Located very close to the beach. Very helpful, great stuff just the brother of the owner is a bit interesting. Very clean and spacious for a family of four with 2 teenagers. Quite bit terrace at the back where you can dry your washing and beach stuff. Well equipped kitchen with a big fridge.

We had bug issues unfortunately but the staff helped to keep it under control. Probably because of the ground floor. One of the mattresses was very hard but after turning 180 degrees it was better. Our internet was quite slow and tv wasn’t working because of the aerial. Sometimes we had no hot water but mainly after 10pm.

Great location, lovely large clean room with garden terrace, great shower in large bathroom (could do with a shelf for shower gel, shampoo etc . And as this room was for mobility impaired people a support bar for exiting the shower would be great) Lovely walk in wardrobe/dressing room, huge king size bed. Amazing staff from management and family to housekeeper. Always willing to help. Treated like a member of the family 🥰🥰

Room was large and very clean. Hot water and water pressure was good. Location was good and close to immediate amenities.

Bed was too firm for our liking. We were in room 2 on the ground floor which has a shared patio with two other rooms so lacked some privacy.

Very welcoming family. They did not mind that I arrived very late at night, they just let my key and I could enter my room and rest. Very clean and comfortable room with a kettle, a small fridge and an electric oven. I could easily cook. The lady host very nice, she kept the room very tidy. Very close to supermarket. 5 minutes walk to the beach. I strongly recommend it. Big thanks!

Everything was just fine! No complains!!!!

Really, really good value for money. Honestly, no complains about the room, pretty clean, spacious, had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was all right, towels were provided, the room was cleaned twice during our 7 nights stay. Wi-Fi could be better but wasn't terrible either. Great location, close to the coast, shops and restaurants. Lots of great beaches nearby. The gouves beach is pretty small and crowded, but there's much bigger and less crowded Aposelemis beach, just 10-15 minutes walk, that I would definitely recommend.

There are a lot of hotels nearby and as the apartment is located next to the small street, there were often buses arriving for the guests and making a lot of noise, which could be heard all too well inside apartment. Other than that really no complains.

The location was great, very close to a supermarket and an amazing beach! The host Marcel was very helpful and easier contactable through Whatsapp for any questions I had. The cleaner (forgot her name) was very nice and made sure our flat was always clean. Very enjoyable and seamless stay!

I was very happy to stay in this apartment. It is spacious and everything is very new and clean. Close to the beach too. The owner is super kind and even gives us natural soap and drinking water for free. Very reasonable price 10 out of 10 for sure 🌞Would have loved to stay longer.

Great hotel. Great staff and owner and Mrs. Irena. Many thanks to Mrs. Irena and the owner for this wonderful time. Everything was wonderful. The location was great by the sea. Every day everything was clean, the rooms were cleaned, towels changed. We want to return to Crete to Gouves and to this hotel.

Everything was wonderful

The apartment is in a great location, very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. There is also a bus stop around a 7 minute walk away which has buses from the airport and to Herakleion and other areas. We rented a car from John and Mary rentals and drive around the East side of the island, and it was a great base for us! Everything was very clean and Maria was around to help if we needed it. She's also a very kind and welcoming lady!

Our only only issue was that the room we had was very light at night and early in the morning, maybe it could benefit from darker and heavier curtains. Other than that everything was perfect!

Very good location, 50 meters from the best beach in Gouves, extremely silent air conditioner and perfect sounds isolation of the room made our staying very comfortable. Recommended for families and people with little children.
