The host was very kind and welcoming, always on the spot if any queries. This location is 5 mins away from the sea front, and the restaurant over the road Petousis has great food also, we were there a few times. Lots of souvenirs shops and a market nearby. Bus station and train on wheels tour station nearby. The location has big swimming pool, and is very quiet and relaxing. The host was giving us small presents for the kids daily, we formed an emotional connection. If we will go back to Crete, will go back here surely.

Absolutly amazing appartment: big, comfortable, beautiful view , great swimming pool. Localisation was very good: just a few minutes to the beach, very near to shops, restaurants and bus stop to Heraklion. But the best what apartment has it is a great host. Katerina and Manolis are absolutly georgous: always helpful and always smiling. You feel like on vacation with your own familly. Big hugs to them for all of us - it was great time in Crete.

The host Special shout out to Katerina who helped us with a small medical problem, organised us a boat trip, ordered us a taxi back to the airport,fed us cake and grapes🙂 and made jewellery with the kids.Anything we needed ,she was happy to help.She really makes the place. The pool Lovely, clean ,decent size pool with orange and lemon trees growing around and free sun loungers and tables.We spent many hours by that pool. Location Very close to the beach, shops, restaurants, medical points and pharmacy. Bus stop 3 minutes away, car hire the same.Its in the centre of Ammoudara but no noise during the night.

Some of the equipment is a bit dated, but it all reflects in the price, so there was nothing we didn't like.Everything worked as it should.

Katherina was a lovely host, super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the hotel is really good value for money. It is located in a busy and lively area, with supermarkets, bars and restaurants close at hand, but the rooms are quiet and cozy. There is some on-street parking in front of the hotel or in the same road, as well as a larger public parking area just opposite the street, so that is not an issue. The apartment was large and equipped with everything you'd need for a comfy stay (fridge, stovetop, kitchenware, coffee-making facilities; perhaps just a drip rack and a dish towel were missing). The shower has a curtain rather than a stall, so you'd need a bit of extra care if you're a little messy ;) however, a squeegy is provided to remove any excess water from the floor. The shower water is solar-heated, but there is a heater to increase/control water temperature as needed. Soap and a hairdryer are provided, and towels and bed linens are changed regularly.

The apartment was excellent value. It’s in a convenient and quiet location with a small supermarket and bus stop with buses to Heraklion and the airport only a 2 minute walk away. The beach is less than 10 minutes away. The pool is great. The owner Katrina is wonderful, so friendly, kind and helpful. I’ve never had such a warm welcome.

The sun beds were in the shade most of the day but I’m sure that would be different in the summer. I stayed in November so really was lucky that the pool was still open.

Good location not far from both Heraklion and the beach, the appartment was well equipped for longer stay (washing machine), basic equipment for cooking. fridge. Air condition worked well. The three-bed room was big enough. The owners and staff were kind and helped us with any requirements and questions, and recommended interesting program in Heraklion. The Amoudara Beach was not far from the appartment and was well equipped, clean, with a small restaurant. A supermarket and many shops and restaurants are near the appartments.

We loved the warm welcoming of our host Katerine! She was always there in the evening to address any questions. She was so helpful. Even before arriving, she kindly suggested a good car rental company from whom we rented. She baked a lovely chocolate snack for us. She has a jewellery business and works on her projects in the evening in the foyer. Very talented! She also helped to fix my son's shark tooth necklace clasp! Was very nice to be able to do a load of laundry in our room! Great location close to main street and groceries. Pool was awesome and refreshing after a day at Knossos in 36C!

The kitchen did not match the photos. Came with a bit less than expected (not enough plates/cups for us three).

Very nice personal. They bring us atleast 3 times local sweet cakes. Every time we asked something they immediately deal with it. Rooms were clean and pretty freshly renovated. Very nice big balconi.

Some minor errors. One wc was out of order some times, but there was 2 wc total in our apartment so this did not bother much.

Everything, but mostly kind caring and generous owner, she was helpful and friendly. Cannot speak highly enough of her kindness ! Pool is gorgeous, plenty of flowers around, I had a good rest. My balcony was amazing to have a coffee and lunch. The beach is five minutes away, easy to get a bus to Heraklion City.
