The hotel is located in a very convenient place, within walking distance to all strategic locations: the bus station, the central park, and most importantly, the Heraklion port. The staff is very caring and attentive to their guests. I arrived a bit earlier and thought I would have to leave my luggage and go for a walk to wait for check-in, but my room was ready and I was allowed to check in early.

There are no real negatives considering the price and service. On the contrary, I would add more stars to this hotel because it seems underrated. Thank you.

This is a small hotel very close to the city center, just a couple of minutes of walking. Also, there are restaurants nearby and a market. Rooms are small , but clean, beds comfortable, AC is working perfectly, so does the WiFi. We even had a fridge in our room and enough lamps, if someone likes to read before bedtime. The staff is nice and helpful. The reception works 24/7,. After check out one can leave suitcases at the rexeption. The hotel building has an elevator which was important for us, due to heavy luggage. Definitively would stay here again :)

Amazing apartment, I feel like in person it is much nicer than the pictures. One of the rare hotels that has 24h front desk, we came at 2am after our flight and had no trouble checking in. In the morning we had where to leave our bags to go sightseeing. Location was amazing, it is in a quiet street but so close to the center and other attractions. We were sorry to stay just for one night, but we highly recomend and will be back again. Wifi was also great, quick connection and no problem loging on. What we loved also is that they had coffee machine in the room which is so convinient for a first morning coffee.

The hotel is an good accommodation option in Heraklion. The location is excelente, allowing easy walking access to the historic center and the city's main attractions. The Port and bus station are a short distance from the hotel (about five minutes by taxi, around 10 EUR). This was the reason for our choice. The room was clean, functional, with a comfortable bed and good shower. The staff were very helpful, there was a freezer with water and drinks for sale on site. Highly recommend!

​I needed a last-minute overnight stay in Heraklion and this hotel was perfect. Located 10 minutes from the central bus station and 7 minutes from the airport bus, it's very close to the tourist center but on a quiet, nice street. The room was very spacious and clean. The mattress was comfortable—not soft or sinking. George at the reception was welcoming and nice. Lovely place!

The staff is very welcoming and friendly - they took the time to give me tips for the city, which I really appreciated. The hotel is clean, the 24-hour reception is convenient and it's close to everything. There's everything you need for a few nights in Heraklion. I'd say bring ear plugs for the airplane noise and thin walls - something to keep in mind in all of Heraklion.

The location is good, away from the bars but just a very short walk to the center of activity and supermarket. Basic, clean, and great windows and balconies. Large fridge.

If you arrive by ferry with luggage, do take a cab. We looked at google maps and thought it was close enough to walk, but we aren't exactly young and there were two flights of stairs close to the port. Not the hotel's fault.

Great location, easy check-in, helpful staff, comfortable beds, everything was clean. It was better than I expected and that was a nice surprise.

It got quite warm in the room, but the AC felt a bit too cold if on for too long so balancing the temperature was a bit of a challenge, but I suppose this is normal for hot summer days.

Nice location close to the ferry port and bus station. Staff were friendly on the reception. Restaurants close by were handy, and plenty of small shops for drinks and snacks. Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee making facilities were also an added bonus, as well as the fridge in the room.

Some of the streets around the hotel did not feel safe to walk around at night with children but this is not the hotel's fault....Just letting other families know.

Hotel Mirabello was in a great location near a lovely square in Heraklion with cafes and tavernas. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff looked after our luggage the day we arrived before check in and again the day we left as we wanted to visit the museum (quite a short walk away). Really good value for money.

The room and bathroom were quite compact, but not unexpected for a city centre location.
