arriving in a new city and struggle to find genuinely good places to eat (Tripadvisor suggestions have let us down in the past), so this made our choices incredibly easy and stress-free.

I had an amazing stay in this room! The design was modern and stylish, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room was exceptionally spacious, offering plenty of comfort and convenience. The equipment and amenities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable. Everything was spotless, and the cleanliness was truly impressive. I highly recommend this room for anyone looking for a perfect stay!

The apartments are brand new and beautifully decorated, with Rituals products in the bathroom like shampoo and more. Check-in is fully virtual, and the units are on the first floor with elevator access. The location is right on the pedestrian street—perfect for shopping. The ferry port is about a 15–20 minute walk away, but with luggage, it’s best to take a taxi.

Nothing major – it’s located in a pedestrian area, so you’ll need to park a few blocks away and walk with your luggage. But the location is excellent and totally worth it.

This property was an amazing choice for our short stay in the city. Clean with all the amenities you need it is a perfect option. Location is the biggest selling point. Definitely a must book.

No negatives about this property. Only thing to consider when booking is if you like natural light. The room we booked was on the back side and it was darker, which my husband loved but I wish I just had more light. Perfect though for thoughts that like the sleep in.

The studio is spotless, tastefully and minimally decorated, comfortable and with plenty of space to move around and arrange my things. It is very centrally located and convenient for all business in central Heraklion. Access in the room and communication with the owners were excellent - and they were very polite, helpful and accommodating. It has all amenities you may need, the beds are great to sleep in. There are different combinations of lighting to suit all moods, a great shower room and kitchenette everything you need.

The room was very well organized and the facilities were impeccable. They have paid attentions to many details, lighting, amenities and etc. The towels they provided are very good quality, even better than some hotels'. The cleaning staffs were very attentive, I slept till late during the day, they didn't disturb my sleep even they were cleaning other rooms. The commutations were extremely efficient, they basically answer your questions within a few minutes on whatsapps. I will surely stay here again if I come back to Crete.

The entrance of the place was a bit confusing if you arrive at night like me, the entrance is between two stores and there was a sign for "no entrance", which made me confused. I had to ask the police on the street to finally find it. But if you arrive during the day, you should be able to see it. The wall is not really sound proofing, I can clearly heard the guy next room showering.

Comfy, modern, clean, ideal location in Heraklion. They were helpful about telling us a good parking lot nearby that was very safe and reasonable. Great shower.

Small room, just modern without any frills or character. But fine for a stay of a couple nights (which may be all you need on this side of the island -- further west is more interesting in my opinion)

The absolute pergect studio! Pleiades is a hidden treasure in the centre of Heraklion! From the excellent amenitites to the the fluffy towels and the very accomodating woman that maintained the cleaning, I cannot say enough good things. The studio is exactly as shown in the pictures (if not better), spotless cleaning and with everything you may need inside. Every day I was given fresh coffee capsules but there is also available a variety of tea, the bed is very comfortable with a big smart TV. Even the design is contemporary and beautiful. The staff answered all my questions in a timely manner and they were very polite and accommodating but the cleaning lady is the best of the best, always discreet and with a smile. I will definitely will book again for my next stay

The fridge kept a temperature just a bit lower than room temperature but to be fair, it is a brand new hotel and they are trying to correct this very minor inconvenience. Also there is no power when you get out of the room that means that you cannot charge anything while you are out. Both very minor things in my book and they are outweighted from the positives by far

Our Stay at Pleiades was absolutely amazing and surpassed our expectations. It is located right in the middle of the shopping street & the hotel rooms/apartments are located on the first Floor. The location was perfect as you are in the city center and in walking distance of every little corner of Heraklion . The room was absolutely beautiful, very clean and the black interior made it feel very luxurious. There’s a smart TV with all apps you could need (netflix, youtube etc.) which we definitely enjoyed coming back to after a night out. It even comes with a little kitchen and all necessary supplies. The staff was super friendly and even offered housekeeping during our stay. We felt very welcomed there and were always excited to come back to our room. We definitely recommend staying at Pleiades if you find yourself in Heralkion, it is worth it!!

There‘s nothing negative to say but if I had to say something is that it only takes up one floor in the building and I hope to see Pleiades expand in the future!
