Very good breakfast, the hot tub on the balcony was perfect, a spacious room and bathroom, large smart TV for evening relaxing. Super friendly staff, always happy to help. Rooms are modern and with many functions, it had the best A/C of all of our stays in Greece (wind was away from us and it cooled the place down quickly), fan on the ceiling, relaxing chairs outside, mini fridge, everything a person needs.

Our TV did not have Netflix installed (nor available in the store) so only local channels were available. I asked staff about the possibility of adding it, they called the partner company but were unable to help in the end. Minor inconvenience, the staff did their best to help. Was missing one bathrobe, but the cleaning lady gave us two the next day. To reach the room, you had to go through 2-flights of stairs so I do not recommend it for elderly or disabled.

The staff was wonderful and kid and so helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was beautiful - very efficient/smart use of a small space. It didn't feel crowded at all, and it was wonderfully decorated. The location is unbeatable - which is why I went for this hotel in the first place - and I just loved being able to walk around no problem. I found free parking in a side street - if you have a small car, it is definitely doable. You might need to drive and circle around for 5-10 minutes, but you will be able to find a spot, no doubt. I think it was mainly the first person who greeted me at the reception who immediately put me at ease - those first encounters are so important to set the tone. I stayed for one night so that I could get to the airport on that side of the island easily.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Our room was very modern and had a private balcony. We were able to check in early which was a bonus after travelling. Excellent breakfast provided. The second morning we were checking out prior to breakfast starting. The young lady at the reception desk was amazing. She packed breakfast for us to go and arranged a taxi to the port in order for us to catch the ferry (15€). Amazing customer service. I can’t say enough. I apologize for not getting her name. Walking distance to the centre of town and the grocery store. If you are arriving by bus it’s a little far to walk with your luggage since it’s mostly uphill. It will cost €10 for a taxi to the hotel. Wifi was excellent, never once lost connection. TV is also available in the room of that’s important to you. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a truly wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony, making it easy to relax and unwind. The breakfast buffet had variety of options ranging from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes like eggs and bacon. Friendly staff and happy to help, always asking if we were okay. Additionally, the ambiance of the room contributed to a peaceful night’s rest. It was quiet, with no disturbances, allowing for uninterrupted sleep. The soft linens and supportive mattress added to the overall comfort, making the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is just a walk distance to the most attractions and bus 20 to Palace of Knossos (bus stops are about five minutes from the hotel). Do not be discouraged by the Google Maps view of the street. It’s a very safe and peaceful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, and tranquility made for an excellent experience.

Super clean, recently renovated, beautifully decorated rooms, with a small practical balcony, located in a quiet area and walkable to the city centre (3-5 minutes)! Very welcoming, caring, and polite staff! If you're hoping for a beautiful view, this is not the ideal spot. A convenient choice for business travellers! If you're spending a lot of time at the hotel, go for options closer to the beach!

Very stylish, contemporary and pleasant hotel. Breakfast was nice but lacked variety. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were nice and friendly. The location was quiet and just outside the center, near the cathedral.

There was no hook for towels in the room, which was very odd. Kettles were removed from the rooms and we were told to use a small coffee machine to boil water for tea. It tasted very bad to say the least. Eventually, we were able to secure a kettle.

I spent three nights in this hotel located five minutes walk from the centre the rooms are very nice,tastefully decorated the breakfast is excellent and varied. Parking not so easy- However I must point out that as soon as we arrived we had a problem with the air conditioning in the room... it was quite hot and we wanted to cool down a bit, but only hot air came out of the air conditioner. We were helped for over two hours by the girl at reception, Marilena, who worked really hard to try to restore the situation even handling various electrical panels that were obviously not inside the room. In the end, after about two hours of trying, our room was changed. The only remark I can make is that having known that this problem had already occurred a few days earlier, the room could have been changed after a short time and not after two hours. But evidently the supervisor couldn't or wouldn't give an ok However my praise goes to Marilena for what she did for us. Thank you

We loved everything this time. It was our second stay in a week here and this time we were given another room. This room had separate toilet and shower which we liked. The staff was the best that we met in Greece and we experienced the Cretan hospitality through them. Especially the receptionists, Marilena and Nicole, also the kitchen staff with whom we had most of the interactions. The support staff were all superb as well, always smiling, although we had limited interaction with them. I had forgotten some important documents and they kept it securely for me and emailed me about it. Then the breakfast was awesome and we still miss it :D. A short walk to city bus stop and mini market. Would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is new, the rooms are well furnished, the air conditioning was very quiet. The location is excellent, very close to the center. The provided garage for the car (Robopark) was a BIG plus. Breakfast rich and good. Staff competent and very nice. Price/quality ratio optimal. The area is also quite nice.

The almonds were a little bit hard.
