Excellent Stay at Galaxy Hotel in Ierapetra! We had an amazing experience at Galaxy Hotel in Ierapetra! The rooms are beautifully designed, combining aesthetics with practicality, and offer exceptional comfort. Everything was clean, modern, and well-organized, making our stay truly enjoyable. The staff deserves special praise – they were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their professionalism and friendliness made us feel truly welcome. Despite its central location, the hotel provides a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, allowing us to relax and unwind. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Without a doubt, Galaxy Hotel is the best choice in Ierapetra, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

The hotel was refurbished and it had everything renovated: from the locker of the room to the glass fence on the balcony. Looks to be a family business as we were welcomed by a very nice young family. They were very kind to us and our son as they anticipate our needs. They showed us how to better use the amenities and what to explore in the area. As the hotel was not full, they did us an upgrade of the room: same space but a refurbished one. The location is perfect, very close to the center and the seaside. There is private parking on the street that you can access using a pin code.

the air evacuation in the bathroom cannot take the full heat of the bathroom

The room and the bathroom were very spacious and very clean. The balcony was an added bonus. The breakfast was excellent with a large amount of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was excellent. The hotel itself was very clean and modern.

The only problem we had which wasn't the hotels fault was it was very windy there so you couldn't really use the balcony even for drying clothes . I lost some clothing which wasn't a big deal but they did try find for me and promised to post to next place if they found it.

The room was clean and fresh. Breakfast choice was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Central location.

No Wifi in room. Toilet seat needed attention. There were no instructions for air conditioning ie this only worked if all windows were securely shut. We did report these matter at the time but no improvement with the WiFi and toilet seat was tightened but remained loose.

Lovely hotel that was very central. The reception staff were all lovely that we dealt with. The room was good, plenty of room. A very good breakfast, plenty of choice

The toilet and shower room had a slight smelk when the door had been kept shut. It would have been nice at breakfast for things to be labelled, especially the cakes and pastries but breakfast was very good

We loved this city hotel. It was walking distance to the seaside and many great restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and came with plenty of choices. Free parking was available and Ady has been a wonderful host. She was very kind and informative. We did everthing she has suggested and boy, they were good. Thank you for all.

The hotel is in a great location in walking distance from major points of interest and just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The hotel staff was super friendly and eager to assist with any queries we had. Adamantia the owner is an amazing professional and person and we will definitely come back

10 min walk from the center, private parking, royal breakfast, friendly, professional staff, lovely room, good bed .... No wishes unfulfilled. ❤️❤️❤️

Not the least complaint.

Our room was comfortable, modern, very spacious, with nice modern bathroom and balcony. Also bed was really comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. I also like luggage rack in room. Hotel has great location – 5 min walk to the center and seaside. Self served beakfast was nice, with many choices (bread, jam, honey, butter, coffe, juice, yogurt, fruit, tomatos, cheese...). Hotel has 24 hour reception so it was great for night check in. Air condition and wifi works great. Hotel has very good vibes, feels cozy and I would definitely want to come back someday. It's one of best hotels I have been, specially because room is more spacious than hotel rooms usually are. We realy had nice staying at this hotel.

Everything was perfect and all the staff was very amazing and helpful with everything. The room was very fresh and clean. They gave us the best service we ever have get.
