The property is in the city center, close to everything you need, the area makes you feel really safe, and it’s very close to shops, restaurants and a car parking. The owner is really friendly, and the cleaning ladies are so sweet and helpful. We spent 7 nights in the property and we enjoyed every moment. Our suit was not huge but luxuriously furnished and properly equipped; it was properly cleaned, and we had some wine, coffee, fruits, 6 bottles of water and yogurt as well upon arrival.

I don’t have anything bad to say, just because we stayed 7 nights I would have needed a drying rack. There is no elevator.

We enjoyed our stay at Royal Gold City Suites. The rooms were very nicely renovated, the tiled bathrooms were especially nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make an easy breakfast or snack. We had a room with a private jacuzzi which was lovely! The room was very clean and the cleaners did a good job when they came in. The location is also very nice, a 3-5 minute walk to good shopping, the market and lots of restaurants. Overall, very nice.

I couldn't tell in the photos when I booked but there isn't a window. There is a skylight over the hot tub so some natural light came in, but it still felt kinda dark and closed in. They had a fan to help with humidity but a dehumidifier would help. There was often so much condensation that the windows were fogged up. But still to have the private jacuzzi it is worth it.

Everything is always perfect here. The hotel does not have an elevator so you have to carry your luggages, but there is only one little stair and it is easy. I always go back there since years as it is well located, the persons are very gentle and helpful, the premises are of very high standard for an island like Crete. My favorite in Heraklion always, and definitely a very good value for the amount of money they ask for. Thanks again to the lovely gentleman at reception this morning, and to the housekeeper who makes a great job. + I would like to add that i have back and head problems and the beds are perfect in case of difficult health conditions.

The location was very good, near the bus stop and a few steps away from the city centre.

The Euphoria suite’s windows face a very busy street, with heavy traffic starting early and lasting until late - it is loud even with the window closed. Also, there is no meaningful door to the bathroom (including the loo) so if you are staying with a partner, you will get even closer :) The apartment has some wear and tear signs (some hooks missing, light next to the bed not working) but I suppose they could be easily fixed before the next season.

Truly wonderful accommodation!! The most luxurious I have experienced in Greece. I stayed in two different suites as I extended my visit, both apartments were absolutely stunning and very spacious. Beds were so comfortable with high quality bedding. A welcome package of wine, fresh fruit, juices and water had also been left. Absolutely everything had been thought of when designing these suites to ensure the guests every comfort. And the owner of the building, Nikos, was the most excellent host, so very kind and ready to help with any questions. I would not hesitate to return.

The prices of services offered by the hotel – such as car rentals, taxis, and the like – are higher than those available outside. It's better not to rely on the hotel for these and to check alternative options. That said, the staff are very friendly and genuinely willing to help with any questions.

The apartment was brand new, lovely outdoor table sitting area. Staff Anna was very friendly and available for anything we needed. The location was great - close enough to walk into the main centre. Easy to get to.

The shower does not have a screen so the bathroom can get quite wet when showering. Also no toilet roll holder however this is because it would possibly get wet.

I loved the place and everything was exceptional. The owner hospitality exceeded our expectations! The rooms are large, the beds very comfortable and the jacuzzi the best! It's a very elegant and royal place where you will feel pampered and extremely good. The apartment is in walking distance to all central restaurants and shops. We will definitely return! It was a great location for us. Right outside of Old Town so we were able to walk to there in a few minutes. Wi-Fi was super fast so that was great too. Water pressure was amazing for the shower

No elevator so we had to bring our luggage up three stories and the room was smaller than expected but comfortable enough.

Tatiana is so friendly, went above and beyond to help me and my family with our bags and gave us recommendations where to go to eat. The hot tub is amazing, my family loved it. Best location and the best hotel to stay in Heraklion. 5 star. Tatiana thank you so much, I hope your manager reads this message. You need a pay rise :) Good job Tatiana!
