We had a good stay in a very nicely appointed room. The view from the balcony was nothing special, but the area was quiet. Unfortunately we had some noisy people in the room above us, making noise thru 4:30 in the morning. They were the only noise we heard so if you are lucky and don’t have noisy neighbors, this would be a great stay. We went early to breakfast as we had to leave for the ferry and there were plenty of options. The hot items(eggs, etc,) were not yet available but there were yogurt, bread, fruit and coffee.

Could easily hear the noisy neighbours above us.

Great location; although our room was too hot for our liking they helped with adjusting and bringing a fan. Nice to have escalators to property and luggage walkway.

room suppose to have full size and twin bed pushed together but really only had 2 twins pushed together - that’s fine but description and pictures should show what you are actually paying for- especially when executive rooms cost much more than classic room. Breakfast set- up needs better layout! People falling over each other to get all their items ( like have the honey and nuts with the yogurt not spread out in 3 areas. Also have an entry to buffet and exit not 4 in or out areas! And lastly, good presentation but food is somewhat poor quality.

I had an excellent stay at Ibis Styles Heraklion Central. The location is unbeatable—right in the city's heart, within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel is modern, clean, and stylish, with spacious, comfortable rooms with everything you need. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless and well-designed. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, perfect for starting the day. The staff was friendly, professional, and always eager to assist with any requests. The hotel also offers convenient parking, which is a big plus. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Ibis Styles Heraklion Central exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Heraklion. I will definitely return!

There was nothing I disliked about this hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently situated near the airport, city center, and various restaurants. Our room was clean and had a luxurious feel to it. Additionally, the breakfast offered was fantastic.

We arrived late at night and specifically booked a family room for four, which was supposed to include a double bed and two separate beds for the children. However, upon checking in, we discovered that the room only had one single bed for the kids. The reception was staffed by only one employee, who was unable to provide immediate assistance due to being alone. As a result, one of the children ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor. As guests, I recommend ensuring that your reservation details are accurately noted. Additionally, while the hotel’s proximity to the airport is convenient, it also has its drawbacks. I had difficulty sleeping at night due to the noise from busy flights overhead. While this is not something the hotel can control, it’s worth considering for future guests.

We booked the family room which absolutely exceeded our expectations. The most gorgeous hotel room we have ever stayed in. Everything was so clean and comfortable and it truely felt like a hotel room experience. The hotel is located in the centre of Heraklion, so it's walking distance to everything. The staff are very kind and willing to help out. We had breakfast at the Buffett and it was wonderful, a great variety for everyone

The hotel doesn't have any facilities like a pool or gym which is unfortunate

Fantastic location, 2 min walk to main streets and shops,bars and restaurants.Valet parking under the hotel included and nice breakfast.We had a suite and seperate air-conditioning in both areas which was great.The room had robes slippers,fridge and all the usual amenities.I have to say it exceeded our expectations and lovely staff!

Nothing but maybe better street signage as our car GPS said arrived but we could not see the hotel as it a set of escalators from street

The location was great - short distance to the port, next to shopping area and lots of good restaurants, etc. Breakfast was quite decent and the reception during day time should have gotten a perfect 10 for this hotel.

Unfortunately, housekeeping was a bit weak - missing bathroom floor mate and night desk reception (Team B) is quite a distance from day time reception (Team A) but not a major issue. The worst part is, someone is definitely not doing their job by onboarding a partner called [email protected] - this supplier could confirm my early morning airport transport and then let me know the afternoon before my early flight the car i had booked is no longer available and they would send a smaller car and if my luggage could not fit, i would need 2 cars. Really sad bec this hotel would have been an easy 10 except for someone not doing their job and onboarded a lousy partner.

Room was spacious, had everything needed, good air con, daily service. The hotel is well located, close to shops, museum etc Breakfast has everything but the cooked food was very greasy. The staff was very nice and super fair; I arrived a day late by no fault of mine (ferry didn’t show up) and the hotel changed my arrival date so that I wouldn’t pay for that first night and I also to leave early and, without me asking for anything, they gave me a discount on the price for the night I wouldn’t spend in the hotel.

There was a constant annoying sound in the room, not sure what it was from.

Breakfast was very good and excellent ! Best choices ever seen in America and Europe !! Excellent timings as well for breakfast. Excellent and very helpful staff members ! Interacted with Anna who helped us for our stay to giving directions to making trips across the island which we thoroughly followed exactly and worked in our 3 day stay there. It made our trip very amazing to Crete! Anna outstanding person and always willing to help ,carry baggage to your room, to answer any questions and always smiling . She should be considered for definitely a managerial person for sure in the future. Also, younger staff girl was very helpful.

Nothing to complain. Better than name brand hotels.

The hotel was located within walking distance to the ferry port, which was important to us. It's all downhill from the hotel to the port. The area was lively and vibrant. The hotel itself was well-appointed with spacious rooms. The hotel was kind enough to arrange for us to help ourselves to a simplified continental breakfast before the usual breakfast hours. There were plenty of options.

We had a family room, which is basically two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom had a set of windows, and the seal must be broken on one of the windows as there was a lot more street noise from the restaurant/bar on the street that went until the early morning hours in one of the rooms. One room was perfectly soundproofed and the other was disruptive. Otherwise, we had a perfectly nice stay and would return.
