The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from Heraklion Centre. The room was modern, spacious and equipped with all necessities, as well as complementary wine, breakfast bits and slippers to use in the room. Staff was also nice and always spoke to me when I walked by.

As the property is central it does get quite noisy on a night due to loud music being played by cocktail bars close by. Unfortunately the room I was staying in was next to the cleaners storage room and as a result my sleep was disturbed every morning by them, but also by other staff members who were talking outside my room.

I have been to Heraklion twice for work and both times I have stayed in this place, the position is excellent. All the main city attractions are close and a bus stop can easily be reached to go to the beach and the airport. The rooms are very comfortable. I preferred the one with a balcony. The owner is very kind and always willing to help. I certainly would stay again in this place.

The second time I stayed in a room on the ground floor, it was a little bit humid, this can be improved.

Alexandros was a really good host who was super responsive. The apartment was of a good size for 2 and it has everything we needed — washing machine, drying rack etc. The hot water and heating were great and this was SUPER IMPORTANT for a winter vacation. Last but not least, it was really telling that the host really wanted us to enjoy our stay as they gave us a welcome BOTTLE of wine!!! Yes, a whole bottle of red wine! It was such a nice and sweet gesture!

Honestly, not just because of what I paid, it was an apartment that met and surpassed all my needs!

Great location, responsive host. Tastefully designed. Has almost everything - washing machine, electric kettle, coffee machine, sandwich maker, oven, hair dryer, iron. Would be great if all these items can be put on site or in instructions fir check in, will benefit the host. Host also left a complimentary water bottle abd guess what a wine bottle. Amazing. Kudos. Super duper happy for the thought

There's not much to dislike. Great value for money. You pay for what you get. Also, it's a great location. It's a bit small, but well designed with great aesthetics and well thought out items like iron, electric kettle, coffee machine, hair drye, and oven. Bathroom, specially shower area is a bit cramped. Would be great if there's a sign put at entrance outwards on the roadside (not at the entrance). Will make it easier to locate

The apartment is located directly in the city of Heraklion. Everything is straight outside; restaurants, shops, cafés, bus station. The room was big and everything was clean. We got some small welcome gifts, like water, raki, some crackers, toothbrushes, etc. There was a washing machine to use for free, just like sun umbrellas and sand toys for kids. We really felt extremely welcome here and will for sure stay here again if we return to Crete!

Location, location, location! All standard studio features as expected: a/c, natural airy design of premises, spacious fridge, all standard kitchen utensils and prep areas, TV + radio, quality WiFi, central but quiet location, friendly and always on hand staff, regularly changed bed linen and towels, hot water as you like, high ceilings etc. Complementary olive oil, raki, chilled water and condiments are more than welcome!

I do understand that a property goes through the gradual upgrading and that not everything could be done at once. I believe that the property I was in will be slightly more polished in a soon future; this mainly relates to the bathroom tiling and upgrade of the lighting to the LEDs.

A bit noisy at night, but that comes with the territory, when you book a place right in the centre of a bustling city. However ,if you shut the balcony doors, it's not that bad.

Fantastic location, very clean and comfortable room with a fully stocked kitchen at and an outdoor seating area. The coffee, snacks, and bottle of wine were wonderful Welcome gifts! We were on the ground floor towards the back, and it was quiet, there were no issues with noise from the street.

It would’ve been great to have a safe in the room

The property was beautiful and my mind you could see the ocean from the balcony, it had a nice little refrigerator and sink. Would certainly stay there again.

for all the people, that those of us with some walking in abilities that stars are difficult however they have excellent hand rails.

Bed area was nicely made. Comfy bed, nice bedside tables. Nice surroundings. Water in the fridge. Strong internet connection. Easy check in.

Old bathroom. Clean but smell from the damp was present. Noisy when raining since water falls on top of the balcony which is made from a material like plexiglass. Bedside light had tape on the wire.
