Good location nice room and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of choices

One evening we wanted to eat our take out in the lounge area and we’re told we could not and not take it to our room. This meant we had to sneak are takeout in. Lounge had table and chairs so we’re surprised she told us we could not use it.

Nice modern hotel. Airport bus is stopping in from of the hotel. Cathedral and some important old churches with old icon collections (I guess this is not in any guide book) are just around. Also Bazaar supermarket. Breakfast is good. Staff is very nice.

Everything was fine. I will come back to this hotel (the city has more to see and enjoy than I expected).

Value for money choice for a family. Spacious air-conditioned room. Walking distance (~1.2 km) from shopping center, restaurants, cafes, bars and monuments. The parking is impossible in around area but there is a parking co-working with the hotel just round the corner. The staff was very friendly.

Perhaps some other arrangement for the 5th bed (it was a foldable couch, really uncomfortable to sleep on). I could use a hanger in the bathroom for towels and clothes.

Location was very good, especially that just around the hotel there was a secured parking lot (8 eur for a day). Breakfast were good, quite good choice. Room was quite spacious. Air-conditionnaire worked good, though it took some time to cool the room. Location was good as it is not so far away from the city center and nice restaurants in a short distance could be found.

Once enetering the room it had a strange smell, as it needed to have fresh air.

Breakfast was great! The continental buffet (muesli, milk, coffee, toast with ham and cheese, eggs, etc), also included some delicious, traditional greek food (greek joghurt and dakos). The staff replaced everything immediately, there was never a shortage of anything. The diner was also spacious, several families could comfortably sit and enjoy their breakfasts there. The hotel itself is at the very best location of the city: the city centre was a few minutes walk! Also a busstop is right in front of the hotel with a direct bus to the airport. Other busstops (to Knossos palace for example) are also only a short walk away. The room was comfortable, just big enough for two people. Another amazing thing was that the doors were soundproof - the city was loud, but after closing the door we were sound asleep during the nights. :) We also had a small, private balcony with a panorama view.

The receptionists were a bit indifferent, and I had some difficulties understanding myself with them. However, they were helpful when help was needed.

I've come to the conclusion that this is the best modestly priced hotel in Heraklion. Nice rooms, great breakfasts, and proper professional receptionists. Also, it's fairly central and the airport bus, plus buses to the main bus station (a short walk from where the bus drops passengers off), stop outside the hotel with tickets on sale at the mini market opposite the hotel.

There is nothing to dislike.

Very clean hotel and clean room with very tasty and broad choice for breakfast. Excellent location in the city to visit Héraklion (and surroundings thanks to bus stop in front of hotel)

Small discomfort with the family room with airco: one part of the room very cool where airco is while the other one remains warm

Great location in the city, great view of our room and very friendly stuff! Very comfortable room and the stuff had the A/C going on so that we can find it cool and instantly remove all the heat and sweat ☺️ Great deal with breakfast included.. Highly recommended!!

Great value overall, I would personally improve the bathroom, increase the soap/cleaning product options and add maybe some decorations to make the place even more warm and cozy... just a few details..

It is in the center of the town. Clean and comfortable. We had a family room and for the kids pleasure a big TV with netflix. Also good WiFi connection.

It was not possible to communicate with somebody a week before about the reservation for a possibly change of the dates.

The staff was friendly, room comfortable with air-conditioning, check- in and check- out easy, perfect location in the city centre. Bathroom was equipped with shower gel and soap.

If you are traveling for work, 7.30 breakfast start might be a bit late start. I wish there were fresh fruit provided at breakfast. My window was facing a busy street, so I couldn't open the window at night, it was noisy.
