The staff were really polite and friendly - there was a relaxed atmosphere about the hotel. You could see that it was really well maintained and very clean as the staff were readily available throughout the day. Beautiful surroundings, great facilities. Everything super clean, comfortable rooms and a great view from the balcony in sea view rooms. The hotel has its own beach with sun-beds and umbrellas as well as swimming pools. Sunbeds and umbrellas available at all times. On the beach there are different water sports available. The food was excellent all around. Lots of choices in the buffet restaurant. All-inclusive program is top-notch (with high quality food and drinks all included in the price)

SMOKING every place, on the beach, on the balcony, on the evening at piano bar. What can do people who is not smoking. We paid the same money. I think the management need to think about this and try to accommodate not smoking tourist to. This resort have a lot of potential to do this: separate the room on the building(left side not smoking right for smoking) - just example, same the beach area and the bar.

We had a great stay at Mare Blue Hotel! I especially want to highlight the incredible help from the hotel’s guest relations manager, Stephanos. When my son hurt his toe, Stephanos immediately called a doctor and even followed us to the clinic just across the road. He stayed with us until the doctor arrived and was incredibly friendly and supportive throughout. His kindness truly made a difference. The hotel staff overall are also very friendly and helpful. The hotel has its own private beach with crystal clear water just next to the hotel – a perfect place to relax. The food was varied and the French animation team added a fun and lively atmosphere to the stay. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely recommend Mare Blue to others.

It can be a bit windy at times, but otherwise the beach is beautiful.

The hotel has a lot of potential, we stayed in the refurbished rooms and they were nice. My son loved the mini golf The water/beach is one of our favorites Food for all inclusive had a lot of choices (salads could do with a bit more variety) but all in all it was good

Hotel still needs a lot of work New room but they have kept some of the old furniture Spa staff (they are not part of the hotel but very rude they spoiled the work of the rest of the staff that were so polite and friendly)

It was windy some days and beaches were closed it is why we should go to another beach where is not windy

Our room was quite spacious, with large terrace overlooking the pool area, we really liked that. Bathroom was large with comfy walk-in shower. Beach is nice, with crystal clear water and enough sunbeds and umbrella so no need for "towel race" :-). Restaurant has enough tables so there were no queues, plus the sea view is nice.

The hotel does not meet 5* standard. If it was ranked 4*, I would be nicer. I missed the 5* treats like real orange juice, not the aweful postmix sugary water in the colour of the fruit, and egg bar where you can order e.g. omelettes. Fruit offer at breakfast was disappointing. Bread variety was good, though. For lunch and dinner, we always found something to eat, but especially the meat offer was not good, I mostly ate vegetables and feta cheese, sometimes fish was nice. The sweet bar was good. Drinks were mediocre - local pseudo-cola light was really bad. Unfortunately we could not complete our stay because of the wildfire blaze nearby, we had to evacuate - and this is what I have many complaints about - how this was treated by hotel stuff. Upon the first rapid alarm warning at noon, receptionists assured us there was no risk, everything was allegedly fine. When I asked about potential evacuation plan, they were unable to answer, had absolutely no idea... A few hours later, the evacuation was necessary and there was chaos, no information... Finally, when I could see orange flames behind the hill, I decided to evacuate myself and my girls on my own, paid for taxi and for another hotel. Of course, hotel would not reimburse us for the 3 unused days so it cost me a lot. I understand the fire was not their fault, but I do not like such treatment.
