There was nothing not to like really staff were outstanding, friendly helpful fun. The hotel is lovely and a great location big bonus not many British guests. The pool is lovely, there is entertainment almost every evening. The food choices were amazing every meal. If you are going on a day trip they pack a lunch for you if you let them know the night before. The restaurant and bar staff were just lovely and a big thank you to the reception staff who are so accommodating. The staff go over and above to make your stay special. Gouves is a lovely place not too busy. Kostas at the bar has an amazing playlist of music during the day and evening. Not everyone’s taste but we loved it. Couple of great live acts, dancing singing bingo quizzes. So much to do.

I didn’t not, not anything. if I was being picky then the air con in the rooms could be better it just wasn’t cold enough, and for me only more yoga. Yoga is on the activity list but never happened. Maybe advertise it as lots of people look for places that do yoga and I didn’t know until I turned up that yoga was done here.

Fantastic all round experience. Reception, cleaning, pool bar, restaurant, entertainment. Everybody involved always smiling and happy to help. The food on offer in the buffet style restaurant was great. Always different options and the staff are just so nice, polite, professional I cannot praise them enough.

The usual selfish customers who run out at crack of dawn to reserve sunbeds and then proceed to not even use them for most of the day. I even noticed couples putting towels on up to four sunbeds and then moving from each one to another depending on how the sun was shining throughout the day 😂. This is NOT the hotels fault

We were in Crete for the first time and decided to stay at this hotel. It was a great experience. Very clean and blue sea, delicious food (especially liked unlimited ice cream after lunch and in the evening), friendly staff, every evening there was a varied entertainment program for hotel guests. If you are not a fan of crowded beaches, I recommend going swimming right across the road from the hotel. There is a small pebble beach, there are free sun loungers. The only thing you need to buy is special shoes for swimming, so that it is pleasant to go into the sea on the rocks. Overall, we liked everything.

The water in the shower did not flow well into the drain.

From the minute we arrived the reception team were welcoming, our room was sizeable plenty of storage and exceptionally clean. For all inclusive the food was a wide selection and fresh and tasty serving staff attentive. Pool bar for cocktails and drinks with extensive selection. Plastic glasses a bit small for wine but if you sit at the bar, rather than tables you can get proper glasses. Entertainment each night was good staff were fantastic especially Fakir show. Sunbeds were reserved by a lot of guests putting towels down poolside but found the day beds in the gardens much better for cooling sea breeze.

Nothing I didn't like about hotel, really really lovely, but if you wish to go into sea I don't recommend attempting opposite hotel, the shingle is very difficult to get out of, much safer to walk along to nearest beach.

Great location, very close to the bus stop which was cheap, easy and frequent. Lots of shops and beaches within walking distance. The food was lovely. The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond and were so friendly, in particular Sotiris, Rio and Martyna. We ended up staying an extra 3 days because we loved it so much. Would highly recommend.

The bathroom was a wet room so bathroom floor flooded however cleaners were good at regularl drying the floor and lots of clean towels and floor mats were provided.

Wonderful beach at Gouves Bay just within 10 minutes. This was a perfect vacation all in all for our family with all inclusive for a good price. Their food so ok. Staff great... Drinks the whole day included in the all inclusive. As much as you like. Great deal. So you really get worth value high by this hotel and with their all inclusive. We booked by booking 5 persons for the amount of 17130 ddk. It was worty of every penny. From the first to the last day. The wifi great also...

Some broken ( hængekøje) you call it in Danish language. That means nothing really important.

the band that plays every tuesday are great! all the staff are super friendly, special shout out to anton in the restaurant! the food was pretty basic but left each meal feeling full, not alot of vegetarian options. drinks/cocktails are all great aswell

breakfast could be open a tad later its says 'late breakfast is between 10:00-11:00 but all the food is taken away and toast machine turned off at 10 so really your only choice is cereal and coffee, although even the milk will be finished by then! and the shower in the bathroom is laid out in a way youre bound to soak the entire room after every shower which is a nightmare! also the big loungers set back from the pool are always soaked in dirty water/leaves each morning so remembering to bring napkins/wipes to clean them is frustrating! maybe they should be wiped down each morning

The facility was very clean. The room was sea view with a terrace. There was a bottle of wine in the room some sweets and two bottles of water for free. There was a kettle. The safe cost 2 euro per day. The meals were good with a weekly Asian dinner. Gyros and suflaki a lot of fruits and vegetables.The beverages are local. The cocktails are varied but they were not brands. The staff is very kind and polite. The stretching lessons were very good. Victoria the receptionist was very attentive. Nikola and were very serviceable. Our maid was super she made up the beds perfectly.

The floaded bathroom from the shower that that most of animation was made by the computer and they took 5 euro for every bingo card. It took several minutes the water to warm.

Staff was really helpful. Being a vegetarian family, staff specifically Marek helped us every day with the menus at all times of day to ensure we are served with right food. Appreciate his engagement Liked the activities and vibes in the hotel. Rio added energy to the pool area with lovely music all the time Enjoyed my stay

Cleaning in the room could be improved. I observed the bed linens weren’t getting changed for 3 days, they just set the same back. Been a resort near to beach I prefer to sheets changed every day

The staff at the hotel were lovely and so helpful. On arrival, the receptionists informed us that if we went straight through to the restaurant, we could have dinner before checking in so we didn't miss it. The restaurant manager and bar manager introduced themselves by name and shook our hands on our first meeting with them. The hotel and facilities were kept very clean and tidy. Bed were comfortable, and bedroom decor modern. Location was perfect for us. Quiet, yet close enough to the main town for us to get there. There was a bus stop just down the road that was less than €3 and took about 30 mins, if that, to get to Heraklion main town. We enjoyed a few days out there, making the most of the 2 day sightseeing bus. The hotel had plenty of beaches close by to enjoy. The closest being a small stone beach, but a short walk both left and right out of the hotel led to sandy beaches too. We also enjoyed the hotel pool, which has a children's pool and a deeper pool. The restaurant had plenty of choice for all 7 of our group to be happy and well fed. Plenty of variety and changed daily. We would definitely visit again.
