The rooms are really lovely, and the staff at breakfast were very kind and polite. The amenities in the room are more than plenty. If I were the owner I'd perhaps add an espresso machine in the room as an additional touch, I think the price level kind of justifies it.

While breakfast was very tasty, the coffee was below any standard. Honestly, a giant pot of instant coffee, while you have a bar with a perfectly functioning espresso machine is a little bit clumsy looking. In the end, had to order and pay for decent coffee every day at breakfast, which is kind of disappointing given how nice and luxurious the vibe of the place is. Given the price tag of the room, I'd think serving me a freddo cappuccino or an espresso shouldn't really cost extra.

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the beach and some restaurants and markets. In addition, the airport is about ten minutes away. In the hotel there is an excellent restaurant for dinner that also provides breakfast and lunch and aperitif in front of the pool. It's all new, modern and comfortable, including the gym. The nicest thing, which we highly recommend, is to take one of the rooms with a private pool. It's really a pool all to yourself that is part of the room beyond the terrace. Waking up and using the pool or doing it after breakfast or after the sea is wonderful. You can also call a taxi or rent a car through the reception and see other beauties of the island easily. The staff is kind and nice and the food is great as always in Greece.

The only flaws I can mention are 1) too bad for the building under construction or abandoned in front that is out of the way with the wonderful vegetation they created around the pool 2) the door is not soundproofed, but despite this the rest is and therefore it was not a big problem. That's why we decided to give the highest grade anyway! Congratulations!

We had a great time at this hotel! Ever since we arrived we felt very welcomed by all of the staff members. Throught our stay they were really helpful and always professional. The food was really good as well, very nice cooking and lots to choose from. The pools were very clean and the lounging area was very peaceful and quiet. Only in the weekends it got a bit chaotic because of the people coming from the outside. We booked a private suite with a pool and we loved every detail of our room. It was cleaned daily. My boyfriend had a great time at the gym, it had all the neccessities. We recommend this hotel for a great and peaceful vacation!

its beautiful, really feels like a tropical resort. the drinks were lovely and the personal Mary, Stelios, Stav, Agapi, George are very friendly people. in general everyone there. breakfast was good! enjoyed my stay

Our hotelroom was very comfortable and very clean. The interieur design of the room has a modern atmosphere and was exactly like shown in the pictures. Toilet and shower were separated, which gave us a good comfort. I liked the black style of the bathroom. There are many different light options in the room, so you can create an atmosphere as you want. The black curtain darkens the room very good, so it’s easy to sleep in darkness. Finally the room was very clean, they took a lot of care to keep the room clean. The area (restaurant, pool area, gym) is very clean too. The pool has a good size for swimming or getting a refreshment by hanging around in the water. There are sunbeds in the shade or sunbeds in the sun, giving you the opportunity to choose your place as you need. We just booked breakfast and we were completely confident with the things they offered for breakfast. It’s very fresh and they change the offered food a little daily. The best at the hotel was the staff! The women working at the reception, in the restaurant or the room service were excellent, helpful and absolutely lovely. The area around the hotel is supreme too. You just need to walk maximum 2 minutes to get to the beach (a long sandy beach, where you can easily enter the sea to swim or cool down). There are many shops and different restaurants, which you can reach by walking. The bus stop is maximum 2 minutes walk far from the hotel. The bus takes you in approx 15 minutes to the center of Heraklion.

The room is modern and cozy. It is nice to have the pool but first couple of days the pool was not working properly. There was worker every morning so a little noizy but we understand it was early vacation before the tourists season. The breakfast was ok but cold omelettes and pancakes, no option for toast and only regular coffee was offered if you wanted anything else like cappuccino you had to pay for it. The room was made everyday but I had to ask for fresh towel all the time because they forgot to change it.

Such a fantastic place to stay. The staff are wonderful and the food excellent. My husband unfortunately had a heart attack 12 days ago so had to extend our stay. The staff were really supportive and kind, can't thank them enough for how they looked after me and their concern for my husband. We are enjoying a few days in the sun before we fly home. This place is so beautiful and restful with only a five or six minute walk to the beach which is a nice sandy beach if you want the beach. To be honest it's so restful by the pool at the hotel we didn't bother, save for the short walk to check it out.

Can't say there was anything we didn't like.

My friend and I arrived at the Alsus Boutique Hotel in early April. The experience was simply perfect. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff and the manager were very nice to us and helped us with everything we needed. The room is beautiful. The people at the hotel improved our vacation on several levels. In addition, the staff at the bar was really friendly and nice. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have stayed at and we will definitely come again ❤️💕

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was a great size, giving us plenty of space to relax. The shower lighting and overall ambiance added such a nice touch—felt modern and calming. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. Would definitely recommend!

While the room had a great vibe overall, I do wish there had been some additional lighting, especially in the bathroom when I needed to do my makeup. Also, the pillows were quite large and firm for my taste. It would’ve been nice to have a softer option available.

Our two favourite things about this hotel were the amazing breakfast buffet (not very large but definitely among the best hotel breakfast we’ve had in our lives!) and the incredibly nice staff! They organized a rental car for us at a very reasonable price in a matter of minutes and had it brought to the hotel. They even upgraded us to a better room for the last night, because it was off-season and they didn’t have a lot of guests at the time. And while the room we had originally booked was perfectly fine and clean, the other one was just beautiful! (And had a really fancy shower:D) Also it was just a two minute walk to the beach.

While the pool looked very nice from the balcony, it didn’t seem that clean up close. I guess that was because we stayed there at the end of October and at that time there are probably not many people who want to use the pool.
