The hotel is situated close to the centre of Heraklion, 5-10 minutes walk to the major sights, including the Archeological Museum. There is a supermarket nearby and many shops and restaurants in the centre of the town. The bus station, from which buses for Knóssos leave, is 5 minutes walk, the main bus station (with buses to other places in Crete) some 10 minutes walk. The hotel is situated in a quiet street. It has 6 floors and 3-4 rooms on each floor. Most rooms have a balcony but the view is not spectacular (unless you stay on one of the highest floors). I had a double room, which was actually a triple room, as there was also a sofa. It was spacious, very clean, had a fridge, a safe, an iron, a tea/coffee making facility (which was great) and a working air-conditioning (also great, as it was quite cold outside). Wifi worked very well, without any cuts. Breakfast is served on the ground floor. The offer was always the same but always quite rich, encompassing eggs, sausage, cheese, croissants, cakes and much more. I appreciated the breakfast was served from 7 am, as that allowed me to take some earlier buses. The staff at the reception were all very nice and helpful. Generally, I was happy with my choice of the hotel and I would not hesitate to stay at the Infinity City Boutique Hotel if back to Heraklion.

The walls are quite thin, so noisy neighbours can be a problem. I was surprised that some guests left the TV on (loudly) the whole night, disturbing other guests. But that is not the fault of the hotel.

Excellent location. Near the port, near the museums and other sightseeing. And near all shopping you need . And surely I strictly recommend to take see view rooms -the see view there is fantastic. Very helpful staff. I came before check-in time, supposing to walk around for some hours. But it was horrible rain that moment and they find possibility to give me room immediately. And, last but not least - nice breakfast with wide spectrum of different meals.

Only 1 small thing: the towel rail in bathroom is far from the shower, so I cannot take the towel from the shower itself. But it's really trifle, everything other was very, very nice!

The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and accommodating. We didn't want to install the hotel app and they didn't mind. Considering I really do not want to install an app for every hotel I ever visit I was at least happy that they didn't turn this into an unnecessary conversation. The breakfast was quite nice, Some fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, sausage and bacon, as well as jams, flakes and cakes, even the coffee was quite decent. All in all, if a good breakfast is what you're looking for, this is the place for you. Our room had a lovely terrace with a view of the harbor and the sea. While they don't have their own parking, the harbor parking is less than 10mins away and costs 3 EUR per day (per day, not per 24h), so a reasonable deal for those traveling by car. The location is great as you are effectively in the town center - lots of great restaurants and bars a couple of minutes of walking away.

We were placed on the last floor so it was nearly impossible to sleep without the AC on. There seemed to be a clog in the bathroom's drainage system - we therefore faced a mini flood after each shower. Both of these rather minor inconveniences. What I really didn't like were the beds, way to soft for my taste. And we stumbled on a fake nail in the room when we first came in - it didn't get cleaned the next day either so I did feel like attention to detail might not be their thing (I guess they also might have left it there thinking we were the one who lost it...). I digress... I would come back to this hotel, if for nothing else, then for the great breakfast and the lovely people at the reception.

This is a small hotel with amazing staff. We ordered two rooms last minute because of a flight cancellation. Although they were nearly fully booked they found a way to put us in two adjunct rooms. They were caring and helpful behand what you would expect on several ocations. The hotel is clear, breakfast is really good and the location is amazing - a few steps from museums, city center (shopping, restaurants, etc) and also the harbor and public transportation. Very easy to get around.

Common to this area (same as another property), water temp fluctuates. Also, parking is limited (it being city center) but there is parking in the harbor port (for a small fee) which is 2 min waking distance from the hotel.

The front desk staff and the breakfast lady were very polite and accommodating. They always attended on us with a smile and were happy to help with all our requests. The room was on the small side but cozy and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was freshly prepared and there was a good variety of both cold and hot choices.

The room was supposed to be cleaned daily but the housekeeping staff did not show up during our three night stay. On our last day, we needed new towels that the front desk lady kindly provided after we had requested some but it should have been the housekeeping people that should have taken care of these matters. The sloppiness of housekeeping could also be seen in the totally worn out towels that we found in our room on arrival. Finally, the steps leading to the first floor were too narrow and possibly a bit steep which made hauling a large suitcase upstairs a tad difficult.

great receptionists, very helpful and really nice people good breakfast, they even had some vegan and gluten-free options for me, also fresh fruit. They do ask about your diet preferences at check in, which is great! I also appreciated soy milk with 0 sugar. they have books at the reception you could read/exchange the rooms are nice and have everything important for a short stay air con for heating can be used in the room in winter good location, close to the ferry, bus station and city centre very clean good vegan toiletries in the rooms (shampoo, gel and hand wash without chemicals) very responsive to Booking messages a weighing scale and fridge in the room free wifi

in my room I could hear everything what other guests and cleaning ladies were doing in the rooms around me (talking, moving in bed, their air con, walking in the room, opening and closing the balcony, cleaning, moving chairs, really everything). Most people might be ok with that but I can hear very strong and it was bothering me, mostly in the morning and at night. wifi sometimes worked well, other times it was very slow, almost non-existent in my room when taking a shower, there was no hot water after a few minutes and I had to wait a while until I got warm water again

Perfect location, close to everything yet so quiet, nice comfy rooms, very clean! The nicest, most helpful personnel! Breakfast, more than enough,considering the price. Value for money 11/10! We will certainly visit again!

We kind of missed fresh baked bread, and also a twist in breakfast variety would be nice now and then… Wi-Fi …hmmm we had better!.. The street of the hotel is really narrow, so views from the cute balconies… well, there aren’t any, but we stayed on the 3d floor. Maybe higher, views r nicer.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the city center, which made exploring so convenient. The hotel itself was very comfortable, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. One thing I’d like to note, though not as a criticism of the hotel or staff, is that the room didn’t come with slippers, and they don’t provide a shaving kit or dental kit. This was a bit surprising to me, but it’s more of a heads-up for future guests—make sure to pack these items for your own comfort! For instance, we didn’t think to bring slippers with us. Despite this, my overall experience at the hotel was excellent, and I’d definitely recommend it to others!

Quiet and comfortable room with a view of the harbour and a small balcony. Good position, short walk to centre of town.. Excellent breakfast with great variety. Most staff members friendly and helpful..

The bathroom was a little tired, and the hairdryer didn't work.

From the moment I walked into the hotel I received a warm Cretan welcome from the professional young woman and man at reception. They offered me a very comfortable and spacious room with all the facilities one would need, including a private patio. The breakfast buffet was generous, varied and delicious. It was obvious that the lady in charge of it took great pride in the presentation and quality of the food. Do not be put off by the somewhat less than salubrious entry street to the hotel. The location is conveniently close, within a few minutes' walk, to the magnificent archaeological museum, the main square (with buses that run to Knossos) and to the harbour. This hotel is a gem.

Everything exceeded expectations with my stay at this hotel.
