Pleased that breakfast was provided - daily portions of cornflakes, fruit (pear and apple), bread, butter, honey, jam; and a carton of UHT milk, and a bottle of table water. Clean apartment. Well furnished with essentials. Comfortable bed, clean bedlinen and towels. Utensils & crockery & cutlery & washing up stuff in kitchen are in sufficient quantities and good & clean condition. (Could do with a pair of scissors? And a bottle opener?) Shampoo, soap and toilet rolls provided.

Not a big problem, but the shower cubicle is a bit small because of the position of the tap, and the shower curtain kept getting in the way as we showered, and didn't really stop the water escaping from the cubicle but since it's a wet room it's not a big problem. And it would have been useful to have a towel rail to hang the towels spread out to dry after using them. Otherwise, everything is great.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Situated on the 4th floor with an elevator, it is very convenient. The hosts were really nice, even welcoming us with a small bottle of local wine.

There is some noise from planes, but it is only noticeable during the daytime. The shower cabin is quite small, and the kitchen equipment is somewhat basic. Additionally, it was unusual that the cabinet doors lacked handles. The bedsheets felt somewhat itchy, though not to the point of disrupting our sleep. Overall, the apartment is suitable for a short stay but may not be very comfortable for a longer one.

The location is great. There's a paid parking for 15 Euro per night just few steps away which is great advantage as it's mainly pedestrian area. The aparment is spacious and has big terrace.The communication with the owners was easy and we had no problems with self check in.

The pillows were not the type I like but this is personal opinion. Anylaw I would suggest that it will be better to to have a set of softer pillows. As for the breakfast I would recommend some cheese or salami instead of only an egg, jam, honey, Nutella and cereals.

Great location, wonderful big balcony, the property had everything we needed, communication with the hosts was easy and they were very kind.

Based on the property description on Booking.com, our expectations for the breakfast were too optimistic :) And, something that struck us as quite weird was that the eggs on the table were actually raw. The hosts' instructions did warn us that we had to boil the eggs ourselves, yet when we saw the three eggs actually SERVED on the table (and not in the fridge), we were surprised to find thy were raw.

It was a magical experience, although (unfortunately) I wasn't able to meet the owners in person, I already felt like one family with the city. The kitchen was well equipped and the owners delivered us breakfast for the next morning every afternoon. I've never tasted such sweet pears before! They even offered us a bottle of local wine as a gift, which I didn't open because I don't drink alcohol (guess I'm still too immature for that) yet I greatly appreciate. The rooms were located right in the city center and there's a balcony where you can see the sunset and sunrise, but no direct views over the streets, which is another good thing if you prefer quietness as the locals are known to be hanging out late in the night. I will definitely stay here again if I travel to Heraklion again.

Host were very nice and explained exactly how to claim keys for self check in. The room was lovely and all the small touches were great. Breakfast was laid out waiting for us as was a bottle of water and wine. Unfortunately, we has quite a quick stop and early morning departure so we were not able to make use of any of them, but it is such a nice touch. I think the most important thing any host can do is leave water as sometimes it just isn’t possible to get it along the way.

Everything was great! Only down side was paying for parking, but that comes with most cities.

Location, location, location. The apt is an ideal basis to explore Iraklio in a cool part of the city. The rooms are basic but clean and equipped with most of the things you need.

It says in the description that parking is available. This is a bit misleading for those who search specifically for that feature in the filter. There is valet parking available close by at €15/day. The parking for €5 is 700m away.

The hosts were very kind, they allowed the check-out time to be extended (for an our)...The view of the city from the terrace is nice! Everything was clean. The mattresses were comfortable to good quolity sleep on...A bottle of cold water awaited us in the apartment, which we were very happy about, considering the time of arrival at night...And a bottle of wine, too...

I don't like sweety breakfasts, with too much processed carbohydrates

The apartment is extremely very well located in Heraklion, with a balcony where you can enjoy the winter sun and enjoy the view to the cathedral. The apartment is very spacious and clean with a well equipped kitchen. It was easy to find and very quiet at night. There is lift to take you to the floor where the flat is located. The breakfast included eggs, honey, toast, jam, nutella and cornflakes.

Crops Suites is located in the centre of cafes, snacks, restaurants, shops, cathedrals, fountains, mariner, and archaelogical musium. Very conveniebt location. People were kind to explain about our curiosities.

Since it is a Suites rented, folks were not always there. Shower space was rather small and water overflowed.
