Great location near the beach and restaurants. Bus stop to town down the street. Private parking included. Very friendly staff :) Thanks for the Prosecco as welcome drinks 🥂 Wonderful pool with places to lay in the shaded garden, good breakfast. Nice poolside bar. Great room, very quiet, comfortable and clean. A/C. Good storage in both bathroom and bedroom. Nice to have the living area (with sofabed) as you enter, then hallway with bathroom, then finally ensuite bedroom (very quiet as separate from entrance and fridge).

Nothing negative... If I had to find something to mention, maybe that the Jacuzzi didn't work well upon arrival but fixed following day.

Proffesional attitude receptionist Elisavet& Athanasios at all, mainly at solving my blocked mobile when I was nervous if mobile will be unblock.Athanasios was very calm it helped me to think possitive&Elisavet helped me open mobile and took sim card out,then mobile was activated❣️also big thx I had evening flight back home so Elisavet arranged it 👍 I can stayed in the room for extra charge because was out of season& it helped me much, could take shower before my long way & it was comfortable for me to keep my luggage in room take have a rest. The lady who cleaned the room make it always clean & bed & towels were always each day perfect prepared. She is doing her job exactly & mainly with 💛what I feld. And can't forget lady in kitchen too, was very calm and nice to me.The hotel was familiar, 'sweet little things' makes unique atmosfere,the place has own soul& charm. Restaurant in country style, cozy paradise garden which was oasis of peace, I felt like in paradise 🌴 there, perfect bar next to pool 🥃🍹, breakfast all you need ...quality juice, coffee, home-made bread was fantastic❣️reception in zen boutique style, all you need in one place. The best thing about this property are the staff who are extremely warm and hospitable, and the location. It is next to the beach (I could hear the ocean from my balcony) and a bus stop which makes access to Heraklion extremely convenient. The room I booked was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of storage. I was supposed to stay for 5 nights and would have been happy to do so, but was offered a complimentary upgrade to the nearby Hotel Malena (part of Omilos Hotels).

I was there during the off season, so many things were closed for the season (no fault of the property, just something to be aware of).

A middle-sized family hotel in Heraklion, right at the sea - 50m from a large sandy beach. Despite the proximity of the beach, there is also a pool in the garden. The place is clean and comfortable, the staff is extremely friendly. Apart from a rich breakfast, dinner is also offered, with food typical of different parts of Greece. There is enough parking space - would be good for the guest to have his/her own means of transportation. Great place, I loved it.

Everything was perfect.

Everything. Location is amazing. Easily reachable from the airport, only by one bus. Quiet place (winter season) but close to everything you may need (supermarket, restaurants, souvenir shops, coffeeshops etc) and mainly it is almost on the beach (2min. walking). Hotel itself is quite small with a very nice atmosphere. Beautiful garden with pool. Breakfast will fill you up for a half of the day at least. And the most important - staff. Everybody was so friendly. It feels heartwarming just to think of them. Especially reception staff. Warm welcome (and good bye as well), genuine interest, politeness, professionalism. Always willing to help, always smiling, fulfilling wishes which were not even said. And the dog and cat just to complete the perfect relaxing family-like picture. Highly recommended.

The kindness of the people working six days a week to make sure that we had a wonderful time. Many thanks to Despina, Elisabeth and Thanasis. During the day the ladies helped us with our trips to Heraklion. In the evenings Thanasis served us delicious white wine and together with other guests we had some great conversations. Thanasis also advised us nice restaurants with excellent food. The lovely garden and the beautiful view on the sea were the main reasons for choosing this Georgia's garden. During the breakfast you can meet other guests. The hotel is close to the airport and Heraklion.

Staff amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Near the beach. Easy parking. Good breakfast selection. Comfortable beds. Quiet area.

Room wasn't superior at all. Literally a small sea view. Stank of smoke so had to be moved to the next floor down. The new room was OK however the bathroom wasn't pleasant. Old sink unit with peeling paint and mould. Shower had mould and hairs in it. Under the beds hadn't been cleaned for some time. Garden needed a good weeding. Sunbeds grubby with dirty mouldy water collecting in the grooves.

Our stay at this hotel was great. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent, just a few steps to the beach and very close to the bus stop (from which it took only around 15 minutes to the city center). The exterior of the hotel was also beautiful since we could enjoy our breakfasts and dinners outside in the garden. I would especially like to point out the extremely nice and friendly staff of this hotel. They helped us with everything we needed and fulfilled all of our requests. I believe they are what makes this place truly exceptional. I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Lovely cosy hotel, with lots of spots for anyone to sit or lay down. Relatively quiet area which makes it very relaxing stay in the hotel. Food in the hotel was also very delicious. Finally, all staff was very helpful and friendly.

It's not that I didn't like but there are more restaurants elsewhere than in the proximity of the hotel. However, there are some places to go for evening meal so it's not that you would be hungry 😉

I spent about 18 days trekking on Crete, staying in various parts of the island and selected Georgia's Garden as a cozy, family run boutique hotel for my last few nights. The hotel ticked all of the boxes and was ideal to spend time relaxing and reading by the pool in the very pretty garden. The decor is fresh and modern while maintaining a homely feel. Close to the beach and plenty of cafes/restaurants. A very quiet hotel without children (when I was there) which suited me at the time! It seemed that lots of guests return every year which is always a good sign...

A few hiccups firstly when I was calling to extend my booking, and then a problem when I was checking in which led to me being driven to another of their properties. A sort of family all inclusive hotel miles away from the area where I wanted to be, in a semi industrial suburbe without the ambience of Amoudara and designed for lots of children!! Great for young families but not for a retired woman staying alone. Fortunately Elizabeth sorted it out and they found me a room at the hotel where I'd booked. My thanks to Elizabeth who has great customer support skills.
