Friendly staff, good atmosphere, the pools and the water slides are great for the kids. We had a great time there.

The rooms are old and uncomfortable. We needed to repair different things (toilet, bathroom, air conditioning) few times during our stay. We did not go to a la carte restaurants because there was no good time ore us to order, the available time was too late and we were with the kids that eat at certain times. The main restaurant is ok, but no great. Some things are good, some things are not tasty. Overall I don’t think this is a five star hotel, I think the rooms are very far from being a five star.

All inclusive was great, food and drinks all around the day were fantastic. Staff was very warm and kind, and room was made every day as expected.

Before we came we made sure that there is an heated pool since it’s still not the hot season. In reality the pool that was supposed to be heated - wasn’t - we were all freezing and couldn’t stay a lot in the water. It was mainly important to us since we rely on this activity for our small kids.

Special thanks to Maria (Pool bar), Vasilis, Stavros (restaurant) and Jorgos. They were really kind and made our stay pleasant. Variety of things to do with children was excellent. Admirations of the food. It was really high quality and the variety of meals was really big. Animation team was very good and they gave us excellent laugh in the evenings.

I wasn't allowed to use the gym with sandals and I did bot have sport shoes. The drainage in the bathroom could be a vit better. The size of the maisonette is a bit small for families. Queues at the bar

The slides were the deciding factor for us booking this hotel. My favorite thing was the gyro stand. The staff were all kind and helpful if asked. The alcohol was included in the price which was great!

Our room wasn’t that great. The tv kept having issues, the light in our master wouldn’t work and neither did the outlet on one side. I wish the gym opened earlier but it is open the same Time as the pool so we couldn’t go because our kids had to be supervised at the pool. The food at the dinner buffet was alright. It didn’t have variety and the same things kept being served. We loved eating at the Asian restaurant the most.

Absolutely had to leave a review after reading some of the previous reviews left. First thing we laughed about the whole time we were there was one of the reviews said "the drinks were watered down in the all inclusive package.." this could only be true if you're used to drinking pure gasoline, the drinks were definitely not watered down, they were strong and they were amazing. Plenty of variety as well. I saw someone complain about the plastic cups... It's a waterpark for Christ sake, could you imagine if one glass was broken in or around a pool? Use your head.. The room was absolutely fantastic, very comfortable bed, huge balcony that overlooked the park with a view of the sea and sunset. Housekeeping came everyday and made sure everything was great. The food was brilliant. I just can't understand the reviews that were knocking it. There was so much variety that we never had the same plate twice. Great mix of local and international food, hot food and fresh salads (Greek salad was a highlight as you'd expect) the pizza and gyros station were amazing, fresh wood fire pizzas being cooked all the time for you to just go grab a slice as you please. The waterpark was absolutely brilliant, we had so much fun going on the slides, and we never had to wait to go on the slides, the lifeguards were great too . There were also plenty of quieter pools to just lounge out as well, again great variety depending on your mood or situation. The bars never had a line that took more than 5 minutes at its worst, and often it was empty to just walk up and be served immediately. Love to give a special mention to Stavros in the sports bar, he was always so happy and positive - an asset for the resort for sure. All in all if you were looking for the Grand Hyatt style 5 star resort this probably isn't quite the place for you, but if you are looking for a brilliant time, amazing food, drinks and fun then this is it for you.

Staff were lovely, polite and engaging, food was really nice and the hotel, across all areas is spotlessly clean. If your looking for a family holiday, with kids, this is a great place to go and even in mid October the temp is still 22-24. Beaches are five minutes walk with really competitive hire prices for cars, bikes etc Also, a big shout out to the taxis firms....22 euros private taxi from the airport (about 15 -20mins) imagine that in England!!

Breakfast was not particulary good. Lunch and dinner were great. Also street food, pizza, gyros, burgers were great. There were lots of pools, Different pools.

The noise int the Dionysos restaurant was infernal.

Lovely rooms, we were in the newer buildings, and it was absolutely lovely

There is nothing we didn't not like about the hotel, the only downside would be the location a little bit out

we have been here a few times and everyone has always been really nice to us. we will definitely be back again
