This hotel is a solid four star hotel My family and I stayed for a week we’ve really enjoyed our stay. Everything was amazing, especially the staff were doing their best to please the guests. All staff including receptionists, Resturant, bar, entertainment team and the guest relation, they all go out of their way. I would say “the owner is lucky” to have such a hard working & loyal staff. The all inclusive buffet was good, too many varieties to choose from. Decent swimming pool and amazing see view. The sandy beach is minutes away from the hotel. Nice bars and restaurants around the area. Looking forward to going back.

There was nothing not to like really staff were outstanding, friendly helpful fun. The hotel is lovely and a great location big bonus not many British guests. The pool is lovely, there is entertainment almost every evening. The food choices were amazing every meal. If you are going on a day trip they pack a lunch for you if you let them know the night before. The restaurant and bar staff were just lovely and a big thank you to the reception staff who are so accommodating. The staff go over and above to make your stay special. Gouves is a lovely place not too busy. Kostas at the bar has an amazing playlist of music during the day and evening. Not everyone’s taste but we loved it. Couple of great live acts, dancing singing bingo quizzes. So much to do.

I didn’t not, not anything. if I was being picky then the air con in the rooms could be better it just wasn’t cold enough, and for me only more yoga. Yoga is on the activity list but never happened. Maybe advertise it as lots of people look for places that do yoga and I didn’t know until I turned up that yoga was done here.

The staff were very friendly and there was a family atmosphere between guests and staff. The hotel pool and garden were lovely and the rooms were nice and well equipped. Dino Cappucino was very entertaining. We loved the evening activities and there was always a great atmosphere. There was a live music evening which was wonderful. Thank you for everything! We had some problems with the location of the hotel as much as the place is quite deserted and the beaches are not very suitable for swimming and we didnt like the quality of the alcoholic drinks in the all inclusive.

The staff were very helpful and always attentive and happy. The hotel is small and convenient the area is quiet and peaceful with lovely beach coves to bathe and relax. The hotel staff wofk very hard to make your stay very comfortable. Cleaning staff should work harder though. Massage people were very good

There should be a designated smoking area away from the bar. The bar area would also need to have anti slip surface around it as it gets slippery with people coming from the pool. Showers closer to the poolwould be good.

We didn't use the pool, because there are free beaches nearby. The best beach marina bay. At all inclusive, we had free cocktails until 11 pm. The air condition was ok. The food was great, just the breakfast was almost the same every day, but for us it wasn't an inconvenience

The room was spacious, but there were a lot of mosquitos. The bathroom was small and, when we tried to make a bath in the shower, the water flooded a little outside (the same problem in almost all Greece). But this was just a couple of small minuses!

We spent here a week with the kids and we loved it! We would like to point out the extraordinary care and great greek hospitality of the F&B team, namely Tonia and Dimitris. The food was always fresh and had a very nice range and variety. The hotel itself is located directly at the sea. The air conditioner was working perfectly which was a great advantage. Bed and pillows were comfortable too.

Maybe the cleaning could have been improved and some more care could be paid for small details.

Fantastic all round experience. Reception, cleaning, pool bar, restaurant, entertainment. Everybody involved always smiling and happy to help. The food on offer in the buffet style restaurant was great. Always different options and the staff are just so nice, polite, professional I cannot praise them enough.

The usual selfish customers who run out at crack of dawn to reserve sunbeds and then proceed to not even use them for most of the day. I even noticed couples putting towels on up to four sunbeds and then moving from each one to another depending on how the sun was shining throughout the day 😂. This is NOT the hotels fault

Very nice, clean and modern hotel! I recommend it especially for the great variety of food (we had all inclusive), and I was impressed with the quality and attention of details to food, very tasty! Location is nice, close to the sea, though the beach is with stones, but it’s a nice quiet area.

The bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable, a bit too hard but maybe it’s just my opinion. The bathroom ventilation wasn’t working and it was quite steamy after a shower, and the steam would persist.

The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The food was fresh and there were different options, very healthy options and the occasional fish fingers or breaded chicken treats. Room was ok with a/c, beds were comfortable. The hotel offered a taxi service from the airport and we used it during our stay to go to different places as it was very reliable and friendly.

Drinks, especially juices could have been a bit better quality but in general for all inclusive was good.

We were in Crete for the first time and decided to stay at this hotel. It was a great experience. Very clean and blue sea, delicious food (especially liked unlimited ice cream after lunch and in the evening), friendly staff, every evening there was a varied entertainment program for hotel guests. If you are not a fan of crowded beaches, I recommend going swimming right across the road from the hotel. There is a small pebble beach, there are free sun loungers. The only thing you need to buy is special shoes for swimming, so that it is pleasant to go into the sea on the rocks. Overall, we liked everything.

The water in the shower did not flow well into the drain.
