Best hotel to be in Crete. Amazing staff, the room was exceptional, I love that there is plenty of lighting in the room and you can close them all near the bed, also I like the fact that there are plenty of electrical outlet. Breakfast was great too

Everything was perfect

The room was very clean and well-equipped, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were absolutely wonderful – always kind, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is also excellent, making it easy to reach everything we wanted to see. Overall, we had a great experience.

Because of the central location, it can be quite noisy, and the terrace was not really pleasant to sit on. There is no private parking, although there is a paid parking lot just across the street. For breakfast, it would be nice to have some fresh vegetables or salad as well.

Location was fantastic especially in walking distance of the Harbour which we could walk to for taking the ferry. The view was perfect from our bedroom and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and very nice. Everything was also super clean. Loved the design of the room.

The shower was very loud and squeaky and caused us a little bit of trouble with the temperature even becoming burning hot. And we unfortunately missed the breakfast twice because it started too late. Would’ve loved for it to start at 7 rather than 7:30 because we had to catch an early ferry one day and early flight the next so we missed out and had to find breakfast somewhere else.

Staff were very good

First, I was not happy that your website was compromised and they had all my details of my stay, I had an email from booking.com with an arrival form for the hotel then i was told, if did not pay 7,200 Krona within 24 hours my booking would be cancelled, because they had my card number I had to cancel my credit card. The only thing I did not like at the hotel was the English breakfast it was not as you would normally get it. we much prefer buffet style where you pick and choose which you like the look of at the time.

Location was fantastic. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Staff were lovely; very welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and surprisingly “homey” for a hotel room, really loved the vibe! Bed was very comfortable, and bedding high quality. Lots of upgraded features like electric curtain closure and do not disturb buttons. We had great cocktails in the bar, and enjoyed a tasty breakfast before check out. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Legacy to me spells warmth! The staff was kind, friendly and went out of their way to solve any problems. Received the assistance I needed right away with any request. Meals were delicious!!! Location is perfect! You're close to great shops and top notch restaurants at walking distance! Enjoyed myself thoroughly! Would definitely return❤️❤️❤️🙏

Position of the shower and water basin. There was no privacy because actually no bathroom, you will come after shower straight to the bedroom. For our culture it’s very strange to say at least. Breakfast is pretty poor. Lots of breads, but no cheese selection, no fruit selection, no sweet pastries.

Legacy Gastro Suites is located within a short walking distance to the Archeological Museum of Iraklion and many restaurants. There is a walking street area with many shops right across the street. The bed was very comfortable. The room included a wine cooler where you could purchase a bottle or store one of your own, as well as other items you could purchase (herbs, olive oil, etc). The room also included a small table to eat at and large windows to look out over the square across the street. It had a balcony area, large enough for a table and chairs. The room was quiet, even though this was a busy part of town. There is on-street parking, if you could find a spot, or there is a pay lot right across from the hotel. (5-10 Euros) We had one of the best breakfasts of our trip here. They brought out a platter with small pancakes, spanakopita, croissants, sourdough rolls, lemon loaf cake, fruit, yogurt and eggs to order. The front desk staff were pleasant and offered places we should try and visit.
