Very nice environment. A perfect bungalow very close to the beach. Fantastic new restaurant in the reception area. Good quality of food and excellent service!

A bit too noisy the breakfast area, but the variety of the food can compensate that.

This is a bungalow hotel and the first time we stayed in one - loved it! The check in was speedy, we got there early but the rooms were already available, and we even got an upgrade - thanks so much to Mr. George K. ! The bungalows were huge and impeccable, the hotel was quiet, with lovely gardens + a nice outside space for each bungalow. The cleaning personnel was very discreet, not disturbing in any way. Rooms had everything you could need, including beach towels for the pool / beach. The beach is literally 2 steps, with free chairs. It is sandy and long. We did not use the pool, but looked very nice and was relaxing, as the pool for small kids was in another area. The way the restaurant was organized was great, we never had queues. The food was great (we had breakfast and dinner) and drinks including beer, wine are included, unlike in other places. The restaurant has a great view of the sea and a nice terrace is available. The personnel of the restaurant was great, special thanks to the supervisor, he made us feel very welcome. We received in the rooms bottled water every 2 days or so. The hotel has sufficient parking places. We visited Heraklion and really enjoyed it, better than Rethymnos in our view. Great restaurants, shopping, the museum is also very nice.

Nothing that we did not like, if we would re-visit Krete we would definitely return to this hotel!

The staff was excellent. 10/10 for each n every staff member from reception to restaurant to concierge. Food was on point. We had booked half board. Buffet meals had enough n more variety so did not get repetitive. There were also 2 other ala carte options available, of which we tried the one next to the reception and it was excellent.

We had booked a Garden view room through booking.com, which wasn't exactly the way it was described and on checking in, there was clearly a lot of disappointment. It was for a family of 3 and it was too tight. There was no space to open the bags or to walk around. The bathroom had no space to move. It was clearly not what we expected and definitely not worth the money we paid and not upto 4 star standards. After staying there for a night we spoke to the reception staff and they were happy to upgrade us to much larger room. Highly recommend booking a better category room. The basic category isn't good enough.

It’s the kind of place where holiday dreams are made. Even the fussiest of guest (moi) are taken very good care of; with pleasure and enthusiasm. I have never liked all inclusive…until now. The food was better than in the restaurants outside. The staff…Oh My Goodness…heavenly sent. The beds and rooms were comfy and clean. The bathrooms brilliant and spacious. There was animation for kids and teens in French, English and German. Evening entertainment was incredible: Greek nights, Karaoke, Dance classes (at night! perfect 👍🏻), Live music and last and by no means least on the entertainment side…The bar team mixing cocktails and conversation; fabulous. George in Reception is a stand out star 🌟 of the management team and I hope to bump into him in his own hotel one day; if not; I’ll come back here no doubt of that fact. The pool was so refreshing, deep, long, clean and clear; space for laps and lazing. I needed the doctor because I have allergies and ran out of medicine: they sorted ✅ I can’t walk very far because I have joint disease: they made everything reachable ✔️ Blown Away! I really enjoyed my holiday at this TRUE Holiday Hotel 🏨

We had such a nice stay at Civitel, the Hardworking employees made such a huge difference! We enjoyed a wonderful week here, the Food was amazing, especially the dinner. The breakfast was good but repetitive. We had the chance to try lot of greek Food, in our opnion the greek evening was by far the best culinary experience. The hotel is super clean and organized. Mini Golf and Tennis free of charge. We were so grateful because they offered us late check out free of charge. This attitude and gestures make this hotel so special. It was our anniversary and they prepared our room with beautiful decoration. Overall a very nice hotel at the beach. The employees and their sprit make the place special! We would be back:)!

We have never experienced that in all inclusive only local soft drinks are included, if you wanted Coca Cola or Fanta you would need to pay extra. Local drinks were fine at the Main Restaurant but in the Main and Pool Bar they were terrible, neither sparkling nor cold. We have informed the Restaurant Manager and he took this Super politely as room for improvement and was happy for the honest Feedback. Lack of evening entertainment

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We found everything we needed. The staff were very kind and polite, attending to our needs promptly. The Greek sweets were perfect! We stayed for a week, and as a bonus, we were treated to a complimentary dinner at Onirókipos Restaurant, which was fantastic—the food was excellent!

The breakfast was the same every day and quite poor. The lunch and dinner offerings were not very delicious. Good drinks were not included in the All-Inclusive package. The internet was very poor at night. Additionally, the hotel was dull in the evenings, lacking entertainment options; some days there was no music at all, which made it quite boring for us. There wasn't anything around the hotel either. Considering the services, the hotel was quite expensive.

The staff is always exceptional and very helpful, the room was totally okay and clean, the park besides the bungalows are very good and has a chilling vibe. Both the breakfast and the dinner was really good with lots of options.

It would be necessary to build a ramp which gives the option to push the stroller into the restaurant when a family is going to eat, without that we had to carry the stroller in hands.

Our telephone was broken since the first day. Informed the receptionist 2x but no one came to check the phone. Upon check out we got so much luggages we had to carry all them by ourselves plus our 1 year old then the other receptionist guy said: “why you did not call me?” And i answered, the telephone is broken since from the start. He did not say anything.

This hotel was the best hotel I have ever stayed at AND the least expensive one I have ever stayed at. The value was off the charts fantastic! I would stay here again over and over. I don't know what it is like in the peak season of summer but we were there in early April. We arrived around 21:00, and this was not an issue at all. We were shown to our rooms and then taken to the restaurant where we were given a "Welcome Snack" of an apple, a banana and a small plate of cold meat, cheese, and veggies with a drink - for FREE - who does that? It was like being welcomed into someone's home, not a hotel. Breakfast was included in the price of my room, and it was excellent. I am not kidding; if I can get this same service and price again, I might go back to Crete just for the hotel, never mind the amazing Greek Island.

That I couldn't stay longer.

The hotel is located on a small private beach. The pool is nice and clean and the room was large and well-decorated (we had a deluxe Bungalow). Staff was very kind and the entire hotel looks very nice.

The location is a bit far from everything, but that happens with beach resorts. The Wifi was not good enough for working purposes. Food at the breakfast was varied but the quality was medium. The minigolf was not well-maintained (but we also arrived at the end of the season). Tap water in Crete is not drinkable and it was hard to get drinking water after hours (need to pack up from the supermarket).
