From start to finish, its great value for money. Not the most fancy but comfortable, all inclusive experience. The most amazing were the swimming pools and slides, catering and location. In general, every single buffet meal was tasty and fresh. Also enjoyed the soft drinks, tea, coffee etc. You are right on the beachfront, near 2 small shopping towns and there is a Hop on-Hop off bustop at the entrance! Our family enjoyed small conversations with the friendly, helpful and thoughtful staff. We got great ideas for excursions, car hire, taxi and there is a small shop on site is very useful. Oh and another bonus! There is a kids club that actually keeps kids engaged so we could get adult time in between! They were begging to go back everyday and so we truly had a great, fun, restful holiday ;-)

There is really not much that should be much better. I only offer 2 things. Some people reserve beach/swimming pool chairs with towels and there are none free from morning till late while noone is sitting. Staff should monitor this more carefully, otherwise we have no choice but to do the same. We didnt really enjoy the free cocktails (sorry!), but it was nice that for small charge we could have great paid cocktails as surplus.

Quality of some types of food and drinks from the all-inclusive side. To drink a good beer or wine you have to pay full price. Also, if you want to take some cookies or anything else to your room you are not allowed.

Very friendly staff ,very good meals and drinks, very clean, nice location with big private beach and swimming pool. The public transportation from the hotel gate to downtown and old city also directly to the airport for one and half euro.good value for money paid.

Hotel Dessole Dolphin Bay is a nice all-inclusive resort on the beach. Our stay was okay. We enjoyed food, especially the variety of vegetables, salads, and, in particular, the splendid Greek cheese. Staff was very nice and efficient. Cleaning service was perfect - clean towels and bedsheets every day. Sea was very clean and the beach was sandy, with some stones at the entry to the water.

Compared to EU 4* standard, the rooms are quite simple and the furniture seems outdated, especially bathroom did not meet our 4* expectations. We missed good coffee and good orange juice - the post-mix juices were rather sugar-water without any fruit. Also local wines were not very tasty. Beach was quite packed so most sunbeds were taken before breakfast. Evening animation team programmes were terrible, avoid it. The resort does not have nice surroundings - there is a power station on one side (sometimes you can smell oil if the wind goes towards the hotel), and ruins of some tavern on the other side so not a good place for beach walking.

Close to the airport, very very friendly staff (across the Hotel). Appartment was cleaned daily. WiFi was perfect (even Netflix streaming was possible). Beachbar food was delicius. Beach was clean, with nice sunbeds. Food in the restaraunt sometimes lacked a bit of variaty, but it was ok having in mind that they serve 3 meals every day, there is enough to choose from especially for the kids. Main building rooms had seaview which was not mentioned during booking and was a nice surprise. Water in the pool and pool slides were very nice. However pool slides are only for older kids. During Covid 19 the hygiene was well maintained (mandatory gloves in restauraunt, masks inside etc). Overall very pleasant stay.

Just a bit windy in September for small kids. In peak season there is a shortage of sunbeds at the beach and the pool. We felt it only for a day.

All the staff were fantastic. We even chatted with the manager, who wasn't 'too busy' to share his time with us and is a really nice person.

Lack of choices on main meal courses, food was plentiful and good but more or less same dishes everyday. Generous drinks but quality of sodas and other drinks was OK

Clean room in a nice hotel complex. Pool where you could sit on a recliner the whole day. On the beach. Everything provided in the price. Some leisure facilities. Easily accessible by public bus and close to a settlement with everything you might need like supermarket, pharmacy, taverns and cafees. Plus points for the really nice soda and juice dispensers of local but reknown greek soft drinks.

There is an operating antiquated oil burning powerplant really close to the hotel area. There is also a reek close to the hotel and beach full of green stuff like seaweed. Seems the area is not clean. It is a blue flag beach but I would doubt it deserves this decoration. The area including the village smells of sewer, properties have most likely connected their sewage to the rainfall draining system. All inclusive food provided is basic stuff widely eaten north of the Alps but not suited to a southern European palette or a person looking for quality food. Really bad quality alcohol served freely, not regular cheap bottles of widely known brands but cheap industrial stuff by the gallon poured into the drinks. Breakfast had all the basic stuff which is ok but the majority of the choices available were mostly cheap carbohydrates like all sorts of breads and all sorts of cheap cookies.
