Right in the middle of town, easy to check in with 24h reception. The room was basic but had an incredible balcony and view. It fulfilled everything we needed for our 1 night in Heraklion before our flight out of Crete. We had an issue with our card being charged twice due to a banking issue but the hotel was able to resolve it and was totally communicative throughout the process.

The only negative was the bed. It was two single beds pushed together with separate sheets and blankets - so my girlfriend and I were physically next to each other but not in the same sheets etc.

Well located hotel, with the sea view, near the Port and Fort and near the main City Center streets. Staff was nice, approachable to all questions to solve. There is a cool thing that they have water refill station, where you can refill, no need to buy, as of course tap water is not drinkable. Room was solid with all facilities and cleanliness. WiFi connection was pretty good. Breakfast was somewhat limited, but solid enough.

You probably know when you book it in advance that it is a bit noisy surroundings with the traffic and music from the cars, but did not bother too much to be honest. Sleeping with old Air Con is little bit tricky because it is default directed to the bed.

I booked one night at the last minute as I needed a hotel close to the ferry port for an early departure. I was really nicely surprised, as it had everything I needed and exceeded my expectations. The staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. I managed to get parking right outside the front door (but this may have been because it wasn't peak season - not sure). There were no coffee/tea making facilities in my room, but I was welcome to help myself to the coffee machine in the dining area. You could also buy a bottle of wine or beer and order a toasted sandwich and sit in the lobby/sitting area, which was nice. It was very central and handy to everything. There was plenty of room on the balcony overlooking the sea, which was great as well.

Amazing hotel! All of the staff was so great. It felt like a family run business and they welcomed us in their home. We loved staying in this hotel. Price is very reasonable and the location is perfect. We had a balcony facing the sea and the view was awesome. The rooms was nice and clean and beds were very comfortable. It is a bit loud at night but if you close the balcony door you cannot hear it. It was not fancy but it had everything we needed. Breakfast had many options sweet and savory. Finally it has free parking (but as with any place I Greece rent the smallest car you can especially if you are not used to driving in tight spaces).

We stayed for one night, before our flight from Heraklion. The location was great to have a walk and watch sunset by the sea, and visit Heraklion city centre to check out the nightlife. We were pleased to stay at such an excellent location, staff was beyond friendly and helpful, the room was clean. We thought since we will stay at such central location, there might be noise from the street, but we were pleasantly surprised by good sound isolation. Really good value for money.

The location and view of the sea were great. Right near the pedestrian center. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and very helpful. A little out of the center but we wanted the sea view. The entire marina area could use renovating.

The hotel is not new. The shower was claustrophobic small and round. There were no products- body lotion, shower. cap, tissues etc. The safe came with a key rather than a personal.combination.

Perfect location for an overnight stay before an early morning ferry (or late arrival) as it's only 15 minutes walk from the port and the bus station. Clean and compact room with good quality bed linen and toiletries provided. Water in the fridge and free water cooler to top up if you need to. A substantial self serve breakfast served from 6 am. It's an easy walk into the main shopping area and lots of places to eat nearby. I recommend Kastello on the sea front. We last stayed here 10 years ago and I'm glad that standards are still good. I would book again for location and price. It's not luxurious, it's a comfortable and convenient. It does have a lounge area in the lobby and good WiFi.

A kettle in the room would be useful. I like to have a herbal tea before bed. I possibly could have asked reception for some hot water in a cup if I'd thought to ask. However plenty of tea and coffee available from 6 am in the breakfast room. The bathroom is compact with hot water and a shower cabinet.

Great location by the fort/marina. Lovely views from balcony. Staff helpful and polite. Parked outside the hotel in space provided. Breakfast was good. Restaurant so close in Marina. Loved the Hippokampus seafood restaurant. (Seahorse). Best food in Crete so far. Happy staff seafood Linquine to die for. Other course just as nice. 2 shared each course and still some over. Would stay there again.

Everything was nice. Hotel is on nice Location that is first what we liked . Infront of Sea and few min from centrum of city where is so much nice restaurants and food is amazing . In November already all things are closed but was nice warm/hot . First beach is Amurada 15 min by taxi 18e By bus 2e. Hotel staff was so nice. Woman on reception was always nice and she has lovely smile. Special Thanks to housekeeping they were so nice and they were helping on brekfast and room was perfect clean and always fresh They were frendly,nice and always ready to help.

Room was nice, but little bit small. Toilet door was not good they was like glass for bath or shower + you can’t close them and in ventilaton is not working Well Toilet is so small and after shower toilet was wet Because water is coming from wall. Hotel has good Location but a lot of traffic.

Hotel Kronos is just around the corner from Venetian fort in the harbour and main tourist spots.We had room with street/sea view. Room was perfectly clean and bed comfortable. There was big balcony. Breakfast was really good, we even got little dessert from staff. So delicious, but I forgot its name. Staff at the reception was really nice, explained us where to go and other tips about exploring town. I travelled with kids, they liked it a lot. Hotel lobby is really nice, has luxury vibe. Will come back for sure.
